But in China, nonpoint source pollution control is still at its early stage, many related programs and policies are absent, researches and practices of controlling NPS pollution are scarce. Projects based on BMPs, which were proved successful in controlling nonpoint source pollution in developed countries, are also increasingly utilized in China's nonpoint source pollution control. Energy optimization management can make fuel cell truck(FCT)power system more efficient,so as to improve vehicle fuel economy.When the structure of power source system and the torque distribution strategy are determin...Energy optimization management can make fuel cell truck(FCT)power system more efficient,so as to improve vehicle fuel economy.When the structure of power source system and the torque distribution strategy are determined,the essence is to find the reasonable distribution of electric power between the fuel cell and other energy sources.The paper simulates the assistance of the intelligent transport system(ITS)and carries out the eco-velocity planning using the traffic signal light.On this basis,in order to further improve the energy efficiency of FCT,a model predictive control(MPC)-based energy source optimization management strategy is innovatively developed,which uses Dijkstra algorithm to achieve the minimization of equivalent hydrogen consumption.Under the scenarios of signalized intersections,based on the planned eco-velocity,the off-line simulation results show that the proposed MPC-based energy source management strategy(ESMS)can reduce hydrogen consumption of fuel cell up to 7%compared with the existing rule-based ESMS.Finally,the Hardware-in-the-Loop(HiL)simulation test is carried out to verify the effectiveness and real-time performance of the proposed MPC-based energy source optimization management strategy for the FCT based on eco-velocity planning with the assistance of traffic light information.展开更多

Many resource and runtime management systems a...In the cloud age, heterogeneous application modes on large-scale infrastructures bring about the chal- lenges on resource utilization and manageability to data cen- ters. Many resource and runtime management systems are developed or evolved to address these challenges and rele- vant problems from different perspectives. This paper tries to identify the main motivations, key concerns, common fea- tures, and representative solutions of such systems through a survey and analysis. A typical kind of these systems is gener- alized as the consolidated cluster system, whose design goal is identified as reducing the overall costs under the quality of service premise. A survey on this kind of systems is given, and the critical issues concerned by such systems are sum- marized as resource consolidation and runtime coordination. These two issues are analyzed and classified according to the design styles and external characteristics abstracted from the surveyed work. Five representative consolidated cluster systems from both academia and industry are illustrated and compared in detail based on the analysis and classifications. We hope this survey and analysis to be conducive to both de- sign implementation and technology selection of this kind of systems, in response to the constantly emerging challenges on infrastructure and application management in data centers.展开更多
