Hubei Association Standardization Development Alliance set up

To implement the National Standardization Development Outline and Hubei’s relevant supporting policies,the launching ceremony of Hubei Association Standardization Development Alliance was held in Wuhan,Hubei province on June 28,which was hosted by Hubei Institute of Standardization and Quality,and jointly held by Optics Valley of China and Hubei Optics Valley Standard Innovate Technology Co.,Ltd.The alliance was initiated by 94 units in Hubei,including research institutions,enterprises,industrial associations,and universities.The ceremony was attended by Yu Xinli,President of China Association for Standardization,Pan Niansong,Director-General of Hubei Medical Products Administration,Xu Qinxiang,Head of Standardization Division of Hubei Administration for Market Regulation,and representatives from members of the alliance.

Inheritance,Innovation and High-quality Development of Herbaceous Edible Oils in Hubei Province under the Strategy of Strengthening the Country with Intellectual Property

Only by improving the production capacity of domestic herbal edible oil can China ensure the safety of the supply chain of the important industrial chain of vegetable edible oil in China and practice the big food concept.In addition to rice,maize,and soybean for using as grain and oil,there are eight kinds of herbaceous edible oil crops in Hubei Province,including rape,peanut,sesame,sunflower,perilla(perilla seed),cotton,linen and tiger nut(Cyperus esculentus).This paper studies the main industries of herbaceous edible oil crops and their intellectual property resources in Hubei Province,and analyzes the main problems of its inheritance,innovation and high-quality development under the strategy of strengthening the country with intellectual property.Finally,it proposes the countermeasures of carrying forward and inheriting traditional knowledge and traditional culture,maintaining the biodiversity of crops,strengthening the creation of new plant varieties and breeding patents,and opening up the whole chain of intellectual property rights.

Intellectual Property Protection,Inheritance,Innovation and Development of Woody Edible Oilseeds in Hubei Province

Only by developing woody edible oilseeds industry can we ensure the safety of the important industrial chain and supply chain of vegetable edible oil in China.There are 13 kinds of woody edible oil plants in Hubei,including Camellia oleifera Abel(oil tea),Juglans regia L.(walnut),Olea europaea L.(olive)and Paeonia suffruticosa(oil peony).This paper studies the main industries of woody edible oilseeds in Hubei Province and their intellectual property resources,and analyzes the main problems in their intellectual property protection,inheritance,innovation and development.Finally,it proposes some strategies,including carrying forward the traditional knowledge related to woody edible oilseeds,innovating the"agricultural chip",creating key counties of national woody edible oil seeds,and developing industrial clusters with national advantages and characteristics.

National Protection Zone for Rapeseed Production and Industrial Cluster of Rape in Hubei Province

Hubei Province is the main winter rapeseed producing area in China,and has the national advantage and characteristic industrial cluster of rape.The protection zone for the production of important agricultural products of rapeseed in Hubei Province also ranks first as that in Hunan Province.This paper studied the winter rape industry,the important agricultural product production protection zone of rapeseed,the provincial double-low high-quality rape protection zone and the industrial cluster of rape in Jianghan Plain in Hubei Province,and analyzed the main problems existing in the development of rapeseed production protection zone and industrial cluster of rape.Finally,it came up with strategies including promoting national rape varieties,overcoming the problem of rape"agricultural chip",promoting the"rice+rape"rotation model,and strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights of brand marks.

Moderating Mechanism in the Relationship between Social Isolation and Mental Health among College Students during High-Risk Period of COVID-19 Transmission in Hubei, China

This study explored the effect of perceived social isolation on the mental health of college students during the high-risk period of COVID-19 transmission in Hubei,China and the role of social support from online friends in alleviating this effect.The questionnaire responses of 213 college students from four universities in Hubei were included.Measurement and structural models were constructed using structural equation modeling.The findings revealed that perceived social isolation while under home quarantine was a negative predictor of the mental health of college students in Hubei.Low social support from online friends may lead to a relatively strong relationship between perceived social isolation and mental health in these college students,whereas high social support from online friends may lead to a relatively weak relationship between perceived social isolation and mental health.

Research on Inheritance and Innovation of Children's Folk Sports Culture in the Junction Area Between Chongqing and Hubei

This paper examines the current status and development dilemma of the children’s folk sports culture in the junction area between Chongqing and Hubei with reference to relevant literature.After the literature review and summary,the study finds there are several factors restricting the inheritance and development of the children’s folk sports culture in the area,including insufficiency of theoretical analysis,weak public support in cities,blind imitation of modern sports culture,and absence of policy support.To address the above problems,we put forward several suggestions to promote the inheritance and development of children’s folk sports game culture.First,we should focus on the theoretical research and cultural dissemination of children’s folk sports culture.Second,we should improve the basic rules of children’s folk sports games.Third,importance should be attached to government support in developing children’s folk sports game culture.Fourth,we should ensure the continuation and inheritance of children’s folk sports culture via school activities.Finally,we should carry forward children’s folk sports culture and explore ways to develop excellent cultural tourism.

The Economic Factors of Utilizing the Salt of Sichuan to Purvey Chu and the War of Aid to Hubei

The background of this article takes place after modern China.It is an essential change in the history of the Chinese salt industry that Sichuan salt supplies to Hubei.Sichuan salt jumped out of the original sales range,sold in Hubei.Since then,Hubei has become the most essential selling place of Sichuan salt,which continues to affect the economy of Sichuan.The War of Aid to Hubei was an inter-regional war in the warlord era.In order to realize“Local governance of Hubei”,the exploiting warlord Wang Zhanyuan was expelled.Sichuan chose to send troops,which economic factors are significant.Mainly,the Sichuan salt played a crucial role in it.Through the study of this problem,we can see that the economic factors in modern times occupy an essential position in the competition of warlords and promote the progress of history.

鄂东大别山区野生豆科牧草资源调查与评价

为开发利用野生豆科牧草资源,2017-2021年对分布于鄂东大别山区的野生豆科牧草资源现状、属种、植物区系、生活型及饲用价值进行了调查统计与分析。结果表明:鄂东大别山区豆科牧草资源分属于34属77种,以少种属和单种属为主体,占资源总数的91%。资源中包括6个中国特有种,2个中国珍稀濒危种,23个栽培牧草野生种及野生近缘种。区系地理成分以温带和热带为主要分布型,分别占总属种的47%和38%。生活型以多年生草本和灌木为主,占资源总数的70%。资源中饲用品质优良的占79%,其余均在中等以上。

湖北蕲春烈马咀花岗岩成因及与钼成矿的关系

湖北蕲春烈马咀钼矿位于大别山南坡,已探明的大型钼矿鲜有报道,对该矿区的深入研究甚少,缺少对成岩成矿时代、成因和构造背景的准确厘定。对烈马咀钼矿及与成矿有关的花岗岩进行了岩相学、岩石地球化学研究和Re−Os同位素测年。结果表明:与成矿有关的岩石为斑状二长花岗岩或二长花岗斑岩,矿区成矿规模小,矿石为浸染状或细脉浸染状展布;辉钼矿等时线年龄为119±8 Ma,年龄加权平均值为118.9±0.98 Ma,指示烈马咀钼矿为早白垩世热液产物;岩石地球化学数据表明其为高硅、高钾钙碱性系列A型花岗岩;稀土元素的总含量高,轻稀土元素含量相对富集,重稀土元素含量相对亏损。烈马咀钼矿区与成矿有关的岩石形成于大别造山带伸展环境,与燕山晚期岩石圈减薄有关。

湖北宜昌磷矿伴生稀土元素分布规律、赋存状态及其开发利用前景分析

【研究目的】湖北省宜昌磷矿中伴生有稀土元素,研究其分布规律及赋存状态,对稀土元素的回收利用具有重要意义,其作为伴生矿产的综合利用将成为未来稀土矿的重要来源。【研究方法】本文以含稀土磷块岩为主要研究对象,在系统取样的基础上,开展岩矿鉴定、全岩地球化学分析、XRD衍射分析、SEM观察、LA-ICP-MS测试等工作。【研究结果】磷块岩中稀土元素总量ΣREE+Y为63.5×10^(-6)~271.8×10^(-6),不同层位或不同岩性的磷块岩中稀土元素含量有所差异。【结论】稀土元素含量受岩性控制明显,由白云岩→白云质磷块岩→致密块状磷矿石→泥质条带磷块岩→泥岩,含量逐渐升高。微量元素反映出宜昌磷矿的古气候以干热为主,西北部略表现出温暖湿润特点;Ce异常、V/Ni和Y/Ho比值反映海水中EH条件从底部到顶部,即从Ph22成磷期到Ph13成磷期,形成水体环境逐渐氧化。宜昌磷矿中稀土元素总量整体较低,且泥岩较磷块岩中含量高,表明吸附态稀土较类质同象稀土含量高。宜昌伴生稀土磷矿资源丰富,利用合理的技术对稀土元素进行综合回收,对宜昌磷矿资源的合理利用和经济发展有重要意义。

鄂西鹤峰埃迪卡拉系灯影组叠层石及其生态环境讨论

【研究目的】扬子区鄂中台地埃迪卡拉系灯影组赋存丰富的叠层石,但尚未有报道对其进行系统描述。通过识别台地西南端鹤峰白果坪剖面灯影组中的叠层石种类、分析沉积环境,阐述古环境对叠层石形态分布的控制,为后续开展鄂中台地埃迪卡拉纪的叠层石研究提供参考。【研究方法】通过剖面测量和镜下观察,于白果坪灯影组白云岩中识别出平直纹层、Stratifera层状、微波状纹层三种层状叠层石和一种Baicalia柱状叠层石。【研究结果】研究认为上述的叠层石类型分别对应周期性暴露(前两种类型)、潟湖(微波状)和潮间带—潮下带上部(柱状)的生态位。对比与白果坪剖面灯影组同期叠层石的形态及分布规律,可知形成叠层石的微生物群落强烈受控于古水深等环境条件。层状叠层石生态区间宽,柱状及其他形态叠层石仅见于局限地区,多样性较低。【结论】扬子区碳酸盐岩台地长期稳定的大范围潮坪环境造成的广泛分布浅水生态位和局限分布较深水生态位,是导致灯影组沉积期叠层石多样性低的主要原因。

湖北云梦县郑家湖墓地M274葬具木材研究

云梦郑家湖C区墓葬均为战国晚期至西汉初的秦文化中小型饱水墓葬。其中M274一棺一椁制且规模较小,从形制规模和随葬品来看,墓主人应当为一名下层吏士。本文作者从M274的棺、椁上分别取样9份,除去一份腐烂严重无法鉴定,其余8份鉴定结果均为紫葳科梓属(Catalpa sp.)。综合文献记载和考古发现,我们认为春秋战国时期,人们已经开始应用梓木,且梓木是楚地乡土树种,就地取材作为棺椁很合理,但当时梓木葬具还不是高等贵族的专属。西汉及以后,梓木葬具与社会等级之间的关系得到强调。

基于承载力—内生力—潜力的湖北省乡镇分类及规划策略研究

因地施策是乡镇级国土空间规划的要求,也是乡镇高质量发展的必然选择。以湖北省为例,以乡镇为基本单元,基于承载力—内生力—潜力分析乡镇发展情况,从区位条件、自然资源、社会经济、设施配套、地方特色5个维度34项指标构建乡镇分类指标体系,利用主客观叠加组合分析法赋值,通过自然间断点分级法进行乡镇发展类型划分。根据乡镇的综合优势和特色优势,将其分为“五型四类”,即城郊服务类、重点发展类、优化提升类、保留改善类以及生态资源型、旅游带动型、现代农业型、工业主导型、均衡发展型,并对各类乡镇的发展特点和空间格局进行对比分析。最后,针对综合分类和特色分类形成组合分类,提出相应的规划策略,为乡镇的分类评价和发展规划提供科学依据。

基于地貌分区的湖北省粮食生产格局与耕地资源匹配关系研究

【目的】研究不同地貌区粮食生产格局与区域耕地资源的匹配关系,为粮食生产布局和耕地资源保护提供决策依据。【方法】采用集中度、变异系数、重心模型、匹配度和LMDI模型等研究湖北省1990—2020年不同地貌区粮食生产格局变化与耕地资源的匹配关系。【结果】1990—2020年鄂西山地、鄂中岗地、鄂东丘陵、江汉平原粮食产量占湖北省粮食总产量的比重逐步调整为11.2%、30.6%、26.2%、32.0%。近30年湖北省各地貌区粮食作物生产集中度及变化趋势存在显著差异,粮食生产向鄂中岗地集中的趋势明显,以小麦和玉米为主,大豆生产则向江汉平原集中。湖北省粮食播种面积重心和粮食产量重心向西北方向移动了5.37和14.63 km,但鄂中岗地粮食生产重心向东北方向移动,江汉平原和鄂西山地则向西南移动。近30年来,鄂西山地、鄂中岗地、鄂东丘陵、江汉平原粮食生产与耕地资源重心的平均空间距离为6.20、3.35、10.57、6.82 km,变动一致性平均指数分别为0.49、0.44、0.40、0.27。湖北省粮食生产与耕地资源的基尼系数均大于0.5,且有增加趋势,鄂西山地和江汉平原不平衡指数为正,鄂中岗地与鄂东丘陵不平衡指数为负。近30年各地貌区粮食产量变化的耕地数量效应与结构效应为负,耕地集约效应和质量效应为正,其中耕地种植结构变化对鄂东丘陵粮食生产的减量作用达到309.70万t,而复种指数变化对鄂中岗地粮食生产的增量作用达到300.46万t。【结论】近30年湖北省各地貌区耕地质量效应和耕地结构效应的增量作用正在减弱,数量效应的减量作用在增强,湖北省面临优质耕地减少的种植风险和粮食种植结构调整带来的产量风险。湖北省粮食生产与耕地资源长期处于不匹配状态,且表现出明显的区域地理特征。粮食生产空间布局和种植结构调整应充分考虑不同地貌区自然地理和耕地资源禀赋特征,推动粮食生产与耕地利用协调发展。

湖北省文化产业效率评价与驱动因素分析——基于DEA方法与Tobit模型的实证研究

文化产业效率是衡量地区文化高质量发展的重要指标.该文基于2014—2021年湖北省文化产业的面板数据,运用DEA方法评价全省及各市州的文化产业效率情况,测算这一效率的演进情况,并采用Tobit回归模型分析湖北省文化产业效率的驱动因素.研究发现:湖北省文化产业效率值呈现规模效率高、纯技术效率低进而导致综合效率不足的局面.从地区分异情况分析,武汉城市圈各城市文化产业效率值较高.从动态演进情况分析,湖北省文化产业效率及其分解效率都呈现先降后升的趋势,技术进步指数在多数年份都保持正向增长,但对综合效率的促进作用不足.在驱动因素方面,市场需求、科技创新水平、信息化水平对湖北省文化产业效率产生显著正向影响,建议加强对文化产业领域的投资与引导,巩固科技水平和经济水平的支撑作用,促进地区文化产业效率提高.

湖北省农业科技成果转化现状与对策

加快农业科技成果转化有利于提高农业质量效益和竞争力,有利于加快农业农村现代化。文章阐述了湖北省农业科技成果转化现状,系统分析了农业科技成果转化存在的主要问题,提出了强化资金投入、强化需求导向、强化企业培育、强化服务机构和人才队伍建设等加强农业科技成果转化的建议,以期为提升湖北省农业科技成果转化工作效能提供参考。
