Effects of Continuous Nitrogen Application on Grain Yield and Nitrogen Uptake and Utilization in Winter Wheat-Summer Maize Rotation System

[Objective] This study aimed to achieve high yield and stable yield of win- ter wheat-summer maize rotation system and provide basis for rational application of nitrogen fertilizer. [Method] Effects of continuous nitrogen application on grain yield, economic profit, nitrogen uptake and utilization efficiency, and soil inorganic nitrogen accumulation in winter wheat-summer maize rotation system were investigated. [Re- sult] Nitrogen application could significantly increase the y(eld of the winter wheat- summer maize rotation system, which increased by 17.76%-30.32% and 22.24%- 46.63% in two rotation cycles, respectively. The yield of the winter wheat-summer maize rotation system was the maximum in two rotation cycles with nitrogen appli- cation amount of 660.0 kg/hm2, which reached respectively 23 391.19 and 23 444.35 kg/hm2, the yield and economic benefit were the highest, the nitrogen fertilizer use efficiency was 22.2% and 30.7%, the agronomic efficiency was 8.3 and 11.3 kg/kg. However, the nitrogen fertilizer use efficiency and agronomic efficiency between ni- trogen application amount of 540.0 and 660.0 kg/hm2 showed no significant differ- ence. After two rotation cycles, inorganic nitrogen accumulation in 0-40 cm soil with nitrogen application amount of 540.0 kg/hm2 was almost equal to that before experi- ment. [Conclusion] Under the experimental conditions, comprehensively considering the grain yield, economic profit, nitrogen fertilizer efficiency and soil inorganic nitro- gen balance, the optimal nitrogen application amount was 625.3-660.0 kg/hm2 in high-yield winter wheat-summer maize rotation system. 展开更多

We present an experimental demonstration of the rotation measurement using a compact cold atom gyroscope. Atom interference fringes are observed in the stationary frame and the rotating frame, respectively. The phase shift and contrast of the interference fringe are experimentally investigated. The results show that the contrast of the interference fringe is well held when the platform is rotated, and the phase shift of the interference fringe is linearly proportional to the rotation rate of the platform. The long-term stability, which is evaluated by the overlapped Allan deviation, is 8.5 × 10^-6 rad/s over the integrating time of 1000s. 展开更多

The two-rotational-degrees-of-freedom(2R) parallel mechanism(PM) with two continuous rotational axes(CRAs) has a simple kinematic model.It is therefore easy to implement trajectory planning,parameter calibration,and motion control,which allows for a variety of application prospects.However,no systematic analysis on structural constraints of the 2R-PM with two CRAs has been performed,and there are only a few types of 2R-PM with two CRAs.Thus,a theory regarding the type synthesis of the 2R-PM with two CRAs is systematically established.First,combining the theories of reciprocal screw and space geometry,the spatial arrangement relationships of the constraint forces applied to the moving platform by the branches are explored,which give the 2R-PM two CRAs.The different distributions of the constraint forces in each branch are also studied.On the basis of the obtained structural constraints of branches,and considering the geometric relationships of constraint forces in each branch,the appropriate kinematic chains are constructed.Through the reasonable configuration of branch kinematic chains corresponding to every structural constraint,a series of new 2R-PMs with two CRAs are finally obtained. 展开更多

As an orientation measurement system,north-finder has been playing a significant role in both military and civilian fields of orientation and control.In this paper,to deal with drawbacks in the conventional north-finding systems,a dynamic strategy based on continuous rotation modulation to measure the rotational angular velocity of the earth is proposed.By modeling the dynamic error,optimizing the process constraint and estimating dynamic noise,a method combining delay compensation and hardware adjustment,and a constrained adaptive Kalman filter(CAKF)algorithm are designed for the north-finding strategy.According to simulation and experiments,the proposed algorithm can achieve the high-precision north-finding with robust and anti-noise performance. 展开更多

The performance of a rotating packed bed (RPter solutioB) with three kinds of packings was investigated using alcohol/wan under continuous distillation conditions at atmospheric pressure. The effects of average high gravity factor (β), reflux ratio (R), and feedstock flux (F) on mass-transfer in distillation were examined separately. Experimental results indicated that the total number of theoretical units (NTU) of RPB increased with β, R, and F.Of the three kinds of packings, the wave thread packing of stainless steel (Packing-Ⅲ)-had the best mass transfer efficiency with the height equivalent of a theoretical plate (HETP) of approximately 7.35 mm- 23.58 ram, whereas the corrugated disk pacing of stainless steel,(Packing Ⅰ) had the worst one with the HETP of about 13.4 mm-48.07 mm.Correlations were cleveloped to describe the mass transfer efficiency for packings Comparing.experimental data with the data calculated by correlation, the average deviate obtained for each packing was 0.72%, 1.98%, and 2.7%, respectively, implying that the accuracy of correlations developed was reasonable. 展开更多

Gaseous detonation propagating in a toroidal chamber was numerically studied for hydrogen/oxygen/nitrogen mixtures. The numerical method used is based on the three-dimensional Euler equations with detailed finiterate chemistry. The results show that the calculated streak picture is in qualitative agreement with the picture recorded by a high speed streak camera from published literature. The three-dimensional flow field induced by a continuously rotating detonation was visualized and distinctive features of the rotating detonations were clearly depicted. Owing to the unconfined character of detonation wavelet, a deficit of detonation parameters was observed. Due to the effects of wall geometries, the strength of the outside detonation front is stronger than that of the inside portion. The detonation thus propagates with a constant circular velocity. Numerical simulation also shows three-dimensional rotating detonation structures, which display specific feature of the detonation- shock combined wave. Discrete burning gas pockets are formed due to instability of the discontinuity. It is believed that the present study could give an insight into the interest- ing properties of the continuously rotating detonation, and is thus beneficial to the design of continuous detonation propulsion systems. 展开更多

With appropriate geometry configuration, helicopter- borne rotating synthetic aperture radar (ROSAR) can break through the limitations of monostatic synthetic aperture radar (SAR) on forward-looking imaging. With this capability, ROSAR has extensive potential applications, such as self-navigation and self-landing. Moreover, it has many advantages if combined with the frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) technology. A novel geometric configuration and an imaging algorithm for helicopter-borne FMCW-ROSAR are proposed. Firstly, by per- forming the equivalent phase center principle, the separated trans- mitting and receiving antenna system is equalized to the case of system configuration with antenna for both transmitting and receiving signals. Based on this, the accurate two-dimensional spectrum is obtained and the Doppler frequency shift effect in- duced by the continuous motion of the platform during the long pulse duration is compensated. Next, the impacts of the velocity approximation error on the imaging algorithm are analyzed in de- tail, and the system parameters selection and resolution analysis are presented. The well-focused SAR image is then obtained by using the improved Omega-K algorithm incorporating the accurate compensation method for the velocity approximation error. FJnally, correctness of the analysis and effectiveness of the proposed al- gorithm are demonstrated through simulation results. 展开更多

The particle path tracking method is proposed and used in two-dimensional(2D) and three-dimensional(3D) numerical simulations of continuously rotating detonation engines(CRDEs). This method is used to analyze the combustion and expansion processes of the fresh particles, and the thermodynamic cycle process of CRDE. In a 3D CRDE flow field, as the radius of the annulus increases, the no-injection area proportion increases, the non-detonation proportion decreases, and the detonation height decreases. The flow field parameters on the 3D mid annulus are different from in the 2D flow field under the same chamber size. The non-detonation proportion in the 3D flow field is less than in the 2D flow field. In the 2D and 3D CRDE, the paths of the flow particles have only a small fluctuation in the circumferential direction. The numerical thermodynamic cycle processes are qualitatively consistent with the three ideal cycle models, and they are right in between the ideal F–J cycle and ideal ZND cycle. The net mechanical work and thermal efficiency are slightly smaller in the 2D simulation than in the 3D simulation. In the 3D CRDE, as the radius of the annulus increases, the net mechanical work is almost constant, and the thermal efficiency increases. The numerical thermal efficiencies are larger than F–J cycle, and much smaller than ZND cycle. 展开更多

In order to study the propagation mechanism of continuous rotating detonation wave,the H2/air continuous rotating detonation engine ignited by tangentially installed H2/O2pre-detonation tube is studied experimentally using a tilt slot injector structure.The experimental results show that the stable rotating detonation wave can be gained successfully with the equivalent ratio of 0.93.The propagation frequency and velocity of rotating detonation wave range from 5200 to 5500 Hz and from 1518.5 to 1606.1 m/s,respectively.Three propagation modes,such as rotation,reversal and bifurcation,of detonation wave are verified through the analysis of propagation mechanism of rotating detonation wave. 展开更多

The paper summarizes the four different construction schemes based on engineering cases for the arch rib construction of continuous beam-arch composite bridges for high-speed railways.These methods include in-situ assembly,segmental lifting,incremental launching and longitudinal moving,and vertical rotation.The temporary structural designs,process methods,and technological equipment for each construction scheme are described in detail.The advantages and disadvantages of each scheme and its application scope under various conditions are analyzed,and opinions and suggestions for guiding the application of each scheme are proposed.The comparison and selection analyses show that the four arch rib construction schemes have certain applicability under different conditions such as bridge site status,bridge span,and construction environment.With the continuous increase of bridge span and progress of construction technological equipment,the arch rib construction technology is developing towards the overall erection direction.This leads to more obvious technical advantages of the segmental lifting method,incremental launching and longitudinal moving method,and vertical rotation method.Therefore,it is necessary to select the best construction scheme according to the construction status and technical conditions during application. 展开更多

Certain agricultural management practices are known to affect the soil microbial community structure;however,knowledge of the response of the fungal community structure to the long-term continuous cropping and rotation of soybean,maize and wheat in the same agroecosystem is limited.We assessed the fungal abundance,composition and diversity among soybean rotation,maize rotation and wheat rotation systems and among long-term continuous cropping systems of soybean,maize and wheat as the effect of crop types on fungal community structure.We compared these fungal parameters of same crop between long-term crop rotation and continuous cropping systems as the effect of cropping systems on fungal community structure.The fungal abundance and composition were measured by quantitative real-time PCR and Illumina MiSeq sequencing.The results revealed that long-term continuous soybean cropping increased the soil fungal abundance compared with soybean rotation,and the fungal abundance was decreased in long-term continuous maize cropping compared with maize rotation.The long-term continuous soybean cropping also exhibited increased soil fungal diversity.The variation in the fungal community structure among the three crops was greater than that between long-term continuous cropping and rotation cropping.Mortierella,Guehomyces and Alternaria were the most important contributors to the dissimilarity of the fungal communities between the continuous cropping and rotation cropping of soybean,maize and wheat.There were 11 potential pathogen and 11 potential biocontrol fungi identified,and the relative abundance of most of the potential pathogenic fungi increased during the long-term continuous cropping of all three crops.The relative abundance of most biocontrol fungi increased in long-term continuous soybean cropping but decreased in long-term continuous maize and wheat cropping.Our results indicate that the response of the soil fungal community structure to long-term continuous cropping varies based upon crop types. 展开更多

The results indicate : 1 ) The principal - compression directions in Tianshan are nearly NS, and their intersection angles with regional structures and mountains are nearly perpendicular, which is in accordance with Tianshan' s uplift and crustal shortening. 2)The principal compressions around Tarim basin tend to facilitate the regional faults' left-lateral strike-slip movements and the basin' s clockwise rotation. Based on an exact CAD model of hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission (HMCVT) gearbox which can transmit 180 horsepower, virtual prototype of the HMCVT was built. Revolution speed of shafts, gears and clutches of the HMCVT were calibrated by using results obtained by theoretical calculation and test methods. The needed power and torques of both mechanical power input shaft and hydropower input shaft were calculated by simulation. Hydraulic power distributing ratio and power flow of the system was also studied. The analysis results showed that cycle power was produced inevitably when the output shaft speed of HMCVT change smoothly during mechanical and hydraulic working state HM1 to HM4, and the instantaneous maximum cycle power was 39.5%. Then the overall transmission efficiency of HMCVT was studied, and the maximum overall efficiency of the system was about 87%. The results of the studies gave references to select suited engine and variable displacement pump for the HMCVT, and to develop rational speed control strategies for the HMCVT by changing displacement ratio of variable displacement pump. 展开更多

The Effect of Crop Rotation on Soil Nematode Community Composition in a Greenhouse

[Objective] The aim was to identify changes in a nematode community in response to crop rotation and to determine the appropriate catch crop for a greenhouse. [Method] The experiment was carried out in a typical 6-year-old greenhouse,in which cucumber crops were cultivated twice each year(in spring and autumn),and catch crops were planted in summer. The total number of nematodes was counted and nematode community indices were calculated after collecting soil samples in different stages. [Result] Total nematode abundance was decreased in the soils of catch crop in contrast with former crops(cucumber crops). The abundance of the nematode community was reduced in the treatment of crop rotation compared to the soils of catch crop. In addition, the number of nematode taxa was significantly reduced by the treatment of crown daisy compared to the treatments of following crops. Crop rotation regulated the functional composition of the nematode community by increasing the omnivores-predators functional group and decreasing the relative abundance of root herbivores. [Conclusion] These results indicate that crop rotation affects the nematode community in abundance, diversity and functional composition of the nematode community and crown daisy can be served as the most appropriate catch crop in the greenhouse. 展开更多

Soil siderophores are important for crop growth,benefit ferric iron absorption of root,and are affected by cropping patterns.The objective of this study was to evaluate the quantity of siderophores in soil of 2 continuous crop rotation patterns over 30 years in Anren country,China.Quantity and siderophore-producing capability of microorganisms in rice-riceoilseed rape(DDY)rotation and rice-rice(DD)rontinuous cropping rhizosphere soil were tested and analyzed by chrome azurol S method.Isolated strains were used to identify siderophore-producing microorganism(SPM)by PCR amplification and DNA sequencing.Results showed that 9 siderophore-producing bacteria strains were isolated from DDY rhizosphere soil while 7 strains were identified from DD rhizosphere soil.The mean solubility index which representing siderophore-producing capability of strains was 3.05.PCR amplification results indicated that bacterial were the major SPM in soil.This research indicates that crop rotation systems could drive microorganisms to produce siderophores and enrich them in bacterial communities. 展开更多

再植障碍问题限制了当归产业健康发展。为了建立高效种植方式,在甘肃渭源县设置5种种植方式[A:豌豆-小麦-当归;B:豌豆-蒙古黄芪-当归;C:豌豆-马铃薯-当归;D:豌豆-当归-当归(对照);E:豌豆-休耕-当归],采挖期通过Illumina Hisqe 2500高通... 再植障碍问题限制了当归产业健康发展。为了建立高效种植方式,在甘肃渭源县设置5种种植方式[A:豌豆-小麦-当归;B:豌豆-蒙古黄芪-当归;C:豌豆-马铃薯-当归;D:豌豆-当归-当归(对照);E:豌豆-休耕-当归],采挖期通过Illumina Hisqe 2500高通量测序平台测定了不同种植模式下当归根际土壤真菌ITS1变异区的基因序列,分析不同种植方式对当归根际土壤真菌群落和功能差异性的影响。结果表明:(1)5种种植方式下当归根际真菌多样性差异不大,较对照D处理,A、B、C和E处理的Chao1指数、Ace指数和Shannon指数较低,Simpson指数较高。(2)5种种植方式下当归根际土壤真菌群落隶属于11门167属,其中,子囊菌门(Ascomycota)、被孢菌门(Mortierellomycota)、担子菌亚门(Basidiomycota)和壶菌门(Chytridiomycota)为优势门;被孢霉属(Mortierella)、四枝孢属(Tetracladium)为优势属。(3)冗余度分析发现:在门水平影响土壤真菌群落结构组成的主要因子为速效钾、电导率、pH值,在属水平影响土壤真菌群落结构组成的主要因子为有机质、pH值、二氧化碳呼吸速率。(4)FUNGuild预测表明:植物病原体和木质腐生真菌功能群的相对丰度较高。综上所述,不同作物轮作较当归连作,降低了当归根际土壤真菌群落的相对丰度和多样性,有利于根际土壤真菌群落向有益的方向发展。 展开更多

为实现煤粉连续旋转爆轰发动机的可靠点火,开展乙烯对煤粉-氧气起爆特性的影响机制研究。在初始压力p 0=100 kPa下,采用高能电点火对有无0.5当量比乙烯氛围下的煤粉-氧气混合物开展直接起爆实验研究。点火能量通过测定在空气中高能电火... 为实现煤粉连续旋转爆轰发动机的可靠点火,开展乙烯对煤粉-氧气起爆特性的影响机制研究。在初始压力p 0=100 kPa下,采用高能电点火对有无0.5当量比乙烯氛围下的煤粉-氧气混合物开展直接起爆实验研究。点火能量通过测定在空气中高能电火花产生的爆炸波压强进行计算。计算后发现:采用6.3 J的有效点火能量,煤粉-氧气在不含乙烯的氛围下无法起爆;在此能量下,煤粉-氧气在0.5当量比的乙烯氛围条件下可实现直接起爆;将能量降低为3.6 J,使其低于乙烯-氧气(0.5当量比)混合物的临界起爆能量,虽然乙烯-氧气无法直接起爆,但是在加入煤粉后却可以形成稳定的自持爆轰波。研究结果表明:若要实现煤粉-氧气的直接起爆,则需要添加一定量的助爆气体(如乙烯);煤粉的加入还可以拓宽乙烯-氧气混合物的起爆极限。所得结果可以为煤粉连续旋转爆轰发动机的点火起爆提供理论依据并提供技术支撑。 展开更多

粉末连续旋转爆轰发动机不仅具有爆轰循环热效率高的优势,还兼具粉末燃料体积热值高、流量可调等优点,然而发动机的工作特性会受到煤粉的物理性质影响。为了更好地研究不同物理性质煤粉对于爆轰波传播特性的影响,搭建一套定容燃烧弹,结... 粉末连续旋转爆轰发动机不仅具有爆轰循环热效率高的优势,还兼具粉末燃料体积热值高、流量可调等优点,然而发动机的工作特性会受到煤粉的物理性质影响。为了更好地研究不同物理性质煤粉对于爆轰波传播特性的影响,搭建一套定容燃烧弹,结合高能点火系统,在初始压力p 0=100 kPa下,研究多孔状5μm、多孔状40μm及片状5μm共3种无烟煤粉在不同当量比(0.7、1.0、1.3、1.5)下的爆轰波传播特性。研究结果表明:多孔状5μm无烟煤随着当量比的增加,爆轰波速度及压力持续增加,当量比为1.5时具有最大爆轰波传播速度及压力;多孔状40μm煤粉在0.7~1.3当量比下随当量比的增大,爆轰波速度持续增加,而后在当量比为1.5时由于过量的煤粉导致速度开始降低,但爆轰压力随着当量比的增加而增加;5μm多孔状煤粉爆轰波速度在相同当量比下优于40μm煤粉;片状5μm煤粉爆轰特性最差,在高当量比时会抑制爆轰。 展开更多

针对神经网络模型在有标签样本数量较少的情况下,容易产生网络过拟合、故障诊断精度低、不能充分利用大量无标签样本数据等问题,提出一种基于连续小波变换和教师-学生网络的半监督学习方法用于旋转机械的故障诊断。该方法以改进的LeNet... 针对神经网络模型在有标签样本数量较少的情况下,容易产生网络过拟合、故障诊断精度低、不能充分利用大量无标签样本数据等问题,提出一种基于连续小波变换和教师-学生网络的半监督学习方法用于旋转机械的故障诊断。该方法以改进的LeNet5卷积神经网络模型为基础,建立具有相同结构和初始化参数的学生网络模型和教师网络模型。首先,将旋转机械振动信号进行连续小波变换,将其转换为三维时频图像。接着,利用教师模型的预测结果生成伪标签,将这些伪标签和真实标签结合起来,训练学生网络。同时,通过指数加权移动平均算法更新教师网络模型参数。试验结果表明,相对于纯监督学习模型,所提出的算法能够在有标签样本数量较少的情况下显著提高模型训练过程的稳定性和故障诊断的精度。 展开更多
