The thermal decomposition of the title compound takes place mainly in two steps. The intermediate and the residue for each decomposition were identified by the TG curve. By the kinetic method of processing thermal analysis data put forward by Malek et al ., it is defined that the kinetics model for the first-step thermal decomposition is SB( m,n ).展开更多

The crys...A novel dimer of the bismuth(Ⅲ) complex with dithiotetrahydropyrrolocarbamate, [Bi(S_2CNC_4H_8)_2·(NO_3)]_2, was synthesized and the crystal structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to a monoclinic system with space group P2_1/n, a=0.64718(13) nm, b=2.6738(6) nm, c=1.0423(2) nm, β=106.384(3)°, Z=4, V=1.730(3) nm^3, D_c=2.163 g/cm^3, μ=10.682 mm^(-1), F(000)=1072, R=0.0329, wR=0.0659. The structure shows a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal configuration with the seven-coordinated central Bi atom. In the crystal, the molecular packing in the unit cell reveals that the two adjacent molecules are symmetrically linked each other in the dimer by virtue of a couple of Bi-S interaction.展开更多

The salicylaldehyde salicylhydrazone and its complex of Er(Ⅲ) were synthesized. The formulae K·4H_2O(HL=[C_(14)H_(10)N_2O_3]^(2-), the bivalent form of the salicylaldehyde salicylhydrazone) were determined by el...The salicylaldehyde salicylhydrazone and its complex of Er(Ⅲ) were synthesized. The formulae K·4H_2O(HL=[C_(14)H_(10)N_2O_3]^(2-), the bivalent form of the salicylaldehyde salicylhydrazone) were determined by elemental analysis and EDTA volumetric analysis. Molar conductance, IR, UV and X-ray power diffraction were carried out for the characterizations of the complex and the ligand. There are two stable five-numbered and six-numbered circles in the complex. The thermal decompositions of the ligand and the complex with the kinetic study are carried out by non-isothermal thermogravimetry. The stages of the decompositions were identified by TG-DTG curve. The non-isothermal kinetic data were analyzed by means of integral and differential methods. The possible reaction mechanism and the kinetic equation were investigated by the corresponding kinetic parameters.The activation energy value of the main step decomposition are also calculated by Kissinger′s method and Ozawa′s method.展开更多

The bismuth(I/I) is seven-coordinated with O atoms, forming a monocapped octahedral geometry. Complex 1 further forms a 3D supramolecular architecture by hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions. The intercalati...The interaction between Sm(Ⅲ)(MTB)2 complex and Herring Sperm DNA has been studied by UV-Vis spectral, Fluorescence spectral in buffer solution of Tris-HCl (pH=7.25) using Neutral Red (NR) as a probe. The intercalation and electrostatic manner are confirmed to be the two major modes for interaction between Sm(Ⅲ)(MTB)2 complex and Herring Sperm DNA. The balance constant of Sm(Ⅲ)(MTB)2 rare earth metal complex and Herring Sperm DNA is K=4.10 × 104 L·mol-1. The results indicate that biological functions of Herring Sperm DNA are changed to a certain extend due to the interaction between Sm(Ⅲ)(MTB)2 rare earth metal complex and Herring Sperm DNA.展开更多
