β-环糊精是一种由微生物发酵所生产的环状低聚糖,具有廉价易得、无毒无害、可生物降解等特点。通过β-环糊精和氯磺酸的反应,制备了磺酸化β-环糊精(β-CD-SO_(3)H)。在无溶剂条件下,β-CD-SO_(3)H催化不同取代基的芳香醛与2-羟基-1,4... β-环糊精是一种由微生物发酵所生产的环状低聚糖,具有廉价易得、无毒无害、可生物降解等特点。通过β-环糊精和氯磺酸的反应,制备了磺酸化β-环糊精(β-CD-SO_(3)H)。在无溶剂条件下,β-CD-SO_(3)H催化不同取代基的芳香醛与2-羟基-1,4-萘醌反应,以85%~95%的产率合成了一系列13-芳基-5H-二苯并[b,i]氧杂蒽-5,7,12,14(13H)-四酮衍生物。β-CD-SO_(3)H具有制备方法简单、生物相容性优良、回收利用便捷等优点,符合绿色化学的发展方向,具有较好的工业应用前景。 展开更多

硫化氢(H_(2)S)作为活性硫物质之一,其在生物体中参与多种生理过程如维持细胞氧化还原平衡、缺血再灌注损伤、抗炎和细胞凋亡等。因此,为了更好地了解硫化氢在生物系统中的作用和对疾病进行准确诊断,本文通过铃木偶联反应和取代反应合... 硫化氢(H_(2)S)作为活性硫物质之一,其在生物体中参与多种生理过程如维持细胞氧化还原平衡、缺血再灌注损伤、抗炎和细胞凋亡等。因此,为了更好地了解硫化氢在生物系统中的作用和对疾病进行准确诊断,本文通过铃木偶联反应和取代反应合成了可用于高效检测的氧杂蒽结构的化合物1,并且详细地研究了其对硫化氢的荧光响应。化合物1本身发射出明亮的橙色荧光,与硫化氢响应后,荧光减弱甚至消失,并且对其他的阴离子和氨基酸的响应极其微弱。其验证机理已经通过高分辨质谱进行了验证。探针1识别H_(2)S具有良好的选择性和抗干扰能力,具有较低的检测限。最重要的是,探针已成功应用活细胞中外源性H_(2)S的荧光成像。 展开更多

A new fluorinated poly(ether amide) bearing xanthene group was prepared from 9,9-bis[4-(2-trifluoromethyl-4-aminophenox- y)phenyl]xanthene (BTFAPX) with 9,9-bis[4-(4-carboxyphenoxy)phenyl]xanthene (BCAPX) in the presence of triphenyl phos- phate and pyridine (Py). The polymer had the weight-average molecular weight (Mw) of 69,000 and number-average molecular weight (Mn) of 39,000, showed the glass transition temperature (Tg) of 267 ℃, 5% weight loss temperature (Tds) over 460 ℃ both in N2 and air, and char yield of 62% at 800 ℃ in N2. This polymer was amorphous and readily soluble in amide-type solvents such as N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc), and even in m-cressol, Py and tetrahydrofuran (THF) at room temperature, and exhibited tensile strength of 74 MPa, elongation at break of 6%, tensile moduli of 2.2 GPa. The polymer had low dielectric constant of 3.69 (100 Hz), low moisture absorption of 0.56%, and high transparency with an ultraviolet-visible absorption cut-off wavelength at 334 nm. 展开更多

After comparing the influences of each rare earth(Ⅲ),11 species of metal(Ⅱ)and 8 species of acidic triphenylmethane dye on the formation of coloured coordination compound in the system of Metal(Ⅱ)-RE (Ⅲ)-Dye,it was proven that the co-colouration effect can be caused only by the xanthene dyes(XD)con- taining substituting hydroxy.group on the ortho-position of etheric oxygen group.Besides,the radius of met- al(Ⅱ)must not be smaller than a definite limit;otherwise,no co-colouration appears.Furthermore,the acid- ity of medium is another important factor to affect co-colouration,Bromopyrogallol red causes co-colouration of Pb(Ⅱ)-RE(Ⅲ)only,owing to its higher chromophoric acidity;while alizarin violet causes co-colouration of M(Ⅱ)-RE(Ⅲ)(M=Pb,Ca,Sr and Ba),due to its lower chromophoric acidity.The condi- tions causing co-colouration,the regularities of co-colouration and the influences of co-colouration in photometric determination of metals were discussed. 展开更多
