It is important to optimize the cooperative innovation network for the improvement of economic competence and innovative power. Based on the patent information services platform, we obtain invention patent data for the electronic information industry in Liaoning from 1985 to 2015. This paper analyzes the cooperative innovation network structure, its spatiotemporal evolution and the triple helix relationship of government-industry-university(GIU) by using the social network analysis method and the triple helix theory as well as UCINet, ArcGIS and NetDraw. The empirical results show that: 1) the number of the subjects of the electronic information industry GIU cooperative innovation network in Liaoning demonstrates a gradual increase from 1985 to 2015, with the same trend in concentration. In terms of its subject and its centrality, the universities have a higher position, and the industries have a lower position,while the status of the government is still unclear. 2) The cooperative innovation network presents a core-periphery structure, and the polarization effect of innovation subjects tends to be obvious. There is certain distance-decay regularity in the cooperative innovation network, and a strong geographical proximity to cooperative innovation. 3) The compactness shows a downward trend as a whole. In terms of the extent of participation, the industries are better than the government but worse than the universities. This means that the cooperative innovation network of GIU in the electronic information industry in Liaoning is in the initial stage of formation. 展开更多

With the tide of economic globalization and the practice of“One Belt and One Road”Initiative,Sino-foreign cooperation has gradually become one of the effective ways to improve the quality of higher education.This paper based on the statistics and analysis of the data released by the Ministry of Education’s foreign-related supervision information platform,combining with the actual investigation and research on the situation of Sino-foreign cooperation of higher education in municipal universities of Wuhan,has found that the Sino-foreign cooperation programs commonly have problems of non-standardized enrollment of students,insufficient quality of teachers and teaching qualities,and lack of core competitiveness.Therefore,it is essential to upgrade the level of foreign cooperative institutions and the standards of students’recruitment,optimize the curriculum,pay attention to the public welfare of education,improve the teaching model,improve the level of teachers,so as to truly realize the original intention of Sino-foreign cooperation in municipal universities of Wuhan. 展开更多

Taking aim at this development trend advocated by Chinese higher education department,the researchers specially selected 7 samples in all levels Chinese higher universities and colleges, to deeply analyze the effects of MOOCs in the teaching of Sino-foreign cooperative design major by using various methods such as tracking investigation, questionnaire and interview, statistical comparison and so on. The paper not only systematically elaborates MOOCs advantages through combining the features of Sino-foreign cooperative design major,but also reveals and highlights its potential drawbacks and shortcomings, and simultaneously puts forward the corresponding improvement measures. 美国产学研合作教育起步较早,积累了丰富的办学实践经验,具有完善的法律保障体系和灵活多样的合作方式,形成了独特的办学模式。尤其是社区学院的校企合作教育,有效促进了美国地方社会经济的发展。美国社区学院的校企产学研合作教育经历... 美国产学研合作教育起步较早,积累了丰富的办学实践经验,具有完善的法律保障体系和灵活多样的合作方式,形成了独特的办学模式。尤其是社区学院的校企合作教育,有效促进了美国地方社会经济的发展。美国社区学院的校企产学研合作教育经历了形成、发展、成熟和繁荣四个时期,在服务地方社会经济和人才培养方面取得了显著成效,积累了丰富的成功经验:一是建立健全法律制度,为开展产学研合作教育提供保障;二是建立政府、社区学院和企业多元协作体系,推动校企产学研合作良性运转;三是依托项目群推动社区学院与企业开展深度合作,搭建校企产学研合作教育的桥梁;四是形成社区学院与企业联合培养人才模式,搭建校企产学研合作教育的纽带;五是满足地方社会经济发展的需求,抓住校企产学研合作教育的生命线。我国地方高校应借鉴美国社区学院发展的经验,充分发挥地方高校与企业之间的优势资源,健全校企产学研合作教育的法律体系,建立产学研合作教育一体化发展模式与管理机制,依托项目推动地方高校校企产学研合作教育,推动地方社会经济发展。 展开更多
