Pricing Power of China's Cocoon and Silk Products in International Market:An Empirical Analysis Based on International Market Power

Do China＇s silk products only have advantage in number but no pricing power in international market？ In this paper, we used the residual demand elasticity model to estimate the international market power of China＇s silk products. The empirical results revealed that China＇s raw material products such as natural silk products and semi-finished products such as satin products had certain market power in the main export markets, but the finished silk products such as woman＇s blouse or shirts and shawls had no market power in the target markets including USA and Germany. The scale economy from resource endowment and great market share are the base of the international market power of natural silk products. The advantage from industry agglomeration and great market share are the source of the international market power of satin products. Technical bottlenecks and inefficiency in brand building are the cause of unobvious international market power of China＇s finished silk products, and the competition from Italy and France has increased the difficulty to enhance market power. In order to consolidate and improve the international market power of China＇s silk products, it is suggested to stabilize the production scale and strengthen industrial base, to speed up the resources integration and optimize the industrial distribution, to strengthen science and technology innovation and adjust product structure, to speed up the brand construction and enhance the influence of brand, and to enlarge the scale of organization and achieve scale economies.

Historical Examination and Practical Lessons of the Silk Road: A Production-of-Space Perspective

The rise of the ancient Silk Road is a model of cross-nation production of space in early human history. During the Western Han Dynasty, after a passage way to the Western regions was "hollowed out" and secured, commerce and trade along the route boomed, people started to form clusters, and towns and cities were established. Since the late Tang Dynasty, under the combined effects of natural disasters and manmade misfortunes, regions along the Silk Road in Northwest China were severely depopulated, the towns and cities declined, the ecological environment became fragile, and the social space in West China shrank dramatically. The West Development Strategy later launched by the People' s Republic of China had its focus on optimization and reconstruction of domestic social space, whereas the Belt and Road Initiative(referring respectively to "the Silk Road Economic Belt", hereinafter "the Belt", and "the 21 st-Century Maritime Silk Road", " the Road") is rooted in the planning of space for long-term development and production. In building the Belt and Road, we should take the initiative and necessary steps to manage sound top-level designs; further break down the space alienation emanating from the domestic administrative divisions, and stick to the policy of all around opening up; base the endeavor on the new types of urbanization and strengthen social construction to optimize spatial structures; pay attention to the leading role of space consumption by vigorously developing Silk Road tourism; enhance the transportation and communication infrastructure in the node cities to achieve seamless docking and deep-level integration of both social space and natural space along the Belt and Road.

Comprehensive silk gland multi-omics comparison illuminates two alternative mechanisms in silkworm heterosis

Heterosis is a common phenomenon in plants and animals with diverse underlying mechanisms.Here,we applied two widely used silkworm hybrid systems and performed multi-omics analysis to identify possible intrinsic associations between different hybrid strategies and epigenetic mechanisms with silkworm heterosis.We found significant differences in the silk gland transcriptomic landscape between the two systems,including differentially expressed genes and expression patterns in the hybrid offspring compared to their parents.In the quaternary hybrid system,hybrid vigor was primarily due to upregulated genes and the parent-dominant upregulated expression pattern,involving multiple transport processes,cellular nitrogen compound catabolism,glucose metabolism,and tricarboxylic acid cycle.In the binary system,hybrid vigor was mainly due to the down-regulated genes and transgressively down-regulated expression pattern,mainly involving basic nitrogen synthesis metabolism and body function.We also demonstrated that DNA methylation may affect hybrid vigor by regulating the expression of several heterosis-related genes.Thus,this study revealed two alternative mechanisms that may contribute to silkworm heterosis,both of which facilitate the efficient utilization of energy and nitrogen for silk production.

蚕的全变态特点使丝绸以重生意义在祭祀为主的礼仪场景中被广泛应用;西周宗子制度的施行使祭祀权扩大、祭祀群体增加,丝绸的消费者大幅增长。丝绸制品无法继承、难以保存等特点,导致先秦时期丝绸的流通量偏少,市场供应能力始终不足。供需失衡促使丝绸生产不断改进技术,最终使礼仪和经济追求成为推动丝绸生产的主要动力。

中国与“海上丝绸之路”沿线国家ICT产品出口贸易效率及潜力研究

信息通信技术(ICT)产品贸易为缩小区域“信息鸿沟”,促进区域协同进步发挥了重要作用。文章通过构建随机前沿引力模型对中国与“海上丝绸之路”沿线国家ICT产品出口贸易效率及潜力进行测算。结果表明:中国对“海上丝绸之路”沿线国家ICT产品出口贸易效率水平整体偏低,且国别差异性显著,存在较大的出口潜力;从ICT产品类别看,通信设备和消费性电子设备的出口效率较高,电子元器件出口效率长期处于低水平状态;从细分区域看,中国对东南亚的ICT产品出口效率最高,对南亚的出口潜力最大。中国应合理调整对“海上丝绸之路”沿线国家ICT产品的出口结构,重点关注南亚市场,不断挖掘ICT产品贸易潜力。

物流绩效与中国农产品出口空间溢出效应——基于“21世纪海上丝绸之路”共建国家的实证分析

物流绩效直接影响国际贸易的成本与效率,基于2010-2018年“21世纪海上丝绸之路”31个合作伙伴国家数据,运用物流绩效综合指数及清关效率、物流基础设施质量等6个分项指标,采用空间杜宾模型实证分析物流绩效对中国农产品出口的影响。结果表明:中国向合作国家的农产品出口额和共建国家的物流绩效具有空间集聚效应,一国物流绩效提升会使中国向该国出口的农产品增多,周边国家物流绩效的提升也会对中国向该国的农产品出口贸易产生正向促进效应;物流绩效的各个分项指标产生的空间溢出效应不同,提高清关效率等能促进中国向该囯的农产品出口,国际运输便利性则对此影响不显著。因此,应积极促进合作伙伴国家物流绩效水平的提升,加强共建国家之间的交流合作。

为准确核算丝绸产品的碳足迹,本文对核算边界、核算数据、温室气体去除、研究结果计算等关键问题进行了分析讨论。研究结果表明:选择“摇篮到大门”或“大门到大门”作为丝绸产品碳足迹的核算边界具有较好的可操作性;确定核算边界内的关键温室气体排放源,必要时选择适用的数据分配方法并保持核算边界内分配方法的一致性,可提高核算数据的质量;蚕丝生物碳的温室气体去除量可在丝绸产品碳足迹核算结果报告时单独说明;丝绸企业的碳中和行动可纳入丝绸产品的碳足迹核算结果;核算边界一致和排放因子数据一致是不同丝绸产品碳足迹计算结果可比的两个关键前提。

Blended Yarns of Modacrylic Fibers with Silk Protein

The fiber properties of modacrylic fibers with silk protein and spinning technology for blended knitting yarns are studied. By testing the fiber properties, fiber spinnability is analysed. Modacrylic fibers with silk protein are brittle and have poor cohesion, so the key to process modacrylic fibers with silk protein lies in forming lap and sliver. During opening and carding, low speed is used to decrease fiber damage and the proper static resistant oil is applied to eliminate lapping fibers. Besides, the temperature and relative humidity have to be strictly controlled. The applications of modacrylic fibers with silk protein are also put forward.

Evaluation on Gambiered Guangdong Silk's Ecological Properties

To evaluate gambiered Guangdong silk's ecology properties,the raw materials ecology,production ecology and use ecology are analyzed;and the safety to human is tested according to GB/T18885-2002.Gambiered Guangdong silk is a kind of natural product.All its raw materials are reproducible and degradable natural resources,and it can decompose completely when being discarded.It is comfortable to wear,and easy to clean and dry.It is mainly manufactured by dip-dyeing in dye yam solution,and insolating under the burning sun.The production energy is solar,a kind of clean and reproducible energy.The production process is clean and environmental friendly.There is neither the utilization of synthetic dyestuff and chemical auxiliary,nor the discharge of environment pollutant,and even the dreg of dye yam is used as fuel.The safety test results show that pH value of water extract,heavy metal content(except for Pb content),color fastness and odor meet the requirements of GB/T18885-2002 and Okeo-tex standard 100.

17-19世纪法国是欧洲丝织提花技术发展的核心,本文通过对这段时期的研究,有助于了解西方丝织技术发展。首先阅读参考了众多英文、法文文献,经过系统梳理,将法国丝织业发展分为原始积累、扶持发展、繁荣创新、荣衰起伏4个主要时期;然后剖析法国丝织业兴衰成败,发现政府行政干涉、行业协会体制、生产模式变化及人才培养机制等有着深刻影响。

丝绸之路经济带沿线国家文化产品贸易:网络格局、关系特征与影响因素

促进丝绸之路经济带沿线国家文化产品贸易发展是成功建设“一带一路”文明之路的重要因素。本文基于社会网络分析法探究2010—2020年丝绸之路经济带文化产品贸易网络,结果表明:从整体网络看,贸易网络连通性强但联系松散,仍具有较大的贸易潜力。从个体网络看,中国与英国等欧洲国家长期居于贸易网络的核心地位,是整体网络的关键枢纽;土耳其等国家则为网络中的区域性枢纽节点。区域层面上,网络中分别形成了以俄罗斯、土耳其、英国为核心节点的三大贸易子群,子群成员随着合作组织的增加呈现出交融态势;空间格局上,贸易网络存在明显的核心—边缘圈层结构,且显现出两极分化的发展趋势。进一步通过QAP分析得出,人口规模差异、贸易协定等因素有利于增进贸易联系,而文化距离、经济差异、制度差异、信息技术差异等因素对贸易联系有阻碍作用。中国应着重加强与区域性枢纽国家的文化贸易往来,进而开拓中亚、中东地区贸易市场,完善合作网络。

基于丝路文化的湖湘农产品包装设计路径研究

目的 对未来湖湘农产包装设计的发展和创新路径提出建议。方法 湖湘地区农产品类型丰富,但包装设计存在诸如定位模糊、文化属性不明确、设计观念陈旧、设计材料过度等问题。以当地具有丝路内涵的文化元素为切入点,从传统制作工艺智慧中汲取创意灵感,选取因地制宜的天然包装材料和造型结构进行设计,以解决包装设计中存在的问题。结果 导入“丝路文化”理念可以彰显地域文化符号,对提升农产品的品牌特性,促进国内外市场销售,以及弘扬中国文化都具有十分积极的意义。结论 近年来,在新丝路经济建设和国家注重农产品创新设计政策的大好形势下,以“丝路文化”为内涵的湖湘农产品能够在竞争激烈的国内、国际农产品市场间立足和发展,以及独具地域性文化特征、科学合理的产品包装,是提升湖湘农产品品牌形象以及农产品附加值的重要因素。
