重新思考空间——Site-Specific Art与在地艺术

Site-Specific Art强调地点与作品之间不可替代的意义。虽然＂在地性＂在文化身份、艺术乡村建设、双年展、公共艺术中广泛使用。但是对于＂在地性＂的学术梳理却很少,在地性和在地艺术的概念和翻译目前都存在诸多歧义,不便于学术研究和交流。本文考据＂在地性＂＂在地艺术＂的词源及含义,认为Site-Specific Art翻译为＂在地艺术＂最为恰当。＂在地艺术＂为艺术理论提供了新的视野—从全球化空间转向的角度讨论艺术创作与地方知识重建。

Achieving structurally stable O3-type layered oxide cathodes through site-specific cation-anion co-substitution for sodium-ion batteries

O3-type layered oxides have garnered great attention as cathode materials for sodium-ion batteries because of their abundant reserves and high theoretical capacity.However,challenges persist in the form of uncontrollable phase transitions and intricate Na^(+)diffusion pathways during cycling,resulting in compromised structural stability and reduced capacity over cycles.This study introduces a special approach employing site-specific Ca/F co-substitution within the layered structure of O_(3)-NaNi_(0.5)Mn_(0.5)O_(2) to effectively address these issues.Herein,the strategically site-specific doping of Ca into Na sites and F into O sites not only expands the Na^(+)diffusion pathways but also orchestrates a mild phase transition by suppressing the Na^(+)/vacancy ordering and providing strong metal-oxygen bonding strength,respectively.The as-synthesized Na_(0.95)Ca_(0.05)Ni_(0.5)Mn_(0.5)O_(1.95)F_(0.05)(NNMO-CaF)exhibits a mild O3→O3+O'3→P3 phase transition with minimized interlayer distance variation,leading to enhanced structural integrity and stability over extended cycles.As a result,NNMO-CaF delivers a high specific capacity of 119.5 mA h g^(-1)at a current density of 120 mA g^(-1)with a capacity retention of 87.1%after 100 cycles.This study presents a promising strategy to mitigate the challenges posed by multiple phase transitions and augment Na^(+)diffusion kinetics,thus paving the way for high-performance layered cathode materials in sodium-ion batteries.

“古今之变”是审视liberal arts流变的中心线索。古典liberal arts是具有内在统一性并指向完满品格的整全性知识体系。欧洲三次文艺复兴对liberal arts的再造展现了其历史流变中的不变逻辑,即为特定时代的受教育者提供共同价值。德国古典大学赋予了liberal arts在古典意义上的完美形态,而新人文主义的自我塑造观念孕育了博雅教育的现代转向。科学革命终结了古典学术的内在统一性与道德理想,瓦解了古典liberal arts。美国现代大学则借助古典资源,经由三次改革浪潮重建了liberal arts。然而,古典教育凝聚文明精华的共同价值、塑造意义与学术整合力量,同现代科学的智识自由、价值分殊与学科分化特性相冲突,这是古今之变为现代大学再造liberal arts所深植的困境,liberal arts只能在钟摆的两端之间不断权衡。

医护-社会组织一体化模式对HIV/AIDS患者ART及自我管理能力的影响

探究接受高效抗反转录病毒治疗确诊HIV/AIDS患者接受医护-社会组织一体化模式干预价值。方法 从2022年1月至2022年12月南昌市某定点医院接受抗病毒治疗及随访管理的新确诊HIV/AIDS患者100例,50例接受传统医护合作模式对照组、50例接受医护-社会组织一体化模式观察组,两组各项临床指标差异进行分析对比(从HIV抗体初筛阳性到启动ART治疗时间、抗病毒治疗一年后HIV病毒载量的指标及病毒抑制率、抗病毒治疗一年后自我管理能力)。结果 干预后与对照组比较,观察组HIV抗体初筛阳性到启动ART治疗时间显著偏低,HIV病毒载量指标水平显著偏低,病毒抑制率显著偏高,一年后自我管理能力评分显著偏高,用药依从性显著偏高(P<0.05)。结论 接受抗病毒治疗及随访管理的确诊HIV/AIDS患者接受医护-社会组织一体化模式干预后,可显著提高患者自我管理能力。此外,还能保障高病毒抑制率,缩短患者治疗时间,提升患者用药依从性。

基于ART的集装箱运输防损策略优化探究

本论文结合人工智能运输机器人在港口应用的案例,从问题现象入手,分析急停可能导致的损失,通过对ART急停原因分析,制定出急停改缓停的解决方案,结果显示缓停策略大大地降低了ART急停概率,可为其他自动化集装箱码头水平运输作业或使用自动化车辆的工程项目提供借鉴。

Application of Modern Construction Art in Landscape Architecture Planning and Design

The continuous progress of urbanization has driven the continuous development and innovation of landscape planning and design.Focused on the important design method of modern construction art,this study analyzed its concepts and characteristics,and made deep exploration to its application in landscape planning and design.The results indicated that modern construction art had a significant impact on landscape spatial planning and layout,spatial design forms,and spatial ornaments.The use of modern construction art concepts could make landscape design more scientific,artistic,and humane,creating higher quality leisure and entertainment venues for audiences.

A Discussion of Artificial Intelligence in Visual Art Education

Since ChatGPT emerged on November 30, 2022, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been increasingly discussed as a radical force that will change our world. People have become used to AI in which such ubiquitous technologies as Siri, Google, and Netflix deploy AI algorithms to answer questions, impart information, and provide recommendations. However, many individuals including originators and backers of AI have recently expressed grave concerns. In this paper, the authors will assess what is occurring with AI in Visual Arts Education, outline positives and negatives, and provide recommendations addressed specifically for teachers working in the field regarding emerging AI usage from kindergarten to grade twelve levels as well as in higher education.

Application of Midjournal and Stable Diffusion in Environmental Art and Design Courses in Higher Education Institutions

This study was aimed to explore the feasibility of introducing two mainstream AI drawing applications,Midjournal and Stable Diffusion,into the environmental art and design courses in higher education institutions.On the basis of introducing the development history of AI drawing technology,the characteristics of Midjournal and Stable Diffusion and their applications in teaching were described in detail.The analysis on its practical application in public space design courses showed that AI drawing technology could significantly improve students’creative efficiency and the possibility of artistic creation,while also enriching the expressive power of design.In spite of the challenges such as technical accuracy,response to complex design requirements,hardware dependencies,and student dependencies,the application of AI drawing technology had an overall positive prospects in the field of education.Finally,the value of AI drawing technology in teaching was emphasized,and the challenges it brought were discussed,as well as how to fully utilize this technology while maintaining teaching objectives and educational principles.

Chemotactic Activity of Site-Specific Multivalent Conjugates of Stromal Cell-Derived Factor 1<i>α</i>on Branched Nanoparticles

Stromal cell-derived factor 1α (SDF1α) is a potent chemokine for the recruitment of stem cells. A challenge is to maintain its activity and control its release. In this study, we engineered a recombinant cysteine-SDF1α (cysSDF1α) protein, and performed multivalent conjugation of cysSDF1 through the maleimide functional group to two forms of branched nanoparticles: multi-arm poly (ethylene glycol) (MA-PEG) and hyaluronic acid (HA). We characterized the chemotactic activity of the conjugates, and determined how the molecular weight (MW) of MA-PEG and HA affected the chemotactic activity. CysSDF1α had similar efficiency to wild-type SDF1α in cell recruitment. Multivalent conjugation of cysSDF1α to low MW MA-PEG (~18 nm) did not significantly affect the chemotactic activity, while the conjugation of cysSDF1α to high MW MA-PEG (~72 nm) lowered the efficiency, possibly due to the larger spacing between conjugated SDF1α molecules. HA has a linear backbone and a high density of multivalent binding sites;however, the chemotactic activity of HA-linked cys-SDF1α was much lower, which further decreased with the increase of HA MW from 200 kDa (~0.78 μm) to 700 kDa (~2.7 μm). Digestion of HA into smaller fragments using hyaluronidase partially recovered the chemotactic activity of cysSDF1α, suggesting that high MW HA might exert steric hindrance for SDF1α binding to its receptors on cell surface and that HA could be used as a depot for SDF1α storage and release. These results demonstrate that multivalent conjugates of SDF1α to nanoparticles may be used to engineer SDF1α delivery for cell recruitment and tissue regeneration.

Exploration of the Integration of Ethnic Music Elements into Modern Piano Art Creation

Piano originated in Western countries,so a large number of Western cultural elements are used in piano art creation,mainly to present Western humanistic thoughts and spiritual cultural cores to the audience.In recent years,with the modernization of piano art and culture in China,many Chinese listeners have begun to demand more ethnic and folk piano pieces with Chinese characteristics.In order to meet the audience’s pursuit of modern Chinese piano art,more and more creators are integrating ethnic music elements into modern piano art creation.This article explores the integration significance of ethnic music elements in modern piano art creation and the current situation of Chinese modern piano art creation,and finds that ethnic music elements have positive help in enhancing the novelty,ethnic characteristics,and timeliness of piano art creation.Based on this,this article proposes several strategies for integrating traditional ethnic music elements into modern piano art creation,including adapting traditional ethnic music elements,creating pentatonic tunes,and modifying work titles.The aim is to provide references and inspiration for the development of Chinese piano art creation and culture.
