A357-SiCp/A357 layered composites were prepared using a semi-solid vacuum stirring suction casting method.The microstructures,mechanical properties,and thermal conductivities of the composites fabricated under different suction casting processes were compared.Additionally,the microstructural evolution characteristics and performance enhancement mechanism of the A357-SiCp/A357 layered composites were discussed.The results demonstrate that suction casting at 610°C with a low solid phase ratio can significantly enhance the material density and reduce the agglomeration of SiCp.The A357-SiC_(p)/A357 interface is clear and straight with good bonding.With an increase in the suction casting temperature,the bending resistance and thermal conductivity of the A357-SiC_(p)/A357 layered composites exhibit a trend of significantly increase at first and then slowly decrease owing to casting defects,interface bonding,and SiCp distribution.Compared with SiCp/A357 composites,the bending strength,deflection,and thermal conductivity of the A357-SiCp/A357 layered composites increase from 257 MPa,1.07 mm,and 155.72 W·(m·K)^(-1) to 298 MPa,2.1 mm,and 169.86 W·(m·K)^(-1),respectively.This study provides a reference for improving the rheological casting of aluminum matrix layered composites. 展开更多

A novel composite material(TD)composed of TS-1 microcrystalline and dendritic mesoporous silica nanospheres(DMSNs)was successfully prepared.The TD composite material had open pore structure and large specific surface area,which was conducive to the mass transfer of reactants and products.The Ti element in TS-1 could be used as an electron assistant,and the spillover d-electrons were conducive to the improvement of the sulfidation and dispersion of MoS_(2),thereby forming more type II MoS_(2) active phases.The incorporation of Ti could bring more Brønsted(B)and Lewis(L)acid,which was conducive to the hydrogenation pathway(HYD)selectivity(41.2%)of dibenzothiophene(DBT)hydrodesulfurization(HDS)and isomerization(ISO)route selectivity(21.9%)of 4,6-dimethyldibenzothiophene(4,6-DMDBT)HDS,thus improve the HDS activity of DBT and 4,6-DMDBT.NiMo/TD-70(Aging temperature=70℃)had the best HDS activities of DBT(99.0%)and 4,6-DMDBT(93.7%)due to its large open pore structure,good acidity,suitable metal-support interaction(MSI)and perfect dispersion of the metallic active sites. 展开更多

The relevant removal modes and their mechanisms were discussed considering the impact and squeezing effect of diamond grit on the SiC particle. The experimental results show that the aluminum matrix has larger plastic deformation, so the aluminum mixed with the surplus SiC particles is cut from the surface. The SiC particles can be removed in multiple ways, such as broken/fractured, micro cracks, shearing and pulled out, etc. More particles removed by shearing, and less particles removed by fractured during material removal progress can produce a better machined surface. 展开更多

The results of fie-cure tests show that this reaction in the composites obviously increases the elastic properties, but is not beneficial to the fracture strength and ductility.This phenomenon can be interpreted in terms of two different micromechanisms which have been analyzed using TEM and HREM observations, acoustic emission (AE) technique and SEM fractography. Rapid and accurate access to large-scale,high-resolution crop-type distribution maps is important for agricultural management and sustainable agricultural development.Due to the limitations of remote sensing image quality and data processing capabilities,large-scale crop classification is still challenging.This study aimed to map the distribution of crops in Heilongjiang Province using Google Earth Engine(GEE)and Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 images.We obtained Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 images from all the covered study areas in the critical period for crop growth in 2018(May to September),combined monthly composite images of reflectance bands,vegetation indices and polarization bands as input features,and then performed crop classification using a Random Forest(RF)classifier.The results show that the Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 monthly composite images combined with the RF classifier can accurately generate the crop distribution map of the study area,and the overall accuracy(OA)reached 89.75%.Through experiments,we also found that the classification performance using time-series images is significantly better than that using single-period images.Compared with the use of traditional bands only(i.e.,the visible and near-infrared bands),the addition of shortwave infrared bands can improve the accuracy of crop classification most significantly,followed by the addition of red-edge bands.Adding common vegetation indices and Sentinel-1 data to the crop classification improved the overall classification accuracy and the OA by 0.2 and 0.6%,respectively,compared to using only the Sentinel-2 reflectance bands.The analysis of timeliness revealed that when the July image is available,the increase in the accuracy of crop classification is the highest.When the Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 images for May,June,and July are available,an OA greater than 80%can be achieved.The results of this study are applicable to large-scale,high-resolution crop classification and provide key technologies for remote sensing-based crop classification in small-scale agricultural areas. 展开更多

Al-matrix composites reinforced with 56.5 vol% SiC were prepared by powder metallurgy with different amounts of additives and surface modifications of SiCp. The crystalline phase, morphology, elements on the surface of SiCp and the interface between SiCp and Al were characterized by XRD, SEM, EDS and EPMA. The results show that it is favorable for the reaction between TiO2-C on the surface of SiCp and Al at the SiCp-Al interface at 1050℃. Besides, the process of Na3AlF6 melting, dissolving and then contacting with Al2O3 formed the NaF-AlF3-Al2O3 system, which generated OA1F^2-, promoting the dessolution of Al2O3 film on the surface of Al powde r. NasAlFe meets the needs of chemical reaction in TiO2-C-Al system at the SiCp- Al interface in the way of offering more molten Al. After 0.75 wt% Na3AlF6 was added into raw materials, the whole TiO2-C film and most SiO2 film were destroyed and the interfacial bonding between SiCp and Al was keeping good, in which no obvious void and crack were observed. Meanwhile, no brittle Al4C3 phase formed in the system. At this time, the flexure strength and density of samples presented optimal values, reaching up to 106.5 MPa and 90.77% respectively. 展开更多

The fracture behavior of SiCp/A356 composite at room and high temperatures was studied. Under tensile stress condition at room temperature, the fracture is mostly a combination of the brittle fracture of SiC particles and ductile fracture of A356 matrix. As the tensile temperature increases, the composite changes the main fracture behavior to the separation fracture of the bonding surface between SiC particles and A356 matrix. When the tensile temperature reaches 573 K, the fracture behavior of the composites is almost the whole separation fracture of the bonding surface, which is the main strengthening mechanism at high temperature. Under the cycle stress condition at room and high temperatures, the main fracture behavior of the composites is always a combination of the brittle fracture of SiC particles and ductile fracture of A356 matrix. However, under the cycle stress at high temperature, cycle behavior of the composites changes from cycle hardening at room temperature to the cycle softening at high temperature. 展开更多

Conventional mechanical machining of a composite material comprising an aluminum matrix reinforced with a high volume fraction of SiC particles(hereinafter referred to as an SiCp/Al composite)faces problems such as rapid tool wear,high specific cutting force,and poor surface integrity.Instead,a promising method for solving these problems is laser-induced oxidation-assisted milling(LOAM):under laser irradiation,the local workpiece material reacts with oxygen,thus forming loose and porous oxides that are easily removed.In the present work,the oxidation mechanism of SiCp/Al irradiated by a nanosecond pulsed laser is studied to better understand the laser-induced oxidation behavior and control the characteristics of the oxides,with laser irradiation experiments performed on a 65%SiCp/Al composite with various laser parameters and auxiliary gases(oxygen,nitrogen,and argon).With increasing laser pulse energy density,both the ablated groove depth and the width of the heat-affected zone increase.When oxygen is used as the auxiliary gas,an oxide layer composed of SiO_(2)and Al2O3 forms,and CO_(2)is produced and escapes from the material,thereby forming pores in the oxides.However,when nitrogen or argon is used as the auxiliary gas,a recast layer is produced that is relatively difficult to remove.Under laser irradiation,the sputtered material reacts with oxygen to form oxides on both sides of the ablated groove,and as the laser scanning path advances,the produced oxides accumulate to form an oxide layer.LOAM and conventional milling are compared using the same milling parameters,and LOAM is found to be better for reduced milling force and tool wear and improved machined surface quality. 展开更多

An attempt was made to investigate the machinability of Si Cp/Al composites based on the experimental study using mill-grinding processing method. The experiments were carried out on a high-speed CNC machining center using integrated abrasive cutting tool. The effects of combined machining parameters, e g, cutting speed(vs), feed rate(vf), and depth of cut(ap), with the same change of material removal rate(MRR) on the mill-grinding force and surface roughness(Ra) were investigated. The formation mechanism of typical machined surface defects was analyzed by SEM. The experimental results reveal that with the same change of material removal rate, lower mill-grinding force values can be gained by increasing depth of cut and feed rate simultaneously at higher cutting speed. With the same change of MRR value, lower surface roughness values can be gained by increasing the feed rate at higher cutting speed, rather than just increasing the depth of cut, or increasing the feed rate and depth of cut simultaneously. The machined surface of Si Cp/Al composites reveals typical defects which can influence surface integrity. 展开更多

In the (SiCw+SiCp)/Al composites, the volume fraction of SiC whisker is 20% and that of SiC nanoparticle is 2%, 5% and 7%, respectively. The as cast composites were solution treated followed by aging treatment. The experimental results show that the SiC nanoparticles are more effective in improving the hardness and tensile strength of the composites than SiC whiskers. The hardening kinetics of the composites is enhanced by reinforcements addition and the peak aging time is 4-5 h. The hardness of all the hybrid composite decreases at the initial aging stage, suggesting that dislocation recovery softening process coexists with precipitation hardening. DSC study shows that the GP zone formation of the hybrid composites is suppressed. 展开更多

The mechanical properties of magnesium matrix composties can be further improved by aging treatment. To study the aging behavior of SiC particles reinforced AZ61 magnesium matrix composites fabricated by ultrasonic method, an investigation has been undertaken by means of Vickers hardness measurement, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy spectrum analyzing apparatus. The box-type heat treatment furnace was used in the study. The results showed that no discontinuous cellular precipitation is observed at the grain boundaries in the magnesium matrix of the composite while the Mg17Al12 preferentially precipitates in the matrix. The time to reach the peak hardness for AZ61 alloy or SiCp/AZ61 magnesium matrix composites is reduced with the increase of aging temperature. At the same temperature, the composite exhibit an accelerated aging manner but lower aging efficiency, compared with the unreinforced matrix alloy. The microhardness of the composite is higher than that of the unreinforced matrix alloy, because that the SiC particles distributes homogeneously in the matrix alloy under the ultrasonic processing condition. 展开更多

‘紫加1号’为该课题组选育的刺五加(Acanthopanax senticosus)新品种,嫩茎叶灰紫色且味甘。为分离纯化‘紫加1号’嫩茎叶多糖,并测定各组分的单糖组成和分子量大小、评价各组分的抗氧化活性。该研究以‘紫加1号’嫩茎叶为材料,采用水... ‘紫加1号’为该课题组选育的刺五加(Acanthopanax senticosus)新品种,嫩茎叶灰紫色且味甘。为分离纯化‘紫加1号’嫩茎叶多糖,并测定各组分的单糖组成和分子量大小、评价各组分的抗氧化活性。该研究以‘紫加1号’嫩茎叶为材料,采用水提醇沉工艺,经大孔树脂吸附法除杂脱色得到粗多糖(A.polysaccharides,ASPS);通过DEAE-Cellulose 52离子柱和Sephadex G-100凝胶柱分离纯化得多糖组分;采用离子色谱和凝胶色谱-示差-多角度激光光散射色谱,测定各均一组分的单糖组成和分子量;通过测定均一组分清除羟基自由基(·OH)、超氧阴离子自由基(O_(2)^(-·))、1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼自由基(DPPH)的能力,分析其体外抗氧化活性强弱。结果表明:ASPS经分离纯化得到4种多糖组分,即酸性多糖ASPA-1-1、ASPA-2-1、ASPA-3-1和中性多糖ASPN-1,其分子量依次为8.10、26.15、0.91、0.89 kDa,主要是由阿拉伯糖、鼠李糖、半乳糖、葡萄糖、木糖、甘露糖、核糖、半乳糖醛酸和葡萄糖醛酸等按不同比例组成的杂多糖。ASPA-1-1、ASPA-2-1、ASPA-3-1、ASPN-1均具有明显的抗氧化活性,其中ASPA-2-1清除·OH、DPPH的能力高于ASPA-1-1、ASPA-3-1、ASPN-1,而ASPA-3-1清除O_(2)^(-·)的能力最强。综上认为,从‘紫加1号’中分离纯化得到的多糖具有较好的抗氧化活性。该研究结果为‘紫加1号’作为天然抗氧化剂的深度研究和进一步开发与利用提供了一定的科学理论依据。 展开更多

为实现SiCp/Al复合材料的高质量可靠焊接,推广SiCp/Al复合材料在各领域的应用,调研了国内外SiCp/Al复合材料不同焊接方法的研究现状。在熔化焊方面,国内外学者通过调整工艺参数、在焊缝中加入Ti元素发生诱发反应等方法,抑制了焊缝中Al4C... 为实现SiCp/Al复合材料的高质量可靠焊接,推广SiCp/Al复合材料在各领域的应用,调研了国内外SiCp/Al复合材料不同焊接方法的研究现状。在熔化焊方面,国内外学者通过调整工艺参数、在焊缝中加入Ti元素发生诱发反应等方法,抑制了焊缝中Al4C3针状脆性相的形成,从而提高了焊接接头的力学性能。在搅拌摩擦焊方面,国内外学者针对不同材料设计了专用的焊接搅拌头,以保证它们具备高耐磨性与足够的冲击韧性,在焊接过程中不出现破损情况;关注了焊接过程中焊接头转速、焊接速度、轴向力与热输入等因素,以获得力学性能优秀、晶粒细小均匀的焊接接头。在扩散焊方面,国内外学者探究了中间夹层对焊缝界面间原子相互扩散的促进作用;采取不同工艺参数,以外加超声或电子束表面加热等方式促进了原子间的相互扩散,以获得力学性能优异的焊接接头,提高焊接效率。在钎焊方面,国内外学者通过探究钎料与SiCp/Al复合材料之间的润湿性来组合钎料与钎剂,通过化学腐蚀处理表面暴露颗粒增强相、在复合材料表面电镀金属等方法来增大钎料与增强相的润湿性、解决钎料铺展受阻的问题,以进一步提高钎焊焊接接头质量。 展开更多

氮化硼气凝胶@HKUST-1复合材料的制备及气体吸附性能研究

HKUST-1作为一种多孔材料,因其超高的比表面积和孔隙率,在气体捕获和分离方面应用广泛。但是HKUST-1通常以粉末形式存在,在使用过程中通常会出现粉尘、堵塞和力学性能差等问题。为了解决这些问题,以氮化硼(BN)气凝胶作为基体,采用原位生长的方法在其纤维表面生长HKUST-1晶体,制得了块体BN气凝胶@HKUST-1复合材料。通过XRD、FT-IR、SEM和TEM等表征技术对复合材料进行结构和形貌的分析,并对其力学性能、CO_(2)吸附和选择性能进行测试。研究结果表明,通过原位生长的方法成功制备了具有一定的力学性能的块体BN气凝胶@HKUST-1复合材料。其中,3BN气凝胶@HKUST-1复合材料在50%的应变下材料的压缩强度为32 k Pa。同时,在273 K、1 bar的条件下,3BN气凝胶@HKUST-1复合材料表现出最佳的吸附性能,吸附量为73 cm^(3)/g,是纯相BN气凝胶的2.3倍。 展开更多

Spark Effect on the Densification of SiCp/Al Composites by SPS

SiCp/Al composites containing high volume fraction of SiC particles were fabricated by spark plasma sintering (SPS), and their thermophysical properties, such as thermal conductivity (TC) and coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE), were characterized. The electric field in the vacuum column was calculated and the generation condition of the spark was analyzed. Spark can be generated by a low current if the cavity in the green body is large enough. A high relative density of the composites was successfully achieved through the optimization of sintering parameters. The measured TCs of the SiCp/Al composites fabricated by SPS are higher than 195W/m·K. 展开更多
