心内膜和心外膜消融的summit区室性早搏:心电图特征和远期预后

[目的]分析summit区室性早搏体表12导联心电图,识别是否存在可以精准判断有效消融靶点的心电图特征。[方法]选择2018年6月—2021年2月期间在冠状窦内或对应的左心室心内膜面行summit区室性早搏射频消融术患者36例,回顾性分析其体表12导联心电图报告。[结果]25例患者的有效消融靶点位于心内膜面的临近部位(心内膜组),余11例患者的有效消融靶点位于心外膜的心大静脉和前室间静脉(GCV-AIV)区(心外膜组)。心内膜组的类本位曲折(ID)显著小于心外膜组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.022)。心内膜组的最大转折指数(MDI)明显小于心外膜组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.020)。心内膜组的假性δ波时限显著短于心外膜组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.004)。随访6~36个月,心外膜组消融成功率为100%(11/11),心内膜组失访1例,余24例患者的消融成功率为87.5%(21/24)。心内膜组亚组分析显示,当假性δ波时限≥25 ms时消融成功率仅为62.5%(5/8),但当假性δ波时限<25 ms时消融成功率为100%(16/16)。假性δ波时限<25 ms对心内膜面消融成功预判的灵敏度和特异度分别为94%和72%。[结论]summit区室性早搏心电图上假性δ波时限<25 ms与心内膜面导管射频消融的成功率密切相关。

Comparative Research on Sino-US Agricultural Innovation Model in Science and Technology

This research was conducted to provide a comparative analysis of China's and US's agricultural innovation in science and technology and offer some guidance on the construction of agricultural innovation system in science and technology in China. The countermeasures are proposed with a hope to shorten China's and US's gap of agricultural innovation in science and technology by analyzing agricultural innovation model features in science and technology of the United States. The advantages of United States model of agricultural innovation in science and technology include sound legal framework safeguard, complete scientific and technological innovation system, high quality and talented personnel, sufficient technical development and extension funding, and extensive applications of modern agricultural high-tech. There is a gap in agricultural innovation between China and the United States. Agriculture innovation in science and technology in China should improve in several aspects such as agricultural legislation, construction of sound agricultural innovation system in science and technology, building first-class agricultural innovation and extension teams, establishing diversified channels for investment, and improving the applications of high technology in agriculture.

Research and Analysis of the Sino-US Agricultural Trade in Current Decade

China has a large population, so the supply of agricultural products is very essential, and agricultural trade plays an important role. According to the data from the United Nations’ commodity trade, the rate of agricultural products trade development between China and the United States is declining since 2012, and China has kept perennial trade disadvantage for a long period of time. In order to change the current trade situation, we must make in-depth analysis on the two countries’ agricultural products trade status and their characteristics, thus target to development of trade strategy. Recalculating Sino-US Trade Balance Using the Ownership-Based Statistical Method

Using the trade statistical method based on asset ownership,this paper recalculated Sino-US bilateral trade volume and the result indicates that against traditional trade statistics,Chinese exports to the US reduced by an average of 51%while Chinese imports from the US increased by an average of 41%between 2004 and 2010.Balance of trade is in the range between US$2,189 billion of deficit and US$12.77 billion of surplus on the part of China,which are far smaller than the balance of Sino-US trade calculated by traditional statistical method.In order to reflect the real scale of China's foreign trade and effectively respond to Sino-US trade frictions,it is necessary for China to establish its trade statistics system based on asset ownership.

Public-Private Partnerships to Address Global Environmental Problem： Sino-US Cooperation on Climate Change and Energy

The study indicates that public-private partnerships （PPPs） can play ＂strategic＂, ＂practical＂, or ＂regulative＂ roles by making use of ＂instrumental＂, ＂institutional＂, and ＂normative＂ approaches in tackling political issues between countries. PPPs have often been discussed in studies of urban development, service provision, health care, and so on, but they have rarely been analyzed in terms of international relations and political problems on global environmental issues. This study takes an environmental problena---Sino-US energy and climate change cooperation--as a case study to inspect the possible roles and approaches of PPPs. Sino-US cooperation has been launched such as under the Strategic ＆ Economic Dialogue （S＆ED） by both administrations, which has significantly contributed to their reconciliation of domestic abatement policies in climate change, environmental protection, and energy. The establishment of schemes such as the Ten-Year Framework for Cooperation on Energy and Environment （TYF）, the EcoPartnerships, and wide-ranging dialogues and initiatives on clean energy and clean vehicles, in which both public and private actors participate, are among the important approaches of facilitating bilateral cooperation. The study concludes that these schemes have played strategic and practical roles in strengthening the degree of mutual trust and in facilitating the progress of cooperation, although more investigations are needed to considerate their regulative roles. The application of instrumental, institutional, and normative approaches have been observed through the implementation of the TYF and EcoPartnerships.
