This study applied situated learning appoach in the interpretation course of college English major students and is designed to gain the students' perception of stuated learning. From the study, it is found that most of the students showed their positive attitudes towards situated learning approach applied in their interpretation course and enjoyed their learning in such learning enviroment. However, there is still a long way to go to achieve their satisfaction. Teachers need to explore more for creating authentic atmosphere in the interpretation course to arise students' interest and passion to a greater degree. 展开更多

In this paper, many factors restricting and affecting the actual effectiveness of course ethnic theory and policy are summarized, among which student factors mainly include unavailable major foundation, new strange course, and having no idea about how to learn in the short term, narrow knowledge scope because of the examination-oriented education, poor self-control ability and attitude toward learning, and difference among the students of different minorities in the preparatory education, so that the actual teaching effectiveness is different. The teaching contents provided by teachers are not enough scientific, and the teaching pertinence is not strong; all parts of teaching and especially the effectiveness of processing the key and difficult points are not good enough, so that students are guided not very well to actively participate in classroom teaching activities, etc. Subsequently, an analysis is made around integrating and excavating teaching materials, understanding teaching contents, valuing the teaching process, and helping the students of preparatory education change from passively learning knowledge to initiatively accepting knowledge in a targeted way, and then some approaches, methods, and strategies of improving the actual teaching effectiveness of the course are explored. 展开更多

Presently, with the higher requirements of maritime education and training, the development of maritime visual-audio-lingual course books are lagging behind, in that the contents are outdated, dull and away from the actual practice. They can by no means reflect the production of ocean transportation and run counter to the principles of language communication, resulting in a severe lap in the aspects of contents, quality and formation. Maritime visual-audio-lingual teaching belongs to ESP and its contents should give prominence to practice and operation, such as, instruments, equipment, machinery and principles; operation, entering and leaving ports, loading and discharging of cargo, navigation and communication, berthing and unberting, heaving anchor, etc. Many scenes and processes are not to be demonstrated by verbal means and normal methods of teaching. Therefore, a set of course book that reflects the real operational situations is of great need and one that adopts the multi-media means in visual-audio-lingual teaching is of enormous and irreplaceable privilege, in that a highly qualified visual-audio-lingual course book will provide real, clear-cut and understandable working situations, so that students will be on-scene and impressed. 政策动员对于提升地方治理能力具有重要作用。本文追踪N市S镇“万亩良田整治工程”推进特色发展政策落地、空间重构到模式示范的过程,依据“过程-情境”叙事范式,建构“调适-稳定”的分析框架,阐释地方政府政策动员的过程机制和演变逻... 政策动员对于提升地方治理能力具有重要作用。本文追踪N市S镇“万亩良田整治工程”推进特色发展政策落地、空间重构到模式示范的过程,依据“过程-情境”叙事范式,建构“调适-稳定”的分析框架,阐释地方政府政策动员的过程机制和演变逻辑。研究发现,地方政府实施政策动员需依据行政、市场和社会三重逻辑,推进议题协商,构建实践共同体,完成地方情境化的政策调适和议题改造,达成政策框架内多重组织行动系统的稳定态势。政策动员需以制度创新和整合社会资源为载体,迎合“有效”与“合法”双重逻辑,运用调适策略构建稳定的政策共生机制,推动区域性集体行动的达成,实现基层治理效能提升。此外,本文进一步揭示了政策动员在地方特色产业发展框架下的现实策略和典型模式,完善了地方治理政策实践建构的过程性理论研究。 展开更多
