Exploration and Consideration of the Development of Sino-foreign Cooperation of Higher Education——A Comparative Analysis Perspective Based on the Data of Municipal Universities of Wuhan, Hubei Province and China

With the tide of economic globalization and the practice of“One Belt and One Road”Initiative,Sino-foreign cooperation has gradually become one of the effective ways to improve the quality of higher education.This paper based on the statistics and analysis of the data released by the Ministry of Education’s foreign-related supervision information platform,combining with the actual investigation and research on the situation of Sino-foreign cooperation of higher education in municipal universities of Wuhan,has found that the Sino-foreign cooperation programs commonly have problems of non-standardized enrollment of students,insufficient quality of teachers and teaching qualities,and lack of core competitiveness.Therefore,it is essential to upgrade the level of foreign cooperative institutions and the standards of students’recruitment,optimize the curriculum,pay attention to the public welfare of education,improve the teaching model,improve the level of teachers,so as to truly realize the original intention of Sino-foreign cooperation in municipal universities of Wuhan.

China-Arab Higher Education Cooperation:History and Current Situation

Education cooperation is an important channel to open up multi-cooperation among the world,an inevitable product of information development,and strong support for the operation of globalization.The cooperation between China and Arab countries began with trade contact and became firmly established with the promotion of bilateral education cooperation.The ancient Silk Road had laid a solid foundation for the friendship between China and Arab nations.The“Belt and Road”Initiative proposed in the new era has strengthened mutual understanding and recognition.As one of the important parts of the education system,higher education plays a leading role in the globalization of education,and also the most important embodiment of China-Arab education cooperation.This paper will review China-Arab higher education cooperation from the historical level and current situation,to analyze the existing problems and its future development trend.

A Study on English Reading Teaching With Cooperative Learning By Means of Task-Based Teaching in Higher Vocational Education

Higher Vocational Education(HVE) is an important component of higher education in our country.The English Curriculum Standard of HVE considers promoting the students' reading comprehension as one of the most important goals in English teaching.Task-based CL emphasizes the importance of education as a vehicle for teaching citizens to live cooperatively in a social democracy and teachers are not the only sources of knowledge and students should be able to help each other and learn in an interdependent way.The heart of cooperative learning is student-centered.Therefore,task-based CL can overcome the shortcomings in traditional teaching models,and the goal of improving reading comprehension can be achieved for the teachers of reading by realizing the mental process of reading comprehension and how prior knowledge can enhance a reader's interaction with the text through CL.This thesis consists of five parts.Part one,two and three briefly introduces the background and significance of the study,definitions and models of cooperative learning and reading comprehension.Part four and five are the key sections of the thesis,which introduces the hypotheses,subjects,instrument,procedure of the study and the analysis of the results of the study.Part five draws the conclusion of the study.

Constructing Calligraphy Subject System and Conception of Cooperative Cultivation Mechanism of“Calligraphy+”from the Contradictory Position of Higher Calligraphy Education

The lag of discipline system has always been the“fault”of higher calligraphy education.Therefore,this paper takes the various contradictions in the development of higher calligraphy education as the standpoint to observe the calligraphy discipline.Based on this,it tries to build a corresponding discipline system,transform the contradiction into favorable conditions,and on the basis of the construction of the discipline system,aiming at calligraphy for the realization of modernization services,get more extensive The concept of“calligraphy plus”collaborative training mechanism is put forward to meet the practical needs of society.

Discussion on Cooperative Learning of TourismEnglish in Higher Vocational Colleges

我国与“一带一路”沿线国家高等教育高质量合作的多元路径

高等教育合作是“一带一路”倡议的重要内容与途径,探究我国与“一带一路”沿线国家高等教育高质量合作的差异化合作路径和作用机制,总结成功经验,对推动共建“一带一路”高质量发展具有重大意义。基于TOE框架,对34个“一带一路”教育国际交流优秀案例进行定性比较分析发现,学科资源相对优势是实现“一带一路”高等教育高质量合作的必要条件。“一带一路”高等教育高质量合作路径共有三种,分别是学科资源嵌入人文交流的民心相通型、学科资源赋能需求满足的共同发展型、学科资源支撑民主会商的话语体系建构型。在“一带一路”倡议提出十周年之际的新历史起点,我国高等教育对外合作应整合优质学科资源,创新交流机制,持之以恒地开展有深度的人文交流;须统筹发挥教育资源优势,务实满足沿线国家需求,实现共同发展;可借助教育多边平台,将学科优势转化为影响力,提升中国高等教育的国际话语权。

“省域”高职教育高质量发展:理论逻辑、现实挑战与发展策略

“省域”高职教育高质量发展是我国高职教育高质量发展的基石,应成为未来我国高职教育高质量发展战略推进的重点。省级政府教育统筹权的加强以及以“举办者”投入为主的高职教育经费筹措机制的贯彻落实,是以“省域”为重点推进高职教育高质量发展的理论逻辑基础。当前我国高职教育面临诸多新挑战:在“省域”高职教育院校数量等若干发展指标上,省际之间差异较大,凸显了省际之间发展的不均衡;在“省域”一般公共预算教育经费投入及生均经费上,省际之间存在较大差异。由此,推进我国“省域”高职教育高质量发展的策略是:以国家层面上的区域经济合作重大战略为基础来推进高职教育区域合作,形成高职教育区域合作新格局;建立“省域”高职教育高质量发展协调机制,加大经费投入与政策创新,以实现“省域”内高职教育的协同发展。

“在地国际化”视域下高等职业教育中外合作办学质量认证体系研究

“在地国际化”是突破高校师生跨境流动的传统观念,在本土创设国际化学习环境、教学资源和育人机制的教育模式。中外合作办学是高等职业教育“在地国际化”的载体与表现形式。在“在地国际化”视域下,中外合作办学存在理念更迭滞缓、认证系统与评价体系未协同、缺乏国际通行认证指标体系等问题,高等职业教育中外合作办学质量认证体系的建构将满足面向全球,培养国际化人才质量保障需求。依据“输入-环境-输出”理论模型,高等职业教育中外合作办学“在地”发展质量认证体系的构建与应用旨在凸显夯实高等职业教育国际化人才培养质量观、实现国际化高技能人才在地培养的实质等效和增强“在地”培养国际化技术技能型人才实力的应用价值。

城乡规划高等教育合作对推动“一带一路”民心相通具有重要意义,但国内目前对“一带一路”沿线国家城乡规划高等教育的发展及对华合作情况的研究较少。本文收集并梳理了“一带一路”沿线65个国家260所高校所开设的城乡规划及相关专业在师资队伍、课程设置、国际合作等方面的信息,初步总结出“一带一路”沿线国家城乡规划高等教育具有整体水平不高、发展差异显著、产学研用分离、西方色彩浓重四大特征。随后,重点介绍了非洲、东南亚和南亚、中东西亚和中亚等地区代表性高校的城乡规划专业及对华合作情况。最后,从夯实研究基础、平衡区域合作、丰富合作类型、建立合作机制、突出合作重点五个方面提出加强与“一带一路”沿线国家城乡规划高等教育合作的建议。

加强中国-中亚国家高等教育合作是打造中国-中亚命运共同体的重要支柱。“一带一路”倡议提出十年以来,中国-中亚国家高等教育合作稳步发展,在语言与文化交流、留学生结构优化、校际联合培养、多样化交流平台搭建等方面成果显著。同时,受制于复杂的历史、人文环境和区域内外不和谐因素的干扰,深化高等教育合作在机制保障、师生交流、合作办学、人才培养等方面存在诸多问题。未来立足高质量共建“一带一路”,中国与中亚国家应具有高阶思维,统筹多元主体,完善高等教育合作机制保障;发挥各自比较优势,保障留学生双向互动;探索合作办学新模式,推动合作项目走深走实;服务市场发展需要,加大高层次复合型人才培养力度,助力中国-中亚国家高等教育合作实现共赢。

高等教育中外合作办学对我国进出口贸易促进效应的实证研究

基于2002—2021年省级面板数据,实证探究高等教育中外合作办学对我国进出口贸易的影响效应、异质性特征及空间效应。结果显示:高等教育中外合作办学能够显著地促进我国进出口贸易的发展,在人力资本水平较低、政府对高等教育重视程度较低的地区,其促进效应更明显;本科生和研究生教育阶段的中外合作办学对进出口贸易的影响存在差异;高等教育中外合作办学项目对进出口贸易存在显著的正向空间溢出效应。鉴于此,应重视高等教育中外合作办学“促外贸”的经济作用和战略意义,有序扩大办学规模,立足区域差异,因地制宜地出台发展策略,并进一步加强区域合作,打造中外合作办学与对外贸易的协同发展新格局。
