We present the results of optical spectral analysis of a sample of 155 bright X ray selected ROSAT Seyfert 1 type AGN. We measured emission line properties by performing multi component fits to the emission line profiles, covering the effect of blended iron emission. We also obtained continuum parameters, including 250eV X ray luminosities derived from the ROSAT database. The measured properties are gathered for correlation analysis. Strong correlations between Hβ redshift, flux ratios of Fe Ⅱ to Hβ broad component and to Hβ narrow component are found. The observed trends are most likely driven by the Eddington ratio. 展开更多

大型薄膜型LNG船疲劳强度分析

以某17.5×10^(4)m^(3)LNG船的结构设计为例,采用谱分析法对全船典型结构进行疲劳强度分析。针对LNG船的满载和压载2种常用航行载况,分别建立全船有限元模型和水动力模型。利用三维水动力软件计算在多个浪向、波浪频率的规则波上的... 以某17.5×10^(4)m^(3)LNG船的结构设计为例,采用谱分析法对全船典型结构进行疲劳强度分析。针对LNG船的满载和压载2种常用航行载况,分别建立全船有限元模型和水动力模型。利用三维水动力软件计算在多个浪向、波浪频率的规则波上的波浪载荷,进一步求得结构的应力传递函数。根据Miner线性累计损伤理论,选用北大西洋波浪散布图和适当的S-N曲线,计算结构的疲劳损伤。除了计算波浪诱导的高周疲劳损伤,还通过简化算法计算装货/卸货诱导的低周疲劳损伤。评估结果表明,部分结构可以通过适当增加结构尺寸和优化结构型式以满足NA40年的设计要求,但也有少量位置需要打磨。基于实船的设计过程,通过和船东、船级社紧密沟通,对建造需求和规范条文有较深入的理解,对大型LNG船设计有较高的参考价值。 展开更多

“双碳”背景下的新型电力系统可再生能源接入比例持续增大,火电装机保留量将逐步降低,源荷平衡将由抽水蓄能、电化学储能等多类型储能配合火电共同完成。该文提出在已知目标年新能源装机与负荷容量下对火电与多类型储能容量需求的评估... “双碳”背景下的新型电力系统可再生能源接入比例持续增大,火电装机保留量将逐步降低,源荷平衡将由抽水蓄能、电化学储能等多类型储能配合火电共同完成。该文提出在已知目标年新能源装机与负荷容量下对火电与多类型储能容量需求的评估方法。首先对净负荷时间序列做离散傅里叶变换(discrete Fourier transform,DFT),将所得频谱进行聚类,并引入连续变量分布系数将单一频率分量能同时分配给火电机组、抽水储能和电池储能,从而进行傅里叶反变换得到时域调度曲线,评估或优化火电和多类型储能容量。该文所提容量匹配优化的目标函数是凸函数,由于采用了连续变量分布系数,约束条件是线性等式和不等式,整个问题可以转化为线性规划求解,克服了基于截止频率法难以充分利用火电灵活性的局限性和计算模型的非凸性。参考西北电网数据构建场景并进行算例分析,验证了所提模型能够充分利用火电调节潜力,协调火-储联合运行。比较不同风光比例下和不同新能源接入规模的匹配结果,表明适当的风光比和接入规模有助于降低总体投资成本。 展开更多

重大件货物海上运输的惯性加速度理论计算与规范修正

在船上载运重大件货物时,需充分考虑船舶可能遭受的最严重的气象条件和最恶劣的海浪状况。通过建立样本船型数据库,采用区域分割法和谱分析法求解得到规则波中不同浪向角和不同航速下的频率响应函数、不规则波中不同海况下的垂向、横向... 在船上载运重大件货物时,需充分考虑船舶可能遭受的最严重的气象条件和最恶劣的海浪状况。通过建立样本船型数据库,采用区域分割法和谱分析法求解得到规则波中不同浪向角和不同航速下的频率响应函数、不规则波中不同海况下的垂向、横向和纵向加速度有义值;通过多元线性回归方法对垂向、横向和纵向加速度进行回归分析,同时利用逐步线性回归方法将惯性加速度经验修正公式中的纵摇、横摇运动简化为船舶基本参数和环境参数的表达式,从而拓宽了IMO CSS规则的使用范围。在系统梳理规范的基础上提出惯性加速度规范修正公式,该公式考虑了不同海况与船舶参数的综合影响,与经验公式相比,更灵活准确。该研究可为重大件货物海上运输系固校核提供参考。 展开更多

乳腺X线摄影背景实质强化水平与乳腺癌不同分子分型及临床因素的相关性分析

目的:探讨对比增强能谱乳腺X线摄影(CESM)检查背景实质强化(background parenchymal enhancement,BPE)水平与乳腺癌不同分子分型间及常见预后相关标志物的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2019年06月至2022年10月我院经术后病理及免疫组化确诊... 目的:探讨对比增强能谱乳腺X线摄影(CESM)检查背景实质强化(background parenchymal enhancement,BPE)水平与乳腺癌不同分子分型间及常见预后相关标志物的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2019年06月至2022年10月我院经术后病理及免疫组化确诊的乳腺癌61例,术前均行CESM检查。将健侧乳腺CESM低能图BPE强化的范围分为四类:极少、轻度、中度、重度,统计分析分为两组:BPE极少和轻度为低BPE组,BPE中度和重度为高BPE组。BPE强化的强度分为对称和非对称。采用Spearman相关性检验分析BPE强化的范围和强度与患者临床特征(年龄、初潮年龄、绝经状态)的相关性;采用单因素方差分析比较BPE强化的范围和强度与淋巴结转移、乳腺癌家族史、纤维腺体含量、TNM期、免疫组化标记物、分子分型间的差异。结果:61例乳腺癌患者中,病理分型:浸润性乳腺癌为47例(77.05%),导管原位癌为10例(16.39%),乳头状恶性肿瘤为2例(3.28%),小叶原位癌为2例(3.28%)。分子分型:Luminal A型15例(24.59%),Luminal B型27例(44.26%),Her-2过表达型12例(19.67%),TNBC 7例(11.48%)。BPE强度的范围:低BPE组34例(55.74%)、高BPE组27例(44.26%)。临床特征分析:BPE强度的范围与患者年龄、绝经状态呈负相关(r=-0.378、-0.353,P=0.003、0.005),卡方检验显示BPE强化的范围与患者年龄、绝经状态差异均具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.669、7.592,P=0.008、0.006)。BPE强化的范围和强度与初潮年龄间不存在相关性(P>0.05),BPE强化的范围和强度与淋巴结转移、乳腺癌家族史、组织学分类、TNM期、免疫组化标记物、分子分型间差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论:CESM检查中,BPE强化的范围与患者年龄、绝经与否具有相关性,BPE水平与乳腺癌分子分型间差异无统计学意义。 展开更多

为了提高罐式断路器绝缘状态监测水平,保障设备可靠运行,提出了现场加装内置式特高频局部放电传感器实施方法。首先,通过加装位置选择、传感器选型、密封结构设计、电场仿真计算和安装环境控制,实现内置式特高频局部放电传感器的现场安... 为了提高罐式断路器绝缘状态监测水平,保障设备可靠运行,提出了现场加装内置式特高频局部放电传感器实施方法。首先,通过加装位置选择、传感器选型、密封结构设计、电场仿真计算和安装环境控制,实现内置式特高频局部放电传感器的现场安装;其次,通过密封试验检查加装位置的密封性能;最后,利用真型测试检验传感器的安装效果。结果表明:加装特高频传感器以后,罐式断路器内手孔表面和耦合电极的最大场强为12.45 kV/mm,屏蔽罩的最大场强为18.51 kV/mm,均小于设计许用值;密封结构包扎5 h后定量检漏SF6气体体积分数为8μL/L,小于标准要求值15μL/L;传感器灵敏度满足检测需要,且对外界干扰信号具有一定的抑制作用。运罐式断路器在加装内置式特高频局部放电传感器以后,其绝缘性能、密封性能和检测灵敏度均满足设计要求。研究结果为解决特高频局部放电现场检测提供了一种较为实用高效的方法。 展开更多

Fourier-transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy has emerged as a viable alternative to biochemical and molecular biology techniques for bacterial typing with advantages such as short analysis time, low cost and laboratorial simplicity. In this study, synchrotron radiationbased FTIR(SR-FTIR) spectroscopy with higher spectral quality was successfully applied to type 16 foodborne pathogenic bacterial strains. Combined with principal component analysis(PCA) and hierarchical cluster analysis(HCA), we found that the specific spectral region1300-1000 cm^(-1), which reflects the information of phosphate compounds and polysaccharides, can be used as the signature region to cluster the strains into groups similar with genetic taxonomic method. These findings demonstrated that FTIR spectra combined with HCA have a great potential in quickly typing bacteria depending on their biochemical signatures. 展开更多

The physical and chemical heterogeneities of soils make the soil spectral different and complicated, and it is valuable to increase the accuracy of prediction models for soil organic matter(SOM) based on pre-classification. This experiment was conducted under a controllable environment, and different soil samples from northeast of China were measured using ASD2500 hyperspectral instrument. The results showed that there are different reflectances in different soil types. There are statistically significant correlation between SOM and reflectence at 0.05 and 0.01 levels in 550–850 nm, and all soil types get significant at 0.01 level in 650–750 nm. The results indicated that soil types of the northeast can be divided into three categories: The first category shows relatively flat and low reflectance in the entire band; the second shows that the spectral reflectance curve raises fastest in 460–610 nm band, the sharp increase in the slope, but uneven slope changes; the third category slowly uplifts in the visible band, and its slope in the visible band is obviously higher than the first category. Except for the classification by curve shapes of reflectance, principal component analysis is one more effective method to classify soil types. The first principal component includes 62.13–97.19% of spectral information and it mainly relates to the information in 560–600, 630–690 and 690–760 nm. The second mainly represents spectral information in 1 640–1 740, 2 050–2 120 and 2 200–2 300 nm. The samples with high OM are often in the left, and the others with low OM are in the right of the scatter plot(the first principal component is the horizontal axis and the second is the longitudinal axis). Soil types in northeast of China can be classified effectively by those two principles; it is also a valuable reference to other soil in other areas. 展开更多

A Solely Radiance-based Spectral Angular Distribution Model and Its Application in Deriving Clear-Sky Spectral Fluxes over Tropical Oceans

The radiation budget at the top of the atmosphere plays a critical role in climate research. Compared to the broadband flux, the spectrally resolved outgoing longwave radiation or flux (OLR), with rich atmospheric information in different bands, has obvious advantages in the evaluation of GCMs. Unlike methods that need auxiliary measurements and information, here we take atmospheric infrared sounder (AIRS) observations as an example to build a self-consistent algorithm by an angular distribution model (ADM), based solely on radiance observations, to estimate clear-sky spectrally resolved fluxes over tropical oceans. As the key step for such an ADM, scene type estimations are obtained from radiance and brightness temperature in selected AIRS channels. Then, broadband OLR as well as synthetic spectral fluxes are derived by the spectral ADM and validated using both synthetic spectra and CERES (Clouds and the Earth's Radiant Energy System) observations. In most situations, the mean OLR differences between the spectral ADM products and the CERES observations are within -4-2 W m-2, which is less than 1% of the typical mean clear-sky OLR over tropical oceans. The whole algorithm described in this study can be easily extended to other similar hyperspectral radiance measurements. 展开更多

双层探测器光谱CT多参数成像在不同病理类型肺癌中的应用 被引量:1

目的探究双层探测器光谱CT(dual-layer spectral detector CT,DSCT)定量参数对肺癌不同病理类型的诊断评估。方法回顾性分析2021年8月至2022年11月总计88例肺癌患者在我院DSCT进行胸部双期增强扫描的病例,根据病理结果分为肺腺癌组(n=42... 目的探究双层探测器光谱CT(dual-layer spectral detector CT,DSCT)定量参数对肺癌不同病理类型的诊断评估。方法回顾性分析2021年8月至2022年11月总计88例肺癌患者在我院DSCT进行胸部双期增强扫描的病例,根据病理结果分为肺腺癌组(n=42)、鳞癌组(n=30)及小细胞肺癌组(n=16)。对三组动脉期和静脉期碘浓度(iodine concentration,IC)、标准化碘浓度(normalized iodine concentration,NIC)、有效原子序数(Z-effective,Zeff)、能谱曲线斜率(K40~100keV)及40~100keV(间隔10keV)的单能量CT值进行测量、计算和分析。运用统计学方法:单因素方差分析对数据进行分析。绘制受试者工作特征曲线(receiver operator characteristic curve,ROC),计算曲线下面积(area under the cure,AUC)分析光谱CT各参数鉴别诊断肺腺癌与非肺腺癌、非小细胞肺癌与小细胞肺癌的效能并计算灵敏度、特异度、约登指数。结果静脉期肺腺癌IC、NIC、Zeff、K40~100keV及CT40keV高于鳞癌和小细胞肺癌;静脉期肺腺癌CT50keV、CT60keV高于小细胞肺癌;动脉期肺腺癌NIC高于小细胞肺癌,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。绘制ROC,静脉期K40~100keV诊断肺腺癌与非肺腺癌的AUC最大值为0.815,诊断阈值、灵敏度和特异度分别为1.505、92.9%和65.2%。静脉期K40~100keV诊断非小细胞肺癌与小细胞肺癌的AUC最大值为0.768,诊断阈值、灵敏度和特异度分别为1.418、76.4%和75.0%。结论双层探测器光谱CT定量参数在评估肺癌病理类型中具有一定参考价值。 展开更多
