Students in higher vocational colleges are faced with difficult problems such as slow employment,which highlights the dislocation between education and the market.This study surveyed thousands of students and hundreds of enterprises,and put forward docking strategies.The analysis shows that the mismatch between skills adaptation and literacy is the main cause of slow employment.To this end,research and design training programs,including curriculum restructuring,school-enterprise cooperation practice platforms,and employment-oriented quality improvement plans are imperative.At the same time,we will develop teaching modules for career planning to enhance competitiveness and ensure that the content is synchronized with industry standards.After the implementation,the employment rate of students increased by 15%within six months,the degree of interconnection increased by 20%,and the degree of enterprise recognition increased by 25%.The research effectively promotes the docking of higher vocational education with the market,and has far-reaching significance for easing slow employment.

The successful cooperation bases on its management and operation. The old system,mechanism and conventions should be broken to promote talents＇ cooperation. The building of ＂double type＂ teachers should be intensified to finally achieve the great goal that cultivating the qualified builders and successors for the socialist country.

The ultimate goal of higher vocational education is to train technical and skilled talents for the society. Introducing the project teaching method into English teaching in higher vocational colleges, while stimulating students' enthusiasm for English learning and improving the practical application ability of language, the students' comprehensive professional ability is cultivated. For the language learning of students, the application of the project teaching method, the students will apply all the knowledge they have learned in practice based on the project intermediary. The introduction of the project teaching method is not only a challenge to the traditional teaching mode, but also effectively solves the problems in the teaching of public English courses.

Research on the autonomous cooperative teaching mode in higher Vocational colleges

The traditional teaching mode belittles practice and emphasis theory, regardless of the students’ enthusiasm and interest in learning. However, the educational objective of the higher vocational colleges is to cultivate practical talents. Therefore, the reformation and innovation of the higher vocational education teaching mode must be carried out. This research analyses the effect of autonomous cooperative teaching mode in higher vocational colleges. The reformation of teaching mode consists of the following three parts first, the autonomous cooperative teaching needs to improve the existing education system, to lay the foundation for the work of education. Secondly, to strengthen the capacity of building and promote the full implementation of the project is essential. Finally, strengthen the construction of educational resources, and enrich the connotation of the carrier. Proved by practice, the independent collaborative teaching mode can not only improve the learning atmosphere, but also improve student achievement, but also do well to students’ all-round development and enhance their comprehensive quality. It is worthwhile to promote and implement this mode in higher education institutions.

行业企业是高职专业群治理的重要主体。为识别行业企业参与高职专业群治理的行为,对5家行业组织、9家企业进行半结构质性访谈,发现行业企业虽然具备承担育人的责任意识和参与协同治理的共识,但是在专业群治理中整体处于缺位状态。表现为行业存在治理意识淡薄、治理需求缺乏、治理意愿不强、治理行动乏力等行为表征;企业存在治理动机片面、治理动力不足、治理深度不够、治理行为单一等行为表征。因此,应通过提升行业企业的认知水平与治理能力、设计行业企业理性沟通协商机制、引入专业群柔性治理技术、增强专业群治理制度体系的敏捷性等举措,促进行业企业高质量参与高职专业群治理。
