The Relationship between Mental Health Literacy and Subjective Well-Being of Young and Middle-Aged Residents: Perceived the Mediating Role of Social Support and Its Urban-Rural Differences

This study investigates mental health literacy among young and middle-aged urban and rural residents and the differences in mental health literacy,perceived social support and subjective well-being.From January to February 2022,620 participants(320 rural and 300 urban residents)from three provinces of China were selected by con-venience sampling.A general data questionnaire,mental health literacy scale,perceived social support scale and subjective well-being scale were administered.The mental health literacy scores of urban residents were 3.34±0.57 and those of rural residents were 2.73±0.79.The results of multiple regression analysis showed that the mental health literacy scores of rural residents were more significant than those of urban residents in terms of sex and age,while urban residents’mental health literacy scores were more significant than those of rural resi-dents in terms of monthly income.Mental health literacy,perceived social support and subjective well-being of young and middle-aged urban and rural residents were all positively correlated(P<0.01).While the level of mental health literacy is better among urban residents than rural residents,perceived social support plays a partial mediating role between mental health literacy and subjective well-being of both urban and rural residents,and should be the focus of researchers seeking to improve the level of well-being of residents.

A Study on the Differentiation Phenomenon of Cultural Identity and Social Role of Chinese Qin Musicians in Modern Social Context

With the social change,the role behavior of Qin culture’s producers and inheritors have changed from traditional to modern,among which the significant symbol is the differentiation of cultural identity and social role.Starting with the historical perspective,social-cultural perspective,etc.,and analyzing the role differentiation phenomenon of Qin musicians,this thesis considers that the changes in the role of the Qin musician are influenced by various external strong discourses in different periods.How to maintain the cultural creation and role responsibility of the Qin musicians’self-consciousness under the interaction of various external forces becomes the key to the successful protection and inheritance of the Qin cultural heritage.

Efficiency of Managers as Role Models:A Social Learning Theory Perspective

This systematic literature review aimed to analyze and synthesize studies that indicated the importance of behavioral observation in the organizational context.Based on Social Learning Theory and by considering relevant recent findings and theories,the impact of managers as role models for employees is researched and analyzed.The importance of this topic is to determine ways that learning and enhancing performance in the workplace can be applied for people management development.The literature for theory was numerous,however studies on the particular topic were limited and not expanded in the organizational context.The key message of this review is that the impact of managers and leaders can be positive and progressive both for the employees and for the organization.

Mining User Role in Social Community Application of Web 2.0

With the development of web 2.0,more and more social community applications appeared. The classical type of this kind of application is blog and facebook. The most important feature of these applications is that it is a self-media and users can post their own ideas in Internet. By using these social community applications,a big social network is formed. To study the feature of social network,it is important to mine the individual information at the beginning. In this paper,we propose a User Role based method to mine the relation between the user and object thing. First,we extract the User Role from the semantic dictionary Wordnet. Then,the feature of User Role is also mined by considering the hypernymy and hyponymy relation. Finally,we can use these features to deduce the User Role. In our experiments,we use a big corpus from TREC 2006 to test the mining performance. The experiment results show that the User Role effectively explores the feature of user.

The Relationship between Rural Left-Behind Children’s Physical Activity and Hope:The Mediating Effects of Perceived Social Support

It has been confirmed in previous studies that there is a positive correlation between physical activity and hope.In this study,rural left-behind children in China was taken as the participants to investigate the impact of physical activity on hope in rural left-behind children and examine the mediating role of perceived social support in the relationship between physical activity and hope.797 valid copies of the questionnaire were collected from China.Pearson correlation coefficient was employed to analyze the relationship between physical activity and hope;SEM and Bootstrap were used to test the mediating effect of perceived social support.The results show that physical activity can not only directly and positively predict the level of hope in rural leftbehind children but can also predict the level of hope through perceived social support;perceived social support plays a mediating role in the relationship between physical activity and hope.These results highlight the necessity to pay more attention to the physical activity of left-behind children and the possibility to improve the level of hope by increasing their physical activity;at the same time,the acquisition of more material,emotional and psychological support from teachers and guardians is more conducive to improving the sense of hope in left-behind children.These findings can deepen the understanding of the sense of hope in left-behind children,and provide new methods for and enlightenments on improving the level of hope in left-behind children.

角色演变视角下辟谣信息对社交媒体意见领袖形成的影响——基于舆论领导法则

[目的/意义]探究辟谣信息对社交媒体用户的影响,特别是对意见领袖形成现象机制的挖掘。构建社交媒体用户角色演变行为模型,研究人员可以更好地了解意见领袖的形成原因,刻画辟谣信息对社交媒体用户的作用机制,有助于对参与辟谣的“准意见领袖”进行合理引导,以提高社交媒体舆情管理的效率和准确性。[方法/过程]首先,对微博社交媒体平台中的特定主题事件进行跟踪,识别并筛选出“新生意见领袖”群体,并利用质性访谈对此群体进行深度访谈。然后,基于程序化扎根理论方法,利用NVivo 12软件进行扎根编码构建模型,并通过理论饱和度检验验证模型的完整性。最后,对社交媒体用户角色演变的原因进行深入分析和探讨。[结果/结论]在辟谣信息作用下,个体主观因素、社会环境因素和辟谣信息因素对一般用户向新生意见领袖的演变行为产生重要影响,其中个体主观因素在辟谣信息的作用下对意见领袖形成的影响更加显著,自我认知清晰、高情绪需求且情绪稳定的个体更容易成为影响力持久的意见领袖;社会公众认可、实质性奖励和政策法律支持共同构成社会环境因素,是意见领袖形成的重要保障;辟谣信息因素中的辟谣信息热度、可信度和发布质量等方面都会直接影响“潜在意见领袖”用户群体对辟谣事件的把握,进而干预其参与辟谣的决定。

基于角色理论的档案社交媒体用户角色建构研究

Web2.0时代下,档案社交媒体的广泛应用改变了档案用户的活动空间和行为模式,使其面临角色加持和角色转变的挑战。角色理论为研究档案社交媒体用户的行为和态度提供了新的范式和视角。基于此,论文从角色理论视角探讨档案社交媒体用户角色建构的内涵,并在此基础上分析现阶段我国档案社交媒体用户由于档案意识薄弱、主体互动缺乏、档案专业技能欠缺造成的角色不清、角色偏差和角色中断等角色扮演困境,结合实际进一步指出角色定位明晰化、角色实践深入化、角色互动社群化、角色类型多元化的未来愿景,为此需要采取外部引导、内部调适为一体的角色建构策略,包括发挥档案主体能动作用、提升档案信息素养、开拓档案社交媒体用户活动空间、加强档案社交媒体用户角色调适。

医务社会工作跨专业合作中的角色共识与角色实践

随着医务社会工作的发展,医护人员、患者和家属已经对其形成了具有一定共性的角色期待,跨专业合作因此成为可能。然而,医务社会工作在跨学科团队中面临的核心问题仍然是角色共识不足,角色实践与角色期待差距明显,难以深度融入医疗体系。文章通过2023年在上海、湖北和广东三地开展问卷调查和对某市6家医院医务社会工作部2022年的年终总结报告进行分析发现,推动医务社会工作跨专业合作发展需要同时克服外生性障碍和内生性缺陷,医务社会工作自身的专业发展是跨专业合作的核心基础,而突破瓶颈的内生性路径在于制度化知识的生产和临床技术的自主性发展。

学术型企业家社会资本惯性、角色冲突感知对创业绩效的影响研究

学术创业跨越了学术与产业两种不同的环境,因此学术型企业家往往肩负着学者与企业家两种角色,他们的社会资本、角色冲突感知都会对该创业进程产生一定影响。本文基于资源保存理论、扩张-加强假说和资源基础理论,构建了学术型企业家角色冲突感知、社会资本惯性对创业资源获取与创业绩效的整合作用模型,并深入探索企业参与程度在这一过程中的调节作用。对394位学术型企业家展开问卷调研,并运用多元回归分析等方法进行实证检验。结果表明,角色冲突感知对资源获取与创业绩效都具有显著正向影响,而社会资本惯性对资源获取有显著负向影响。同时,资源获取对创业绩效具有显著正向影响,学者的企业参与程度正向调节了角色冲突感知与创业绩效的关系。以上研究结果从主观感知的角度丰富了学术型企业家双重角色的相关研究,也为有创业想法或者已在创业过程中的学者提供一定的实践指导。

智能家居产品感知能动性和社会角色类型对消费者产品态度的影响———基于自我扩展理论

本文探讨了智能家居产品的感知能动性和社会角色定位如何交互影响了消费者对产品共情能力的评价及其对消费者产品态度的影响。通过两个实验,本研究发现:当智能家居产品是仆人型角色时,产品的感知能动性差异对消费者产品态度影响不显著;当智能家居产品是朋友型角色时,高感知能动性(相对于低感知能动性)显著地提高了消费者产品态度;并且感知被共情中介了产品的感知能动性和产品社会角色类型对消费者产品态度的交互影响。本研究结论填补了相关领域文献对人工智能产品社会交往能力关注不足的缺口,并为企业产品设计提供了借鉴。

小学生性别认同及其影响因素研究——基于C市S小学的实证分析

儿童时期是性别意识形成、性别认同型塑的关键时期。本研究采用整群抽样的方式,向C市S小学521名小学生发放调查问卷,并结合对家长、老师和小学生的访谈和观察,探索小学生性别认同的现状及其影响因素。研究发现,小学生整体上的性别认同程度比较高,女生的性别认同高于男生,3年级是小学生自我性别认同的关键期。从影响因素来看,个体认知是影响性别认同的主要因素,家庭承担性别认同教育的主体责任,学校是性别认同型塑的重要场所,大众传媒也是不可忽视的长期潜在影响因素。

社会心理服务体系构建:前置条件、角色定位与实施路径

社会心理服务体系是国家社会治理体系的重要组成部分,完善的本土化心理学建设与明晰的价值指引是其构建的前置条件,两者都与中国优秀传统文化中的价值系统紧密相联.在社会心理服务体系构建过程中,要看到其与中国梦、人民美好生活实现之间的内在逻辑,进而拓宽其范畴、明确其边界、配置其功能、创新其载体,实现由疏导性向建构性角色的全面转换.在此基础上,从战略高度进行社会心理服务体系的整体设计,从治理角度构建社会心理服务体系的闭合循环,从补救视角强化社会心理服务体系的精准服务,从而推进国家社会治理体系与治理能力现代化.

安宁疗护患者家庭照顾者出院过渡期照护困境的质性研究

目的深入探讨安宁疗护患者家庭照顾者出院过渡期的照护困境,为制定过渡期安宁疗护干预方案提供依据。方法以目的抽样法抽取安宁疗护患者家庭主要照顾者12人,采用现象学研究方法,以一对一形式进行半结构深入访谈,采用Colaizzi七步分析法分析访谈资料,提炼主题。结果提炼出3个主题9个亚主题,即角色应对困难(难以适应环境转变、难以独立照护患者、难以应对情感压力)、缺乏以家庭为中心的支持(出院照护准备不足、家庭社会支持不足、信息资源匮乏)、照护需求多样化(希望获得连续性护理服务、渴望获得居家照顾知识和技能、有意识的心理准备和哀伤辅导)。结论安宁疗护患者家庭照顾者出院过渡期照护困境复杂多样,存在多维度护理需求。医护人员应组建安宁疗护多学科团队,联合社会各方力量共同帮助照顾者克服患者出院过渡期照护困境,改善照顾者身心健康。
