Phenolic resin(PF) and nano-SiO2 were used to improve the curing property and high humidity resistance of epoxy resin (EP) and methyl nadic anhydride (MNA) resistor paint, respectively. Hydrogen bonds, formed between phenolic resin and nano-SiO2 in alcohol, made nano-SiO2 disperse easily in EP/MNA paint through phenolic resin without being treated by supersonic vibration. When the mass ratio of PF to EP in paint is 3:7, the formed composite paint film can be cured in 2 min at 170 ℃ . When the mass ratio of nano-SiO2 to PF in paint is 3:100, the property of high humidity resistance of the composite paint is the best, meeting the requirement of varying ratio of resistance less than 0.1% after experiment on high humidity resistance. SEM analysis shows the surface of the composite paint film is smooth, glassy, tight and homogeneous, without acicular air holes. 展开更多

We present a fitting calculation of energy-loss function for 26 bulk materials, including 18 pure elements (Ag, A1, Au, C, Co, Cs, Cu, Er, Fe, Ge, Mg, Mo, Nb, Ni, Pd, Pt, Si, Te) and 8 compounds (AgCl, Al2O3, AlAs,... We present a fitting calculation of energy-loss function for 26 bulk materials, including 18 pure elements (Ag, A1, Au, C, Co, Cs, Cu, Er, Fe, Ge, Mg, Mo, Nb, Ni, Pd, Pt, Si, Te) and 8 compounds (AgCl, Al2O3, AlAs, CdS, SiO2, ZnS, ZnSe, ZnTe) for application to surface electron spectroscopy analysis. The experimental energy-loss function, which is derived from measured optical data, is fitted into a finite sum of formula based on the Drude-Lindhard dielectric model. By checking the oscillator strength-sum and perfect- screening-sum rules, we have validated the high accuracy of the fitting results. Further-more, based on the fitted parameters, the simulated reflection electron energy-loss spec- troscopy (REELS) spectrum shows a good agreement with experiment. The calculated fitting parameters of energy loss function are stored in an open and online database at http://micro.ustc.edu.cn/ELF/ELF.html. 展开更多

山西潞安高硫煤清洁利用油化电热一体化示范项目热电装置,由4×410 t/h高压煤粉锅炉+1×B15高背压汽轮发电机组+2×C25次高压抽汽式余热汽轮发电机组+2×C25中压饱和余热汽轮发电机组组成。正常工况下高压煤粉锅炉产高... 山西潞安高硫煤清洁利用油化电热一体化示范项目热电装置,由4×410 t/h高压煤粉锅炉+1×B15高背压汽轮发电机组+2×C25次高压抽汽式余热汽轮发电机组+2×C25中压饱和余热汽轮发电机组组成。正常工况下高压煤粉锅炉产高压蒸汽[9.8 MPa(g)、535℃、522 t/h]提供给空分装置,每台高压煤粉锅炉产蒸汽汇入到母管后再分成二根管线送到空分装置。在每台锅炉出口设置蒸汽指标在线监测设备,但在总管处未设置蒸汽指标在线检测设备,导致无法实时监控蒸汽品质。需在供给空分装置的两根总管上增加蒸汽品质取样与分析装置,检测内容包括蒸汽中的SiO 2及电导率。每根蒸汽管线上需增加一套SiO 2分析仪,1套电导率分析仪,2根蒸汽管线,共需增设2套SiO 2分析仪,2套电导率分析仪。 展开更多

The composition requirement for phase separation in BFS glass phase was then put forward,that is the composition of slag locates in the coexisting phase region of melilite and any silicate mineral with Q0 units. The special structure of melilite units,a 5-membered ring with high degree of polymerization (DOP),plays a key role in the formation of phase separation. In BFS system,one with chemical composition of larger ratio of (CaO + MgO/(SiO2 + Al2O3) would be more promising to meet the requirement for phase separation. 展开更多
