Faced with unprecedented changes in the world,China has chosen to continue expanding its opening-up and actively cooperate with other countries.Internationalization of education is one of the important directions for the future development of universities.Since the reform and opening-up,a series of Sino-foreign cooperative education policies have been successively released,forming a relatively systematic and complete policy system.Under the promotion of policies,Chinese universities actively engage in Sino-foreign cooperative education,with increasingly frequent educational exchanges and a clear trend towards internationalization.The scale of Sino-foreign cooperative education is also constantly expanding.It is worthy to explore how to draw on advanced teaching experience from overseas,continue to promote Sino-foreign cooperative education,and improve the quality of Sino-foreign cooperative education.

On Localization of ELT at Sino-foreign Cooperative Institutions

With the rapid development of educational reform and innovation,Sino-foreign Cooperative Institutions have made greatachievements.Especially after China entered the WTO,as foreign universities educational resources are introduced,the localiza-tion of English language teaching arouse much attention.This paper is to explore and study the Localization of English LanguageTeaching at Sino-foreign Cooperative Institutions.And then is the study on localization of English language teaching at SIAS Inter-national University.Through the evidence of this paper shows,it can pose a theory reference and support to Sino-foreign Coopera-tive Institutions.

Research on the Teaching of Landscape Engineering by Foreign Teachers in Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education in SUCC

Sino-foreign cooperative education plays an important role in undergraduate education.It has also proved itself popular in higher vocational education in recent years,in which foreign teachers are undertaking the task of teaching some specialized courses.The teaching by foreign teachers has certain irreplaceable advantages,but nonnegligible disadvantages as well.Questionnaires have been distributed to the students majoring in Landscape Engineering from Shanghai Urban Construction College to investigate the teaching of specialized courses by foreign teachers.Based on the statistics,the advantages and disadvantages of their teaching have been analyzed,and several suggestions on how to adopt the good points and avoid the shortcomings are offered,so as to improve the quality of Sino-foreign cooperative education in higher vocational college.

Exploration and Consideration of the Development of Sino-foreign Cooperation of Higher Education——A Comparative Analysis Perspective Based on the Data of Municipal Universities of Wuhan, Hubei Province and China

With the tide of economic globalization and the practice of“One Belt and One Road”Initiative,Sino-foreign cooperation has gradually become one of the effective ways to improve the quality of higher education.This paper based on the statistics and analysis of the data released by the Ministry of Education’s foreign-related supervision information platform,combining with the actual investigation and research on the situation of Sino-foreign cooperation of higher education in municipal universities of Wuhan,has found that the Sino-foreign cooperation programs commonly have problems of non-standardized enrollment of students,insufficient quality of teachers and teaching qualities,and lack of core competitiveness.Therefore,it is essential to upgrade the level of foreign cooperative institutions and the standards of students’recruitment,optimize the curriculum,pay attention to the public welfare of education,improve the teaching model,improve the level of teachers,so as to truly realize the original intention of Sino-foreign cooperation in municipal universities of Wuhan.

U.S.’ Recognition, Evaluation of China-U.S. Educational Cooperation and Its Enlightenment to China--Analysis Based on the Survey Reports by U.S.’Policy Elites

Educational cooperation is one of the key factors to embody humanistic exchanges and promote the development of international relations.Through the analysis of four survey reports on China-U.S.educational cooperation,it is found that American policy elites generally attach importance to the distribution of power,the application of law,mutual benefit between the two countries in educational cooperation,and pay attention to the potential motivation and influence of China.China should rationally refer to the views and suggestions,strengthen the effectiveness of dialogue mechanism,enhance the credibility of international discourse,and at the same time encourage the negotiation and governance among cooperative universities,so as to promote the stable and sustainable development of education cooperation.

The Cultivation of Cross-cultural Communication Ability for Students of the High Vocational Tourism College in Sino- foreign Education Cooperation

In recent years, with rapid development of Sino-foreign cooperation in higher vocational colleges, it puts forward higher requirements for students＇ English comprehensive ability. According to the characteristics of higher vocational colleges of tourism, as well as the author＇ s own teaching experience, this paper elaborates the characteristics of English teaching in the Sino-foreign cooperative education, and the ways to cultivate and improve cross-cultural communication ability for students in tourism colleges.

智慧学习环境下中外合作办学机构认证课教学模式研究

中外合作办学是我国教育对外开放的重要形式,近年来不断发展壮大。在新背景下,如何结合国际化课程与本土化教学,提升课程适用性和接受度成为关键。同时,智慧课堂教学发展迅猛,利用现代信息技术提高教学效率与质量。探讨智慧教室在中外合作办学认证课教学中的应用策略及效果。研究发现,智慧教室有效且优越,为高等教育信息化教学提供有益经验。提出综合优化建议,包括加强智慧教室建设、师资培训、资源配置和激发学生学习动力。期望深化研究与实践,完善智慧学习环境下的认证课教学模式,推动中外合作办学事业发展。

中外合作办学模式下学生科研创新的培养——脱脂棉纳米纤维素超声法制备及工艺条件优化实验

脱脂棉纳米纤维素超声法制备及工艺条件优化实验为例,在单因素实验结果的基础上进行响应面法优化超声辅助硫酸水解脱脂棉制备纳米纤维素,最优制备工艺条件为超声时间31.91 min、硫酸浓度55.88%,反应温度50.55℃,考虑到实际操作的便利,将最佳工艺条件修正为超声时间32 min、硫酸浓度56%,反应温度51℃。在此工艺条件下,实际测得纳米纤维素得率平均值为90.84%,与响应面模型预测值90.41%相接近;模型的决定系数为92.51%,说明模型拟合有效。总结实验,培养学生查阅文献、创新实验设计、测试仪器的高效利用等科研能力。

香港地区与内地教育合作模式和制度创新研究

回归以来,特别是《内地与香港关于建立更紧密经贸关系的安排》(CEPA)实施以及粤港澳大湾区建设深入推进后,香港地区与内地教育领域的交流合作愈加紧密,但是学界对两地教育合作模式和制度创新的研究和梳理较少,特别是典型案例的对比分析阙如。本文以香港中文大学(深圳)、香港理工大学深圳研究院和罗湖港人子弟学校为案例,总结香港地区与内地在高等教育、高校科研和基础教育等领域的合作模式及制度创新经验,同时提出深化两地教育合作的政策建议。

职业本科学校校企合作育人项目风险识别与对策研究

为系统性识别职业本科学校校企合作育人项目中存在的风险因素及其影响机理并提出应对策略,提升职业本科学校就业质量和企业绩效,促进职业本科学校与企业合作育人项目的推进。本研究基于产教融合背景,以职业本科学校为研究主体,采用DEMATEL-ISM方法,对风险因素间相互影响关系以及对项目总体影响强度进行了分析,计算了风险因素的中心度和原因度,构建了多层次解释结构模型,划分了风险因素的影响层次,明确了各层次间的风险传递路径,可为有效管控校企育人项目风险提供决策参考。

产教融合背景下高职产业学院建设路径及运行机制研究——以芜湖职业技术学院材料与环境智慧检测产业学院为例

产业学院作为高职院校与企业进行产教融合深度合作的桥梁,在高素质技能人才培养方面的作用与成效显著。推动高职产业学院建设,应以政校企建设为基础,以人才培养为目的,以互利共赢为追求,加快构建创新管理模式与运行机制,创新协同育人体系,制定产业学院人才培养新模式,具体路径包括:成立产业学院管委会,完善相关制度,释放产业学院隐藏活力,打开产业学院建设新通道;让职教课程体系、职业实验实训、职业资格证书三线同步发展,校内实践培训(考察)、校外实践两个实践环节有机融合,创建“三横两纵”立体新型人才培养模式;深化教育教学改革,重构模块化课程体系,重组“双师双能”复合型教学团队。

创办中外合作办学机构,实施本科、研究生层次中西方深度融合的高等学历学位教育,已逐步成为近年来地方高校引进海外优质教育资源、提升国际国内办学影响力的重要途径。该文基于SWOT-PEST矩阵模型分别从政治、经济、社会和技术四方面对地方高校中外合作办学机构发展过程中所面临的外部宏观环境机遇与威胁,以及存在的内部微观优劣势因素进行系统性分析,并据此提出对策建议,以促进地方高校中外合作机构提升办学实力,服务教育对外开放和本土经济社会发展。

奥林匹克教育是国际体育交流与合作的重要组成部分。基于北京国际奥林匹克学院、希腊国际奥林匹克学院、中国体育科学学会国际交往工作委员会于2022年12月12日联合主办的“2022国际奥林匹克教育发展论坛”中的专家发言报告,围绕该次论坛议题进行综述,梳理了全球五大洲奥林匹克教育学界关注的奥林匹克教育研究的主题,包括教育是奥林匹克运动的核心,奥林匹克精神促进不同国家人民面对新型冠状病毒疫情和美好的未来更团结,奥林匹克教育多元化发展,奥林匹克教育的中国道路。北京2008年夏奥会和北京2022年冬奥会之后,奥林匹克教育的“中国方案”逐步系统化,为之后中国的奥林匹克教育奠定了坚实的基础;首都体育学院搭建了世界一流国际奥林匹克教育研究平台——北京国际奥林匹克学院。北京国际奥林匹克学院肩负着普及奥林匹克知识和推广奥林匹克运动的重任,自成立以来,全面承担服务北京2022年冬奥会和冬残奥会的相关任务,积极推动北京市中小学奥林匹克教育及“冰雪运动进校园”,与国际体育组织建立了联系,持续加强奥林匹克教育交流与合作,在奥林匹克教育高质量发展的道路上探索着新路径和新方法。

中外合作办学机构中《材料化学》课程教学实践小结

从材料与人类文明发展史及日常生产生活的密切关系的视角探讨了材料化学课程的重要性和主要研究内容。为了适应满足山东大学澳国立联合理学院的教学定位与人才培养特色,提出了进行该课程建设的总体思路。以材料的固有性质(Properties)、组织结构(Structure)、加工工艺(Processing, Synthesizing)、性能(Performance)的相互关系(材料学“四面体”)为主线,突出材料化学课程的“跨学科性”和“实践性”。结合山东大学一校三地和澳大利亚国立大学理学部的丰富的教学资源及典型科研案例,来开展本课程的教学。对两年以来的教学实践进行了初步的总结,并对后续的教学作出了一些初步的展望。

基于知识图谱的高职产学研研究热点与前沿趋势分析

产学研是国家教育体系中的重要组成部分。为全面了解近20年高职产学研研究现状、研究热点和前沿趋势,以2002—2022年中国知网收录的核心期刊文献为数据源,利用CiteSpace可视化网络工具,从产学研发文情况、研究热点以及前沿趋势等方面进行知识图谱分析。研究结果表明:我国高职产学研研究年发文量呈现先增后减态势,高产的产学研研究机构和专家构成4个较大的合作团队;产教融合、工学结合、校企合作、协同育人、创新创业以及产业学院是当前研究热点;研究前沿主要包括运行机制、内涵建设、创新创业以及产业学院。研究成果可为高职深化产学研协同创新育人提供参考。
