The control effect of a digitalfuzzy controller based on looking up fuzzy control responding table is only relative to the table and not relative tothe fuzzy control rules in the practical control process. Aiming at above problem and having combined fuzzy log-ic reasoning with digital operational characteristics of a single-chip microcomputer, functioning-fuzzy-subset in-ference (FFSI) in binary, in which triangle membership functions of error and error-in-change are all represen-ted in binary and singleton membership functions of control variable is binary too, has been introduced. The cir-cuit principle plans of a single-chip fuzzy controller have been introduced for development of its hardware, andthe primary program structure, fuzzy logic reasoning subroutine, serial communication subroutine with PC andreliability design of the fuzzy controller are all discussed in detail. The control of indoor temperature by a fuzzycontroller has been conducted using a testing-room thermodynamic system. Research results show that the FFSIin binary can exercise a concise fuzzy control in a single-chip fuzzy controller, and the fuzzy controller is there-fore reliable and possesses a high performance-price ratio.展开更多

A new gas concentration monitoring system for coal mines is developed on the basis of gas-sensing detection and single-chip control. The monitoring system uses the tin oxide as the main material of N-type semiconductor gas sensors, be- cause it has good sensitive characteristics for the flammable and explosive gas ( such as methane, carbon monoxide). The QM-N5-semiconductor gas sensor is adopted to detect the output values of the resistance under the different gas con- centrations. The system, designedly, takes the AT89C51 digital chip as the core of the circuit processing hardware structure to analyze and judge the input values of the resistance, and then achieve the control and alarm for going beyond the limit of gas concentration. The gas concentration monitoring system has man), advantages including simple in struc- ture, fast response time, stable performance and low cost. The chip includes all transceiver blocks as RX/TX RF front-end, RX/TX analog baseband, frequency synthesizer and I2C with fully-compliant China 800/900 MHz RFID draft, ISO/IEC 18000-6C protocol and ETSI 302 208-1 local regulation. The normal mode receiver in the presence of -3 dBm self-jammer achieves -75 dBm 1% PER sensitivity. The linear class-A PA integrated in transmitter has 25 dBm OP1 dB output power for CW. The fully-integrated fractional-N fre-quency synthesizer is designed based on MASH 1-1-1 sigma-delta modulator and 1.8 GHz fundamental frequency LC-VCO for lower in-band and out-of-band phase noise. The measured phase noise is up to -106 dBc/Hz@200 kHz and -131 dBc/Hz@1 MHz offset from center frequency and the integrated RMS jitter from 10 kHz to 10 MHz is less than 1.6 pS. The chip dissipates 330 mA from 3.3 V power supply when transmitting 22.4 dBm CW signal and the PAE of linear PA is up to 26%. The chip die area is 16.8 mm2.展开更多

Two pairs of sensing elements with the same structure are arranged in a cross-like configuration to measure the X- and Y-axis electrostatic field components. An in-plane rotary mechanism is used in the microsensor to detect the X-, Y-, and Z-axis electrostatic field components simultaneously. The proposed microsensor is compact and presents high integration. The microsensor is fabricated through a MetalMUMPS process. Experimental results show that in the range of 0-50 kV/m, the linearity errors of the microsensor are within 5.5%, and the total measure- ment errors of the three electrostatic field components are less than 14.04%.展开更多

A control system with a MCS-51 single-chip microcomputer as main control component was used to realize the new stud welding procedure. This new welding process with stepping stud welding gun is named as stepping arc stud welding. In the new welding process, the stud action can be looked as constituted by some micro steps. The setting and adjusting of the stepping arc welding gun behavior parameters are accomplished independently. The power supply based on this kind of draw-out power coil has undergone the overall testing, and it is verified-showing that it can properly work in a non-saturated status within the current range of 50 - 1000 A, and provide a stable output. The equipment also design protection circuit to improve the reliability to avid the impacts of the impulse current or short-circuit current. HDR (high dynamic range) imaging has recently been applied to video systems, including the next-generation UHDTV (ultrahigh definition television) format. This format requires a camera with a dynamic range of over...HDR (high dynamic range) imaging has recently been applied to video systems, including the next-generation UHDTV (ultrahigh definition television) format. This format requires a camera with a dynamic range of over 15 f-stops and a signal to noise SN-ratio that is the same as that of HDTV systems. However, current UHDTV cameras cannot satisfy these conditions. We proposed a four-chip capturing method that combines three-chip and single-chip systems. A prism divides incident light into two rays. Most of the incident light is directed to the three-chip capturing block; the remainder is directed to a single-chip capturing block, avoiding saturation. High quality HDR video can then be obtained by synthesizing the images obtained from the two systems. In this paper, we detail this image synthesis method, and analyze the differences between the three-chip and single-chip capturing systems. In particular, we focus on noise analysis of the single chip system. Most of the noises do not affect to image quality but those at around the switching point degrade the visual picture quality. To improve the degradation we propose a new switching method for smooth matching between different noise characteristics of the two systems. Finally, we discuss the results of a simulation used to verify its effectiveness.展开更多

文摘A Smart resistance thermometer sensor is designed to overcome the shortages of the traditional ones, and Con-form to the world development trend of the sensor market.According to the constitutions of this Smart sensor and its application coverage,those parts with good -application and low-cost were chosen to constitute this sensor on the basis of full consideration of the linkage among every part.The whole testing system were controlled and processed by C8051F350 single-chip,it could measure precise temperature by PT100 resistance thermometer and circumstance temperature for temperature compensating automatically and simultane-ously,it also could amplify signals to convert analog signals to digital ones,and display results automatically by analysing and processing information.Furthermore,it could auto-compensate self-check,and spot communicate.
文摘A recent developed Cycloconverter-IM haulage drive for underground mining is described in this paper. The control of this system is fully digitized. Six INTEL 8031 single-chip microprocessors are interconnected to perform the functions of motor speed control,cycloconverter firing , fault diagnosis,etc. The implementations of the above functions are illustrated,and also a new method called "slip feedback control" for improving power factor of cycloconverter is put forward in this paper.
文摘HDR (high dynamic range) imaging has recently been applied to video systems, including the next-generation UHDTV (ultrahigh definition television) format. This format requires a camera with a dynamic range of over 15 f-stops and a signal to noise SN-ratio that is the same as that of HDTV systems. However, current UHDTV cameras cannot satisfy these conditions. We proposed a four-chip capturing method that combines three-chip and single-chip systems. A prism divides incident light into two rays. Most of the incident light is directed to the three-chip capturing block; the remainder is directed to a single-chip capturing block, avoiding saturation. High quality HDR video can then be obtained by synthesizing the images obtained from the two systems. In this paper, we detail this image synthesis method, and analyze the differences between the three-chip and single-chip capturing systems. In particular, we focus on noise analysis of the single chip system. Most of the noises do not affect to image quality but those at around the switching point degrade the visual picture quality. To improve the degradation we propose a new switching method for smooth matching between different noise characteristics of the two systems. Finally, we discuss the results of a simulation used to verify its effectiveness.
文摘This paper focuses on the use of the touchpad (key), STC89C51RC monolithic integrated circuit PWM control signal, which changed the traditional mechanical buttons as a DC motor rotational speed and steering control method. Touch switch advantages compared with the traditional mechanical switches are: first, the quieter second, more sensitive; third, faster; four, long life and so on. Specialized chips are also used in the article the PWM signal system, and the principle of PWM signal, method and how the software adjust the duty cycle of the PWM signal to control its input signal waveforms are are described in detail. In addition, this article also introduced consisting of triode amplifier circuit of h-bridge amplifier as a DC motor driving module, enabling the control of DC motor speed. On the software side, PI was described in detail in the article arithmetic program initializes write ideas and specific programs such as program implementation.

文摘Mainly introduces intelligent classification trash can be dedicated to solving indoor household garbage classification.The trash can is based on AT89S52 single-chip microcomputer as the main control chip.The single-chip microcomputer realizes the intelligent classification of garbage by controlling the voice module,mechanical drive module,and infrared detection module.The use of voice control technology and infrared detection technology makes the trash can have voice control and overflow alarm functions.The design has the advantages of simple and intelligent operation,simple structure,stable performance,low investment,etc.,which can further effectively isolate people and garbage,reduce human infection with bacteria,and is a feasible solution for classification at the source of garbage.
