Under the background of Sino-US trade friction,soybean,as an important variety in the important and export trade of agricultural products,has become a key bargaining chip. After the Ministry of Commerce of China announced the counter list of agricultural products including soybean,the price fluctuations of domestic soybean and related agricultural products are rapidly expanding. Under the background of SinoUS trade friction,taking the soybean-producing areas in Heilongjiang as an example,the impact of Sino-US trade friction on the important and export pattern of soybean in Heilongjiang was explored to provide a certain theoretical basis for the development of soybean industry in Heilongjiang.

An Analysis of Pragmatic Strategy on Sino-US Business Negotiation from the Adaptation Theory

Since China joins in WTO,its economic activities with America become more frequent. With the help of Adaptation Theory,the thesis mainly discusses on the application of adaptation strategy to Sino-US business negotiations from two ways,communicative context and language structure of adaptability. According to communicative context,the thesis states the extra linguistic factors in Sino-US negotiations,such as the mental world,the social world and the physical world of Sino-US negotiators. What's more,The thesis also discuss adaptation to language structure,such as,sound,word and syntactic structure.

Research and Analysis of the Sino-US Agricultural Trade in Current Decade

China has a large population, so the supply of agricultural products is very essential, and agricultural trade plays an important role. According to the data from the United Nations’ commodity trade, the rate of agricultural products trade development between China and the United States is declining since 2012, and China has kept perennial trade disadvantage for a long period of time. In order to change the current trade situation, we must make in-depth analysis on the two countries’ agricultural products trade status and their characteristics, thus target to development of trade strategy. This paper first introduces the current imbalance situation of the agricultural trade between China and the United States, then analyzes the causes of trade imbalance and its impact. Finally, some relevant countermeasures are putting forward, such as expanding the scale of the economy and agriculture;narrowing the gap between international and domestic regions and improving the quality and safety of agricultural products.

Recalculating Sino-US Trade Balance Using the Ownership-Based Statistical Method

Using the trade statistical method based on asset ownership,this paper recalculated Sino-US bilateral trade volume and the result indicates that against traditional trade statistics,Chinese exports to the US reduced by an average of 51%while Chinese imports from the US increased by an average of 41%between 2004 and 2010.Balance of trade is in the range between US$2,189 billion of deficit and US$12.77 billion of surplus on the part of China,which are far smaller than the balance of Sino-US trade calculated by traditional statistical method.In order to reflect the real scale of China's foreign trade and effectively respond to Sino-US trade frictions,it is necessary for China to establish its trade statistics system based on asset ownership.

Impact of Sino-US Trade Agreement on Chinese Legal System about Intellectual Property Rights

On January 15,2020,the representatives of Sino-US trade signed Phase I Economic and Trade Agreement Between the Government of the People’s Republic of China and the Government of the United States of America in Washington,which symbolizes the temporary settlement of two-year Sino-US trade war in relatively peaceful method and lays a good foundation in mutual trust for subsequent Phase II negotiation.This Agreement includes eight chapters involving Sino-US economic and trade and is called the model of the international bilateral agreement by virtue of its wide field and rigorous details.The impact of clauses about intellectual property rights on China’s current legal system and the future revision direction of China’s relevant laws for conformance with the Agreement will be discussed emphatically so that the author can rapidly understand the impact and significance of Sino-US trade agreement to Chinese law.

基于纳什谈判和主从博弈的多园区综合能源系统优化调度

为充分考虑多园区综合能源系统(MCIES)中多利益主体间交易合作与多种能量间的耦合关系,提出了1种基于纳什谈判-主从博弈的点对点分布式交易策略。首先,建立考虑综合需求响应的MCIES主从博弈动态定价模型,以园区综合能源系统(CIES)运营商作为领导者,给下层用户制定动态电价与热价,用户响应电价与热价进行综合需求响应,CIES运营商根据用户的需求响应计划调整机组出力;其次,基于纳什谈判理论,建立包含主从博弈动态定价机制与CIES间合作博弈的MCIES双层优化模型;然后,将原问题等效为MCIES收益最大化子问题和合作收益分配最大化子问题,采用交替方向乘子法(ADMM)对模型进行求解。最后,仿真结果表明所提策略可实现CIES联盟利润的最大化,并合理分配收益,同时最小化用户用能成本。

碳税-碳交易下零售商主导型供应链公平关切决策

在碳税-碳交易政策的影响下,以一个主导零售商和从属中小制造商(SMM)组成的低碳供应链为研究对象,通过构建SMM有无公平关切行为的分散决策模型以及集中决策模型,并对各个模型的最优决策进行比较分析,探讨SMM的公平关切决策和供应链的协调问题。文章研究了SMM公平关切下公平关切系数、碳减排率和碳税率对供应链定价和利润的影响,并设计了“Nash谈判-两部定价”契约实现系统协调。研究发现,在碳税-碳交易政策的影响下,供应链成员利润随着碳税率的增加而减少,但是供应链成员利润随着碳减排率变动呈现两种不同方向变化。SMM公平关切行为可以提高批发价格和自身利润,降低零售商利润,但对零售价格和系统利润没有影响,随着SMM公平关切系数的增大,零售商与SMM之间的利润差距缩小。文章设计的“Nash谈判-两部定价”契约可以实现系统协调。

全球数字经贸规则:进展、动向及中国应对

随着国际局势的深刻变化和数字技术的飞速发展,全球数字经贸规则呈现出新动向,主要表现为:愈来愈强调数字系统的互操作性,在数据跨境流动领域出现逆自由化风潮,人工智能成为大国博弈的优先领域,数字标准成为全球数字经贸治理的关键等。近年来,中国持续完善数字经贸法律法规,积极融入全球数字经贸治理体系。但是,相关数字贸易主张基本体现在无纸化贸易、个人信息保护等一代数字经贸规则上,而在数据跨境流动、源代码保护等核心议题上承诺有限,这导致中国数字经贸规则与高标准协定存在差距,与相关规则的兼容性不足,在全球数字贸易中的话语权相对较低。对此,中国应顺应全球数字经贸发展的新趋势,加速推进多边双边数字经贸谈判、强化数字技术创新、加快优先议题的制定、提高相关规则的兼容互操作性,从而扩大制度型开放,提升数字经贸治理能力。

转化理论视角下国际商务谈判冲突的化解策略——以美日汽车贸易谈判为例

作为国际贸易中的重要一环,国际商务谈判不仅体现合作,也包括着对立与冲突,因此,研究国际商务谈判冲突化解策略具有现实意义。本文基于路易士·克里斯伯格(Louis Kriesberg)转化理论的视角,详细分析美日汽车及其零部件贸易谈判中的冲突转化过程,探究转化理论在国际商务谈判中的应用情形,提出国际商务谈判冲突化解中试探态度、公开行动、达成协议、实施监督这四个阶段中的谈判策略,以期为面对国际贸易争端的各方积极化解冲突提供了重要启示。

储充换一体站协同多综合能源楼宇的低碳经济调度

储充换一体站(storage-charging-swapping integrated station,SCSIS)与综合能源楼宇(integrated energy buildings,IEB)结合将是未来多能建筑的重要形式之一。针对其协同运行展开研究,提出了一种SCSIS协同多IEB的低碳经济调度方法。首先,构建了SCSIS与多IEB组成的电能共享协同运行架构。其次,基于阶梯型碳交易机制在电能共享模式下建立了多主体协同的低碳经济调度模型。再次,为了最大化主体利益,以纳什谈判理论为依据,采用交替方向乘子法(alternating direction method of multipliers,ADMM)对电能共享价格进行求解。最后,通过算例对所提调度模型的可行性与有效性进行探讨。算例结果表明,通过引入电能共享与阶梯型碳交易机制,使得系统在兼顾经济性的前提下有效降低了碳排放,且证明ADMM对电能共享价格的求解具有较好的收敛性。
