d-Orbital steered FeN_(4)moiety through N,S dual-site adjustation for zinc-air flow battery

The implementation of pristine covalent organic polymer(CO_(2)P)with well-defined structure as air electrode may spark fresh vitality to rechargeable zinc-air flow batteries(ZAFBs),but it still remains challenges in synergistically regulating their electronic states and structural porosity for the great device performance.Here,we conquer these issues by exploiting N and S co-doped graphene with COP rich in metal-ligand nitrogen to synergistically construct an effective catalyst for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR).Among them,the N and S co-doped sites with high electronegativity properties alter the number of electron occupations in the d orbital of the iron centre and form electron-transfer bridges,thereby boosting the selectivity of the ORR-catalysed four-electron pathway.Meanwhile,the introduction of COP materials aids the formation of pore interstices in the graphene lamellae,which both adequately expose the active sites and facilitate the transport of reactive substances.Benefiting from the synergistic effect,as-prepared catalyst exhibits excellent half-wave potentials(E_(1/2)=912 mV)and stability(merely 8.8%drop after a long-term durability test of 50000 s).Further,ZAFBs assembled with the N/SG@CO_(2)P catalyst demonstrate exceptional power density(163.8 mW cm^(-2))and continuous charge and discharge for approximately 140 h at 10 mA cm^(-2),outperforming the noble-metal benchmarks. 展开更多

【背景】塞内卡病毒(senecavirus A,SVA)是新近暴发的一种引起猪特发性水疱病及仔猪死亡的小核糖核酸病毒。该病毒基因组5′非编码区(untranslated region,UTR)中的内部核糖体进入位点(IRES)元件在病毒复制过程中发挥重要作用。2017年... 【背景】塞内卡病毒(senecavirus A,SVA)是新近暴发的一种引起猪特发性水疱病及仔猪死亡的小核糖核酸病毒。该病毒基因组5′非编码区(untranslated region,UTR)中的内部核糖体进入位点(IRES)元件在病毒复制过程中发挥重要作用。2017年我国出现IRES核心区Domain II 12个碱基非连续插入的自然突变SVA毒株,在病毒复制和致病性方面存在明显改变。【目的】探讨IRES Domain II区域发生的突变对SVA的复制及细胞嗜性的影响,为进一步了解SVA致病机制奠定基础。【方法】以实验室前期构建的含HeN-1/2018株全基因组感染性克隆pHeN-1/2018为基础,通过定点突变的方式,逐步将其IRES Domain II核心区域308—317 nt的9个碱基(ACTCAAGCG)替换为GD04/2017株基因组308—328 nt的21个碱基(CACGCCTGCCGATAGACGATT),构建重组载体pHeN-1/2018-i12并进行了病毒拯救。随后,利用病毒基因组克隆测序、间接免疫荧光试验和Western blot试验对所拯救病毒进行鉴定,同时验证了IRES核心区12个碱基插入突变对SVA病毒体外复制能力和细胞嗜性的影响。【结果】将构建完成的重组载体pHeN-1/2018-i12转染细胞,盲传至P2代,获得致使感染细胞病变明显、病变时间稳定的IRES突变病毒rHeN-1/2018-i12。病毒连续传代后测序结果表明rHeN-1/2018-i12遗传稳定,P5代病毒基因组序列未发生碱基突变,P10代病毒IRES区域没有出现突变现象。用低代次的突变病毒rHeN-1/2018-i12体外感染本体动物猪源细胞系PK-15和IBRS-2,及仓鼠源细胞系BHK-21,进行细胞感染试验,结果表明rHeN-1/2018-i12与亲本毒株rHeN-1/2018在PK-15、IBRS-2和BHK-21中均能导致明显的细胞病变,表现出相似的生长曲线趋势,表明IRES核心区Domain II 12个碱基突变不能够改变对上述细胞的嗜性;但SVA突变病毒和亲本株在不同细胞中的病变时间及病毒滴度上存在较大的差异,rHeN-1/2018-i12株在细胞中生长能力较其亲本株rHeN-1/2018差,诱使细胞病变的时间较晚,在感染24 hpi,两者病毒滴度相差可达10倍。【结论】本研究基于SVA反向遗传操作系统构建并拯救SVA IRES突变毒株,确定了IRES突变对SVA生物学特性的影响,有助于我们更好地了解SVA致病机制,拓宽我们对病毒IV型IRES功能的认识。 展开更多

Exploring effective iridium(Ir)-based electrocatalysts with stable iridium centers is highly desirable for oxygen evolution reaction(OER).Herein,we regulated the incorporation manner of Ir in Co_(3)O_(4)support to stabilize the Ir sites for effective OER.When anchored on the surface of Co_(3)O_(4)in the form of Ir(OH)_6 species,the created Ir-OH-Co interface leads to a limited stability and poor acidic OER due to Ir leaching.When doped into Co_(3)O_(4)lattice,the analyses of X-ray absorption spectroscopy,in-situ Raman,and OER measurements show that the partially replacement of Co in Co_(3)O_(4)by Ir atoms inclines to cause strong electronic effect and activate lattice oxygen in the presence of Ir-O-Co interface,and simultaneously master the reconstruction effect to mitigate Ir dissolution,realizing the improved OER activity and stability in alkaline and acidic environments.As a result,Ir_(lat)@Co_(3)O_(4)with Ir loading of 3.67 wt%requires 294±4 mV/285±3 mV and 326±2 mV to deliver 10 mA cm^(-2)in alkaline(0.1 M KOH/1.0 M KOH)and acidic(0.5 M H_(2)SO_(4))solution,respectively,with good stability. 展开更多

The earth-abundant and high-performance catalysts are crucial for commercial implementation of hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).Herein,a multifunctional site strategy to construct excellent HER catalysts by incorporating iridium(Ir)ions on the atomic scale into orthorhombic-CoSe2(Ir-CoSe_(2))was reported.Outstanding hydrogen evolution activity in alkaline media such as a low overpotential of 48.7 mV at a current density of 10 mA cm^(-2)and better performance than commercial Pt/C catalysts at high current densities were found in the Ir-CoSe_(2) samples.In the experiments and theoretical calculations,it was revealed that Ir enabled CoSe_(2)to form multifunctional sites to synergistically catalyze alkaline HER by promoting the adsorption and dissociation of H_(2)O(Ir sites)and optimizing the binding energy for H^(*)on Co sites.It was noticeable that the electrolytic system comprising the Ir-CoSe_(2)electrode not only produced hydrogen efficiently via HER,but also degraded organic pollutants(Methylene blue).The cell voltage of the dual-function electrolytic system was 1.58 V at the benchmark current density of 50 mA cm^(-2),which was significantly lower than the conventional water splitting voltage.It was indicated that this method was a novel strategy for designing advanced HER electrocatalysts by constructing multifunctional catalytic sites for hydrogen production and organic degradation. 展开更多

The development of efficient single-atom catalysts(SACs) for the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)remains a formidable challenge,primarily due to the symmetric charge distribution of metal singleatom sites(M-N_(4)).To address such issue,herein,Fe-N_(x) sites coupled synergistic catalysts fabrication strategy is presented to break the uniform electronic distribution,thus enhancing the intrinsic catalytic activity.Precisely,atomically dispersed Fe-N_(x) sites supported on N/S-doped mesoporous carbon(NSC)coupled with FeS@C core-shell nanoparticles(FAS-NSC@950) is synthesized by a facile hydrothermal reaction and subsequent pyrolysis.Due to the presence of an in situ-grown conductive graphitic layer(shell),the FeS nanoparticles(core) effectively adjust the electronic structure of single-atom Fe sites and facilitate the ORR kinetics via short/long-range coupling interactions.Consequently,FAS-NSC@950displays a more positive half-wave potential(E_(1/2)) of 0.871 V with a significantly boosted ORR kinetics(Tafel slope=52.2 mV dec^(-1)),outpacing the commercial Pt/C(E_(1/2)=0.84 V and Tafel slope=54.6 mV dec^(-1)).As a bifunctional electrocatalyst,it displays a smaller bifunctional activity parameter(ΔE) of 0.673 V,surpassing the Pt/C-RuO_(2) combination(ΔE=0.724 V).Besides,the FAS-NSC@950-based zincair battery(ZAB) displays superior power density,specific capacity,and long-term cycling performance to the Pt/C-Ir/C-based ZAB.This work significantly contributes to the field by offering a promising strategy to enhance the catalytic activity of SACs for ORR,with potential implications for energy conversion and storage technologies. 展开更多

Mussel aquaculture and large yellow croaker aquaculture areas and their environmental characteristics in Zhoushan were analyzed using satellite data and in-situ surveys.A new two-step remote sensing method was proposed and applied to determine the basic environmental characteristics of the best mussel and large yellow croaker aquaculture areas.This methodology includes the first step of extraction of the location distribution and the second step of the extraction of internal environmental factors.The fishery ranching index(FRI1,FRI2)was established to extract the mussel and the large yellow croaker aquaculture area in Zhoushan,using Gaofen-1(GF-1)and Gaofen-6(GF-6)satellite data with a special resolution of 2 m.In the second step,the environmental factors such as sea surface temperature(SST),chlorophyll a(Chl-a)concentration,current and tide,suspended sediment concentration(SSC)in mussel aquaculture area and large yellow croaker aquaculture area were extracted and analyzed in detail.The results show the following three points.(1)For the extraction of the mussel aquaculture area,FRI1 and FRI2 are complementary,and the combination of FRI1 and FRI2 is suitable to extract the mussel aquaculture area.As for the large yellow croaker aquaculture area extraction,FRI2 is suitable.(2)Mussel aquaculture and the large yellow croaker aquaculture area in Zhoushan are mainly located on the side near the islands that are away from the eastern open waters.The water environment factor template suitable for mussel and large yellow croaker aquaculture was determined.(3)This two-step remote sensing method can be used for the preliminary screening of potential site selection for the mussels and large yellow croaker aquaculture area in the future.the fishery ranching index(FRI1,FRI2)in this paper can be applied to extract the mussel and large yellow croaker aquaculture areas in coastal waters around the world. 展开更多

The Timing of Primary Neurosurgical Repair and Wound-Site Infection in Children with Myelomeningocele

Background: The optimal time to closure of a newborn with a myelomeningocele has been the focus of a number of evaluations. The Timing of primary surgery has received significant attention due to its relationship to repair-site infection that can lead to increased morbidity and prolonged hospital stays. It is on this basis that recommendations have utilized 48 - 72 hours post birth as ideal time of closure. This is not only prevent infection at the site but also prevent ventriculitis and neural structure damage. We therefore, hypothesized an increase in wound infection rates in those patients with delays in myelomeningocele repair. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the records of 103 children with myelomeningocele treated between 2016 and 2023. At discharge the patients were followed up at the post-operative clinic visit 2 weeks later. Children were assigned to 1 of 2 groups, those who underwent primary neurosurgical repair within 72 hours of delivery (Group 1) and those undergoing repair after 72 hours (Group 2). We compared the infection rates. Results: 103 children who underwent myelomeningocele repair were identified, with a median time from birth to treatment of 1 day. Eight (7.8 %) patients were noted to have post-repair surgical site complications. There was no significant difference in rates of infection between Group 1 and Group 2 repair times. The presence of infection was associated increased length of stay when compared to neonates without infection. Conclusion: In children with myelomeningocele, the timing of primary neurosurgical repair appears not to have a significant impact on surgical site infection. Closure of the spinal lesion within the first 72 hours of life may be more favorable for neural damage prevention. These results suggest that early myelomeningocele repair may not impart significantly on the rate of wound-site infection. 展开更多

考虑到未来大型物联网中待服务用户的异构性(接收机产自不同制造商,且具有不同结构、不同功能)和服务需求的多样性,针对功率分割(PS)用户和时间切换(TS)用户共存的异构场景,提出一种IRS辅助的无线携能通信(SWIPT)非正交多址接入(NOMA)... 考虑到未来大型物联网中待服务用户的异构性(接收机产自不同制造商,且具有不同结构、不同功能)和服务需求的多样性,针对功率分割(PS)用户和时间切换(TS)用户共存的异构场景,提出一种IRS辅助的无线携能通信(SWIPT)非正交多址接入(NOMA)通信系统模型。在满足两类用户服务质量的条件下,通过联合优化基站的有源波束成形、IRS的无源相移矩阵、PS用户的功率分割系数、TS用户时间切换系数以及两类用户的串行干扰消除解码顺序来最小化基站的发射功率。为解决该非凸问题,采用基于连续凸逼近的交替迭代方法将问题拆分成多个子问题。针对IRS相移的无源波束成形优化子问题,采用连续秩一约束松弛方法求解。仿真结果表明,IRS辅助的通信系统基站发射功率明显低于无IRS方案;IRS辅助的NOMA通信系统基站发射功率低于IRS辅助的正交多址接入通信系统;IRS辅助的PS-SWIPT系统基站发射功率低于IRS辅助的TS-SWIPT系统。 展开更多

针对目前智能反射面(intelligent reflecting surface,IRS)辅助去蜂窝大规模多输入多输出(massive multiple-input multiple-output,mMIMO)系统现有算法复杂度高的问题,提出了一种基于IRS辅助去蜂窝mMIMO系统联合波束赋形低复杂度算法... 针对目前智能反射面(intelligent reflecting surface,IRS)辅助去蜂窝大规模多输入多输出(massive multiple-input multiple-output,mMIMO)系统现有算法复杂度高的问题,提出了一种基于IRS辅助去蜂窝mMIMO系统联合波束赋形低复杂度算法。在满足还原用户接收的信号、IRS相移和发射功率约束的条件下,以得到最优发射波束赋形向量为目标,构建了一个联合优化接入点(access point,AP)主动波束赋形和IRS被动波束赋形问题。利用交替优化方法将原问题转换为两个易于处理的子问题,并基于解非齐次线性方程组,采用Lagrange乘数法和人工蜂群算法对子问题进行求解。仿真结果表明,相较于传统算法,所提算法有更低的复杂度和误码率,可使用更小的发射功率和频谱效率等资源获得与其他方案相当的性能。 展开更多

BACKGROUND Despite the infrequency of trocar site hernias(TSHs),fascial closure continues to be recommended for their prevention when using a≥10-mm trocar.AIM To identify the necessity of fascial closure for a 12-mm nonbladed trocar incision in minimally invasive colorectal surgeries.METHODS Between July 2010 and December 2018,all patients who underwent minimally invasive colorectal surgery at the Minimally Invasive Surgery Unit of Siriraj Hospital were retrospectively reviewed.All patients underwent cross-sectional imaging for TSH assessment.Clinicopathological characteristics were recorded.Incidence rates of TSH and postoperative results were analyzed.RESULTS Of the 254 patients included,70(111 ports)were in the fascial closure(closed)group and 184(279 ports)were in the nonfascial closure(open)group.The median follow up duration was 43 mo.During follow up,three patients in the open group developed TSHs,whereas none in the closed group developed the condition(1.1%vs 0%,P=0.561).All TSHs occurred in the right lower abdomen.Patients whose drains were placed through the same incision had higher rates of TSHs compared with those without the drain.The open group had a significantly shorter operative time and lower blood loss than the closed group.CONCLUSION Routine performance of fascial closure when using a 12-mm nonbladed trocar may not be needed.However,further prospective studies with cross-sectional imaging follow-up and larger sample size are needed to confirm this finding. 展开更多

The electronic and functional synergies between the twin metal centers make dual single-atom catalysts(DACs) attractive for oxygen electrocatalysis. The catalytic activities of DACs are largely decided by their surrounding micro-environment and supporting substrates. Modulating the micro-environment as well as engineering the efficient support is challenging tasks. Moreover, both are critical to optimizing the performance of DACs. Herein, a novel bio-cooperative strategy is developed to synthesize Fe Ni-DAC wherein Fe-Ni dual-atom sites are embedded in the N, P codoped tyre shaped carbon matrix. The configuration matching of Fe-Ni dual centers together with the local electronic engineering of N, P heteroatoms synergistically boost the catalytic activity on the oxygen reaction. Furthermore, the central-hollow highlyporous carbon matrix not only gives rise to a large amount of active sites, but also facilitates fast kinetics.Taking advantage of both the DAC and the substrate, the Fe Ni-NPC hollow tyre(HT) catalyst scores high in both oxygen reduction and evolution reactions, which exhibits the narrow potential difference and excellent durability. The aqueous Zn-air full battery(ZAB) integrating the Fe Ni-NPC HT air cathode has a high power density and a good stability over long-term cycling. Moreover, the flexible solid-state ZAB assembled with the polymer electrolyte obtains the high reliability over a wide range of temperatures or under diverse outside deformations. Therefore, this work offers a new green approach to prepare highly efficient DACs with built-in modulated micro-environment and tailor-made substrates. Moreover,it also paves a new way to develop highly-pliable power source for flexible electronics. 展开更多

基于均匀设计的中药有效单体“IR”方筛选及其对慢性肾衰竭大鼠肾纤维化的作用

目的运用“均匀设计法”从“肾衰Ⅱ号方”中筛选抗肾纤维化中药有效单体组方(淫羊藿苷合迷迭香酸配伍,简称IR方),并进行验证。方法采用5/6(Ablation and infarction,A/I)慢性肾衰大鼠模型,将肾衰Ⅱ号方中已知的5种抗肾纤维化有效单体(... 目的运用“均匀设计法”从“肾衰Ⅱ号方”中筛选抗肾纤维化中药有效单体组方(淫羊藿苷合迷迭香酸配伍,简称IR方),并进行验证。方法采用5/6(Ablation and infarction,A/I)慢性肾衰大鼠模型,将肾衰Ⅱ号方中已知的5种抗肾纤维化有效单体(淫羊藿苷、迷迭香酸、阿魏酸、苦杏仁苷、大黄素)作为研究对象,按照均匀设计法“5因素8水平”分组,共设8种配比组方。造模后4周,组1~组8给予相应配比的组方药液,假手术组和模型组给予生理盐水,连续干预8周。末次给药后,检测各组大鼠血清肌酐(Serum creatinine,Scr)水平,苏木素-伊红(Hematoxylin-eosin,HE)和马松(Masson)染色观察肾组织病理形态,Western Blot法检测纤维化标志蛋白Ⅰ型胶原(CollagenⅠ,Col-Ⅰ)、纤维连接蛋白(Fibronectin,FN)、结缔组织生长因子(Connective tissue growth factor,CTGF)表达。以各药物组大鼠Scr为筛选指标,通过多元逐步回归分析筛选中药单体成分组方并确定特定配比。再用5/6(A/I)大鼠模型,以氯沙坦钾、母方“肾衰Ⅱ号方”和淫羊藿苷(20 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1))作为对照,有效成分组方(淫羊藿苷20 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)+迷迭香酸2.1 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1))作为实验药物,连续干预8周。通过各组大鼠Scr、血尿素氮(Blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、病理染色(HE和Masson)和FN、Col-Ⅰ蛋白表达比较各组大鼠肾功能和肾纤维化程度。体外构建转化生长因子-β1(Transforming growth factor-β1,TGF-β1)诱导肾小管细胞(NRK-52E)损伤和肾成纤维细胞(NRK-49F)活化模型,以有效成分组方和相应单一成分作为干预药物,Western Blot法检测FN、Col-Ⅰ、CTGF蛋白表达。结果筛选实验结果提示,组1~组8均可不同程度降低5/6(A/I)大鼠Scr水平,结合病理染色和Western Blot分析,组8效果最优。经过多元逐步回归分析,得到方程为:=88.381-0.539X1-0.473X2+0.01X1X2(X1淫羊藿苷,X2迷迭香酸),提示淫羊藿苷和迷迭香酸配伍为最佳,量比为9.6:1。验证实验结果提示,IR方可以明显改善5/6(A/I)大鼠肾功能,减轻肾小管间质损伤和纤维化,抑制FN和Col-Ⅰ蛋白表达,其表现的肾保护效应与肾衰Ⅱ号方相当,并优于西药对照。体外实验发现,IR方可以明显抑制TGF-β1刺激的NRK-52E细胞和NRK-49F细胞FN、Col-Ⅰ、CTGF蛋白表达,并优于淫羊藿苷或迷迭香酸单独干预。结论基于均匀设计法筛选的有效单体IR方具有改善慢性肾衰大鼠肾功能和抗肾纤维化的效应。 展开更多
