Changes of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in the serum from patients with acute cerebral infarction

Methods: The concen-tration of sICAM-1 in the serum of 91 patients with ACI was determined with ELISA and then the results were compared wlth those of 43 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and 30 healthy individuals. Results: In the 24th hour after infarction. the concentration of sICAMu-1 in the serum was significantly higher in patients with ACI than in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and normal controls (P< 0. 01). In the patients with ACI, the concentration exhibited an decreasing tendency in the period from the 24th hour to the 14th day andwas correlated with the focal size of cerebral infarction. During the first 14 days after infarction, the concen-tration was significantly higher in the patients with the complication of infection than in those without. Con-clusion: sICAM-1 is closely correlated with clinical manifestation of ACI. 展开更多

BACKGROUND: Intercellular adhesion molecule-5 (ICAM-5) relieves the damage of beta-amyloid protein to PAJU cells, However, little is known about how ICAM-5 works as a neurotrophic factor, or whether ICAM-5 lessens neuronal damage under ischemic conditions following cerebral infarction. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of ICAM-5 on PAJU cells growth in serum-free medium under ischemic conditions following cerebral infarction. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: The cytological in vitro study was performed at the Central Laboratory, Second Xiangya Hospital, Central South University, China, in June 2009. MATERIALS: Human ICAM-5 gene transfected into PAJU-TLN cells was supplied by the Life Science College, Helsinki University, Finland. Empty vector transfected PAJU-NEO cells were established by the Gene Center, Second Xiangya Hospital, Central South University, China. METHODS: PAJU-TLN cells transfected with human ICAM-5 or empty vector were incubated in serum-free medium. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Phase contrast microscopy was used to observe changes in PAJU cell morphology. 3-(4, 5-dimethylthiazolzyl)-2, 5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide was used to determine cell viability. Hoechst 33258 was used to stain cell nuclei. Flow cytometry was utilized to measure the apoptosis rate of both PAJU-TLN and PAJU-NEO cells. RESULTS: Both PAJU-TLN and PAJU-NEO cells were injured by cultivating in serum-free medium, but the survival rate of PAJU-TLN cells was significantly higher. CONCLUSION: ICAM-5 protects PAJU-TLN cells from serum deprivation-induced apoptosis, induces the outgrowth of PAJU cells, and diminishes their morphologic impairment. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the relationship of plasma homocysteine(Hcy),soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1)and high mobility group box 1 protein(HMGB1)with carotid intima-media thickness(c-IMT)in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 100 elderly patients who were diagnosed as type 2 diabetes mellitus in Baogang Hospital of Inner Mongolia from June 2017 to May 2020 were chosen as research objects.According to c-IMT,they were divided into the normal group(n=35),the mild to moderate group(n=41)and the severe group(n=24).The expression levels of plasma Hcy,sICAM-1 and HMGB1 were compared between groups respectively.Pearson’s correlation coefficient was used to analyze the relationship of plasma Hcy,sICAM-1,HMGB1 with c-IMT.Results:The comparison in plasma Hcy,sICAM-1,HMGB1 and c-IMT among the three groups of patients was of statistical significance(p<.05).The results of correlation analysis showed that the expression levels of plasma Hcy,sICAM-1 and HMGB1 were positively correlated with c-IMT in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(r=.627,.598,.614;p<.05).Conclusions:The expression levels of plasma Hcy,sICAM-1 and HMGB1 are abnormally increased in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and related to c-IMT,which can provide a strong evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment by detecting their levels in clinical practice. 展开更多

Changes in serum cellular adhesion molecule and matrix metalloproteinase-9 levels in patients with cerebral infarction following hyperbaric oxygen therapy A case and intergroup control study

BACKGROUND: Animal studies have confirmed that hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) therapy can reduce matrix metalloproteinase activity and blood brain barrier permeability, thereby exhibiting neuroprotective effects. However, at present, consensus does not exist in terms of its clinical efficacy. OBJECTIVE: To validate the significance of changes in serum cellular adhesion molecule and MMP-9 levels in patients with cerebral infarction following HBO therapy. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: This randomized, controlled, neurobiochemical study was performed at the Department of Neurology, Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University Medical College between December 2002 and March 2006. PARTICIPANTS: A total of 112 patients with acute cerebral infarction of internal carotid artery, comprising 64 males and 48 females, averaging (67 ±11) years, were recruited and randomized to a HBO group (n = 50) and a routine treatment group (n = 62). An additional 30 gender- and age-matched normal subjects, consisting of 17 males and 13 females, averaging (63 ± 9) years, were enrolled as control subjects. METHODS: The routine treatment group received routine drug treatment and rehabilitation exercise. HBO treatment was additionally performed in the HBO group, once a day, for a total of 10 days. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Serum levels of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule, soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule, soluble E-selectin, and matrix metalloproteinase-9 were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. RESULTS: Upon admission, serum levels of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule, soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule, soluble E-selectin, and matrix metalloproteinase-9 were significantly increased in patients with cerebral infarction, compared with control subjects (P 〈 0.01). Following HBO and routine treatments, serum levels of the above-mentioned indices were significantly reduced in the HBO and routine treatment groups (P 〈 0.01). Moreover, greater efficacy was observed in the HBO group, compared with the routine treatment group (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01). CONCLUSION: Intergroup comparison and case-control results indicated that HBO noticeably reduced serum levels of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule, soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule, soluble E-selectin, and matrix metalloproteinase-9. 展开更多

Objective To investigate effects of electroacupuncture (EA) on expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in the rat of local cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. Methods Eighty SD rats were randomly divided into a normal control group, a sham operation group, a model group and an EA treatment group, 20 rats in each group. The thread-obstruction method was used for preparation of ischemia-reperfusion model. Zea-Longa rating criteria were used for evaluation of nervous function disorder; Immunohistochemical SABC method was used for detection of ICAM-1 expression in the microvascular endothelial cell of the ischemic brain region, and ELISA method for the soluble ICAM-1 (slCAM-1) content in peripheral blood. Re. suits After cerebral ischemia-reperfusion, both ICAM-1 expression level in the microvascular endethelium cell of the ischemic brain region and slCAM-1 content in the peripheral blood significantly increased in the model group as compared with the normal group and the sham operation group (P〈0.01); After EA treatment, the ICAM-1 expression level in the microvascular endothelial cell of the ischemic brain region and slCAM-1 content in the peripheral blood were significantly down-regulated in the EA treatment group as com- pared with the model group (P〈 0.05). Conclusion After cerebral ischemia-reperfusion, the microvascular endothelial cell of the ischemic brain region releases ICAM-1, which induces inflammatory injury of cerebral tissues; EA treatment can decease the expression of ICAM-1, so as to prevent the brain from the injury. 展开更多

Objective To observe the changes of serum soluble intercellular adhesion moiecuie type-1(ICAM-1) and E-selectin in patients with acute myocardial inlarction (AMI) receiving reperfusiontherapy. Methods Peripheral venous blood samples were taken from 21 patients with AMI before and4,8,12,24,48,72h after thrombolytic treatment or direct percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA).Blood samples from 16 control subjects were drawn for one time. Serum concentration of ICAM-1 and E-selectinwas determined by double antibodies sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results Serum levels ofICAM-1 and E-selectin were higher in patients with AMI than those in controls. Sixteen patients with AMIand successful roperfusion therapy had signifcantly reduction in serum concentration of ICAM-1 and E-selectinat 24 and 48h, but had a peak at 4h. The remaining live patients who failed in mperfusion theropy didn’t show anysignificant changes in these values. Conclusion The serum concentration of ICAM-1 and E-selectin waselevated significantly in patients with AMI Successful reperfusion therapy can reduce the increased serumconcentration. 展开更多

BACKGROUND: Previous studies have confirmed the neuroprotective effect of mild hypothermia on ischemic brain injury. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of mild hypothermia on intercellular adhesion molecule-1 expression and serum interleukin-6 levels in ischemic brain tissues of focal brain ischemia rats, and to explore the neuroprotective effects of mild hypothermia on ischemic brain injury. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: A randomized, controlled, neurobiological experiment was performed at the Central Laboratory, First Affiliated Hospital, Xinxiang Medical College, China from February to July 2006. MATERIALS: Thirty healthy, adult, Sprague Dawley rats were used to establish middle cerebral artery occlusion models using the suture method, The immunohistochemistry (streptavidin-biotin-peroxidase complex method) kit was purchased from Boster, China. Interleukin-6 radioimmunoassay was supplied by Institute of Radioimmunity, Technology Development Center, General Hospital of Chinese PLA. METHODS: The rats were equally and randomly assigned into mild hypothermia and control groups, and middle cerebral artery occlusion models were established. The rectal temperature was maintained at (37 ±0.5)℃ in the control group. In the mild hypothermia group, the rectal temperature was maintained at (33±1)℃. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: At 12 hours after model establishment, the ischemic brain hemispheres were coronally sliced at the level of the optic chiasm. The number of intercellular adhesion molecule-1-positive vessels per high-power field was observed with an optical microscope. Serum interleukin-6 levels were measured by radioimmunoassay. RESULTS: Compared with the control group, intercellular adhesion molecule-1 and serum interleukin-6 expressions were significantly decreased in ischemic brain tissues of the mild hypothermia group (P 〈 0.01). CONCLUSION: Mild hypothermia exhibits a neuroprotective effect by reducing serum interleukin-6 and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 expression following cerebral ischemia. 展开更多

METHODS:Concentrations of MCP-1,soluble adhesion molecules intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1),sP- selectin,interleukin (IL) 6,and IL10 in serum were estimated in the group of 40 patients with chronic hepatitis C treated with IFNalpha2 b and RBV in 0,16,32,48 wk of the therapy, RESULTS:In chronic hepatitis C,before and during the treatment,the serum levels of MCP-1 and sP-selectin in responders were similar to those of healthy subjects.In non- responders (NR),MCP-1 increased in the course of IFNc^+RBV treatment,differences were statistically significant as compared to responders.MCP-1 correlated statistically with the activity of periportal inflammation (r=0.35,P<0.05) but not with staging of liver fibrosis,sICAM-1 positively correlated with inflammatory activity and fibrosis in NR.sP-selectin did not correlate with histological findings in the liver.The MCP-1 correlated with the soluble form of sP-selectin concentrations (r= 6,P<0.001) and with IL-10 level in NR (r=0.4,P<0.05).There was no correlation observed between the concentration of MCP-1 and sICAM-1,IL-6 during the treatment. CONCLUSION:MCP-1 concentration may be a prognostic marker of the efficacy of IFN+RBV therapy in patients with chronic hepatitis C. 展开更多

Association between intercellular adhesion molecule-1 to depression and blood-brain barrier penetration in cerebellar vascular disease

BACKGROUND Cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)is a prevalent cerebrovascular disease in clinical practice that is often associated with macrovascular disease.A clear understanding of the underlying causes of CSVD remains elusive.AIM To explore the association between intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)and blood-brain barrier(BBB)penetration in CSVD.METHODS This study included patients admitted to Fuyang People’s Hospital and Fuyang Community(Anhui,China)between December 2021 and March 2022.The study population comprised 142 patients,including 80 in the CSVD group and 62 in the control group.Depression was present in 53 out of 80 patients with CSVD.Multisequence magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI were applied in patients to determine the brain volume,cortical thickness,and cortical area of each brain region.Moreover,neuropsychological tests including the Hamilton depression scale,mini-mental state examination,and Montreal cognitive assessment basic scores were performed.RESULTS The multivariable analysis showed that age[P=0.011;odds ratio(OR)=0.930,95%confidence interval(CI):0.880-0.983]and ICAM-1 levels(P=0.023;OR=1.007,95%CI:1.001-1.013)were associated with CSVD.Two regions of interest(ROIs;ROI3 and ROI4)in the white matter showed significant(both P<0.001;95%CI:0.419-0.837 and 0.366-0.878)differences between the two groups,whereas only ROI1 in the gray matter showed signi-ficant difference(P=0.046;95%CI:0.007-0.680)between the two groups.ICAM-1 was significantly correlated(all P<0.05)with cortical thickness in multiple brain regions in the CSVD group.CONCLUSION This study revealed that ICAM-1 levels were independently associated with CSVD.ICAM-1 may be associated with cortical thickness in the brain,predominantly in the white matter,and a significant increase in BBB permeability,proposing the involvement of ICAM-1 in BBB destruction. 展开更多

Acupuncture treatment for acute cerebral ischemia produces abnormal protein expression. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of acupuncture on NF-KB, ICAM-1, and VCAM-1 mRNA and protein expression in the brain tissue of rats with cerebral ischemiaJreperfUsion injury. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: Randomized, controlled, animal experiments were performed at the Laboratory of Department of Neurosurgery, Xiangya Hospital, Central South University, China between December 2008 and October 2009. MATERIALS: Rabbit anti-NF-KB polyclonal antibody, rabbit anti-ICAM-1 polyclonal antibody, and rabbit anti-VCAM-1 polyclonal antibody were purchased from Santa Cruz Biotechnology, USA. METHODS: A total of 46 healthy, Sprague Dawley rats were randomly assigned to sham surgery (n= 10), model (n = 12), acupuncture pretreatment (n = 12), and acupuncture intervention (n = 12) groups. Models of middle cerebral artery occlusion were established by right common carotid artery ligation. In the acupuncture pretreatment group, rats received acupuncture for 3 consecutive days, and then models were established. In the acupuncture intervention group, rats received acupuncture for 3 consecutive days at Waiguan (SJ 5), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), and Dazhui (DU 14) acupoints following model establishment. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Somatosensory asymmetry and forelimb use asymmetry were tested, as well as NF-KB, ICAM-1, and VCAM-1 mRNA and protein expression in the frontal and parietal cortex at 4, 12, 24, 48 and 72 hours following cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury. RESULTS: Acupuncture improved neurological function and significantly decreased NF-KB, ICAM-1, and VCAM-1 mRNA and protein expression in the frontal and parietal cortex of rats with cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury (P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION: Acupuncture can improve neurological function, potentially via inhibition of NF-κB, ICAM,I, and VCAM-1 mRNA and protein expression in the frontal and parietal cortex of rats with cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury. 展开更多

目的 探讨不同治疗时间窗高压氧治疗对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者颈动脉血流动力学及血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1 (sICAM-1)、白细胞介素-1β (IL-1β)水平的影响。方法 选取2022年10月至2023年12月昆明医科大学第一附属... 目的 探讨不同治疗时间窗高压氧治疗对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者颈动脉血流动力学及血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1 (sICAM-1)、白细胞介素-1β (IL-1β)水平的影响。方法 选取2022年10月至2023年12月昆明医科大学第一附属医院神经内科收治的180例ACI患者,根据随机数字表法分为4组,各45例。对照组不接受高压氧治疗,早期组在发病72h内接受高压氧治疗,中期组在发病3~7d内接受高压氧治疗,晚期组在发病7d后接受高压氧治疗。对比各组临床疗效、颈动脉血流动力学状况及血清Hcy、sICAM-1、IL-1 β水平变化。结果 治疗后,早期组总有效率显著高于中期组、晚期组及对照组(^(均)P<0.05)。治疗后,早期组美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分均低于中期组、晚期组及对照组,中期组低于晚期组及对照组(^(均)P<0.05);早期组治疗后颈动脉平均血流速(Vm)、搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)优于中期组、晚期组和对照组,中期组颈动脉Vm、PI、RI又优于晚期组和对照组(^(均)P<0.05);早期组治疗后血清Hcy、sICAM-1及IL-1 β水平低于中期组、晚期组和对照组,中期组血清Hey、sICAM-1及IL-1 β水平又低于晚期组和对照组(^(均)P <0.05)。结论 ACI患者在发病72 h内接受高压氧治疗效果显著,可有效改善颈动脉血流状况,降低血管损害和炎症反应程度,具有较高安全性。 展开更多

Purpose: Neonatal pneumonia is a major newborn disease with a high morbidity rate. We aimed to evaluate whether atypical prelabor rupture of membranes (PROM) is a high-risk factor for causing neonatal pneumonia in a prospective real-world study. Patients and Methods: A total of 250 pregnant women at pregnancy week 39 were non-selectively recruited. All were examined by PROM and neonatal pneumonia related clinical, bedside and lab tests, including body temperature, blood pressure, increased vagina discharge, posterior vault pooling, abdominal tenderness, WBC count, nitrazine test, amniotic fluid index, Leakection (a sICAM-1 based lateral flow immunoassay) and vagina streptococcus examinations. Increased vagina discharge with a Leakection positivity was adopted as a working criterium for identifying atypical PROM. Neonatal pneumonia was diagnosed based on the clinical presentation and lab tests. Results: Twenty cases of neonatal pneumonia (8.0%) were diagnosed after the deliveries of the 250 pregnant women. In these neonatal pneumonia cases, 12 (16.7%) occurred in 72 deliveries with atypical PROM, 2 (16.7%) in 12 deliveries with typical PROM, and 6 (3.6%) in 166 deliveries with non-PROM. Conclusion: In this real-world study, we find that a systematic screening at pregnancy week 39 was very meaningful in revealing atypical PROM. Moreover, atypical PROM is a major risk factor for neonatal pneumonia. Therefore, an early diagnosis and intervention on atypical PROM could potentially reduce the occurrence of neonatal pneumonia. 展开更多

目的探讨开窍活血汤联合阿替普酶(rt-PA)对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者认知功能及血清N-末端B型脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)水平的影响。方法选取湖南中医药大学第一附属医院2022年1月至12月收治的ACI患者100例,... 目的探讨开窍活血汤联合阿替普酶(rt-PA)对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者认知功能及血清N-末端B型脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)水平的影响。方法选取湖南中医药大学第一附属医院2022年1月至12月收治的ACI患者100例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。两组患者均予rt-PA溶栓治疗联合常规治疗,观察组患者加用开窍活血汤,两组患者均治疗2周。结果观察组总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的82.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的口舌歪斜、半身不遂、言语謇涩、面色皎白、舌质暗淡、脉沉细等中医证候积分均显著降低,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分显著降低,简易智能精神状态评估量表(MMSE)评分显著升高,且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者NT-proBNP和sICAM-1水平均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率为6.00%,显著低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论开窍活血汤联合rt-PA治疗ACI的临床疗效显著,可有效缓解患者的临床症状和体征,改善其神经功能及认知功能,降低血清NT-proBNP和sICAM-1水平,且安全性良好。 展开更多

目的分析不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者血清内皮细胞特异分子-1(ESM-1)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(以下简称冠心病)严重程度的关系及对急性心肌梗死(AMI)发病的预测价值。方法选取2021年1月—2023年6月成... 目的分析不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者血清内皮细胞特异分子-1(ESM-1)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(以下简称冠心病)严重程度的关系及对急性心肌梗死(AMI)发病的预测价值。方法选取2021年1月—2023年6月成都医学院第三附属医院收治的78例UAP患者。采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测ESM-1、sICAM-1水平。采用Gensini评估冠脉狭窄积分,依据患者狭窄积分将其分为轻中度组和重度组,分析不同病情严重程度患者ESM-1、sICAM-1水平。给予吸氧、抗血小板、抗凝、抗心肌缺血等治疗后,随访统计治疗6个月内AMI发生情况,将发生AMI患者纳入发生组,反之为未发生组。分析影响UAP患者发生AMI的因素及其对AMI发病的预测价值。结果重度组ESM-1、sICAM-1水平均高于轻中度组(P<0.05)。发生组Gensini评分、ESM-1、sICAM-1、NYHA分级均高于未发生组(P<0.05),SAQ评分低于未发生组(P<0.05)。多因素逐步Logistic回归分析结果表明,Gensini评分[OR=4.674(95%CI:1.598,13.675)]、SAQ评分[OR=4.802(95%CI:1.641,14.049)]、ESM-1[OR=5.573(95%CI:1.905,16.306)]和sICAM-1[OR=4.411(95%CI:1.508,12.904)]是UAP患者发生AMI的危险因素(P<0.05)。受试者工作特征曲线结果表明,Gensini评分、ESM-1、sICAM-1、SAQ评分及联合预测UAP患者发生AMI的敏感性分别为70.0%(95%CI:0.570,0.830)、75.0%(95%CI:0.621,0.882)、75.0%(95%CI:0.614,0.872)、70.0%(95%CI:0.562,0.841)、90.0%(95%CI:0.862,0.904);特异性分别为72.4%(95%CI:0.584,0.863)、75.7%(95%CI:0.618,0.898)、77.6%(95%CI:0.635,0.910)、67.0%(95%CI:0.548,0.823)、91.4%(95%CI:0.773,0.944)。Gensini评分、ESM-1、sICAM-1、SAQ评分联合预测UAP患者发生AMI的价值较高,曲线下面积>0.9。结论ESM-1、sICAM-1与冠心病严重程度有关,Gensini评分、ESM-1、sICAM-1、SAQ评分联合预测UAP患者发生AMI的效能较好。 展开更多

目的探讨血清血栓素B2(TXB2)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)、正五聚体蛋白3(PTX3)水平变化对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者重组组织型纤溶酶原激活物(rt-PA)静脉溶栓后脑出血转化的影响。方法选取本院收治的82例ACI患者为研究对象,rt-PA静... 目的探讨血清血栓素B2(TXB2)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)、正五聚体蛋白3(PTX3)水平变化对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者重组组织型纤溶酶原激活物(rt-PA)静脉溶栓后脑出血转化的影响。方法选取本院收治的82例ACI患者为研究对象,rt-PA静脉溶栓后24 h行CT检查,依据是否发生脑出血转化将其分为转化组和非转化组。分析溶栓后脑出血转化的相关影响因素及溶栓后12 h血清TXB2、sICAM-1、PTX3对脑出血转化的预测价值。结果82例患者中,20例发生脑出血转化,62例未发生脑出血转化。转化组的溶栓前美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、总胆固醇、纤维蛋白原水平高于非转化组(P<0.05)。溶栓后12、24 h,非转化组的血清TXB2、sICAM-1、PTX3水平低于转化组(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,溶栓前NIHSS评分、TXB2、sICAM-1、PTX3为溶栓后脑出血转化的相关危险因素(P<0.05)。血清TXB2、sICAM-1、PTX3联合预测脑出血转化的曲线下面积(AUC)大于单项预测(P<0.05)。结论溶栓前NIHSS评分及血清TXB2、sICAM-1、PTX3为ACI患者接受rt-PA静脉溶栓后发生脑出血转化的危险因素,而血清TXB-2、sICAM-1、PTX3联合检测对脑出血转化具有较高的预测效能。 展开更多

目的 分析麝香保心丸与替罗非班联用治疗急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)的效果及对血清内凝集蛋白-1(intelectin-1,ITLN-1)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(soluble intercelluar adhesion molecule 1,sICAM-1)水平的影响。方... 目的 分析麝香保心丸与替罗非班联用治疗急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)的效果及对血清内凝集蛋白-1(intelectin-1,ITLN-1)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(soluble intercelluar adhesion molecule 1,sICAM-1)水平的影响。方法 回顾性选取甘肃省第三人民医院于2021年7月—2023年7月收治的90例AMI患者的临床资料,按照不同用药方式分为对照组(n=45)与观察组(n=45),分别采用替罗非班、麝香保心丸联合替罗非班治疗。比较两组疗效,治疗前后血清ITLN-1,sICAM-1水平,心功能[左室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fractions,LVEF)、左室收缩期内径(left ventricular systolic diameter,LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(left ventricular end diastolic diameter,LVEDD)]。结果 观察组治疗总有效率(95.56%)高于对照组(82.22%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.050,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清ITLN-1、sICAM-1、相关心功能指标(LVEF、LVESD、LVEDD)比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组ITLN-1更高,sICAM-1水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗后LVEF高于对照组,LVEDD、LVESD低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 麝香保心丸联合替罗非班治疗AMI疗效显著,联合用药能显著提升ITLN-1水平、降低sICAM-1水平、改善患者心功能。 展开更多

目的探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后冠状动脉(冠脉)无复流的危险因素及对血清内凝集蛋白-1(ITLN-1)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)水平的作用。方法选择2021年1月至2022年12月于平顶山市第一人民医院接受PCI的... 目的探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后冠状动脉(冠脉)无复流的危险因素及对血清内凝集蛋白-1(ITLN-1)、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)水平的作用。方法选择2021年1月至2022年12月于平顶山市第一人民医院接受PCI的100例AMI患者进行研究,根据PCI术后冠脉血流再通情况分为无复流组、正常血流组,比较无复流组和正常血流组血清ITLN-1、sICAM-1水平,并分析急性心肌梗死PCI术后冠脉无复流的危险因素。结果100例患者中,18例患者PCI术后出现无复流,发生率为18.00%;单因素分析显示,无复流组与正常血流组的年龄、吸烟、病变血管支数、Killip分级、症状出现至PCI时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);无复流组血清ITLN-1水平为(121.33±26.67)ng/ml,明显低于正常血流组的(299.53±34.58)ng/ml,sICAM-1水平为(579.03±56.22)ng/L,明显高于正常血流组的(338.23±42.98)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、吸烟、病变血管支数、Killip分级、症状出现至PCI时间、sICAM-1均是影响急性心肌梗死患者PCI术后冠脉无复流的危险因素,血清ITLN-1是保护因素(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死PCI术后冠脉无复流的影响因素较多,包括年龄、吸烟、病变血管支数、Killip分级、症状出现至PCI时间、血清ITLN-1、sICAM-1,应密切关注。 展开更多

目的探讨血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)、急性缺血修饰蛋白(IMA)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)检测对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后发生心肌低灌注的预测价值。方法选取2021年1-12月西安高新医院收治并进行PCI治... 目的探讨血清可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)、急性缺血修饰蛋白(IMA)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)检测对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后发生心肌低灌注的预测价值。方法选取2021年1-12月西安高新医院收治并进行PCI治疗的180例AMI患者作为观察组,按照术后冠状动脉造影检查的血流分级结果分为正常灌注组(n=120)和低灌注组(n=60)。另选取同期在该院体检的健康体检者100例作为对照组。比较血清sICAM-1、IMA、Hcy在各组间的水平,采用受试者工作特征曲线分析血清sICAM-1、IMA、Hcy对AMI患者PCI术后心肌低灌注的预测价值,采用多因素Logistic回归分析AMI患者PCI术后发生心肌低灌注的危险因素。结果观察组血清sICAM-1、IMA、Hcy水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。低灌注组患者血清sICAM-1、IMA、Hcy水平均明显高于正常灌注组(P<0.05)。血清sICAM-1、IMA、Hcy联合检测诊断心肌低灌注的曲线下面积为0.856,灵敏度和特异度可达到80.5%、75.0%,具有较高的诊断价值。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,在校正年龄因素后,血清sICAM-1、IMA、Hcy水平升高是AMI患者PCI术后发生心肌低灌注的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论血清sICAM-1、IMA、Hcy在AMI患者PCI术后心肌低灌注患者中明显升高,是其独立危险因素和预测因子。 展开更多
