The Impact of Sports Games on the Psychological Health of Middle School Students

This study conducted a 16-week comparative experiment with 160 students from Jinan No.5 Middle School in Shandong Province as the experimental subjects.During the implementation of the experiment,the subjects were divided into two groups:an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group was subjected to physical exercise interventions using sports game teaching methods during physical education class,while the control group followed traditional physical education teaching methods.The results showed that the psychological health status of the students in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group after the experiment.The application of sports games helps to improve the psychological health of middle school students in the course of physical education,promoting a positive and forward direction in student psychology and is an effective means to enhance the psychological health level of middle school students.

Qualitative Exploration and Correction Strategies of the Criminal Psychological Mechanism of the Burglars

In order to explore the criminal psychological mechanism of burglars,this study adopts the qualitative research method of grounded theory to conduct in-depth interviews with 41 burglars in two prisons in Jiangxi Province,China.Nvivo 11.0 was used to code-construct and qualitatively analyze the interview content in order to refine the influencing factors and psychological evolution process of burglary behavior.Thefindings revealed that(1)burglary risk factors include burglary cognition,burglary motivation,burglary decision-making,delinquent peers,burglary opportunity,and incomplete reformation.(2)There are three stages in the psychological evolution pro-cess of burglars:cognitive formation,motivational dominance,and behavioral decision.(3)The interpretation of the criminal psychological mechanism of burglars is a comprehensive and dynamic outcome of the interaction of internal and external factors that shape the individual.Participants’inspection and non-participants’inspection were adapted to verify the research results’validity,which showed that the results were reliable.

Research on the Application of Juvenile Psychological Development and Sports Acquisition Law System in Physical Education Teaching

Adolescents’physical and mental development has obvious age-stage characteristics.Therefore,before the implementation of physical education teaching,it is necessary to fully analyze the laws of adolescents’psychological development and fully understand the laws of adolescents’physical development and exercise acquisition.The purpose of this study is to start from the actual needs of physical education teaching and to fully understand the laws of psychological development of adolescent groups.After the review and analysis,the law of adolescents’sports acquisition is summarized and summarized,so as to form the system of adolescents’psychological development and sports acquisition law in physical education teaching,lay a good foundation for physical education teachers to implement teaching on the teaching objects of adolescent students in a targeted and efficient manner,and ultimately promote the benign development of school sports.

Injury rate,mechanism,and risk factors of hamstring strain injuries in sports:A review of the literature

Hamstring strains are one of most common sports injuries.The purpose of this literature review is to summarize studies on hamstring strain injury rate,mechanism,and risk factors in the last several decades with a focus on the prevention and rehabilitation of this injury.Hamstring injury commonly occurs in sporting events in which high speed sprinting and kicking are frequently performed,such as Australian football. English rugby,American football,and soccer.Basic science studies have demonstrated that a muscle strain injury occurs due to excessive strain in eccentric contraction instead of force,and that elongation speed and duration of activation before eccentric contraction affect the severity of the injury.Hamstring strain injury is likely to occur during the late swing phase and late stance phase of sprint running.Shortened optimum muscle length,lack of muscle flexibility,strength imbalance,insufficient warm-up,fatigue,lower back injury,poor lumbar posture,and increased muscle neural tension have been identified as modifiable risk factors while muscle compositions,age,race,and previous injuries are non-modifiable risk factors.The theoretical basis of some of these risk factors,however,is lacking,and the results of clinical studies on these risk factors are inconsistent.Future studies are needed to establish the cause-and-effect relationships between those proposed risk factors and the injury.

Psychological Impact of COVID-19 on Healthcare Workers in Africa, Associated Factors and Coping Mechanisms: A Systematic Review

Background: The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a public health problem that has caused harm to the mental health of healthcare workers. In Africa, the COVID-19 pandemic has led healthcare workers to experience mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, stress, insomnia and burnout. This study aimed to review published studies on the effect of COVID-19 on the mental health of healthcare workers, associated factors and coping strategies that have been employed in Africa. Methods: This was a systematic review that was conducted through searching databases including;PubMed/Medline and Google Scholar. The study included published literature from January 2020 to May 2022 that met the inclusion criteria. The selection of articles was conducted following the 2020 PRISMA guidelines. Results: A total of 39 articles were retrieved, of which only 18 met the inclusion criteria and were used in this study. Our review revealed that healthcare workers experienced mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, insomnia, stress and burnout that were associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. Coping strategies such as religious practices, support from family members and colleagues and avoiding listening to social media about COVID-19 were used to minimize mental health problems. Conclusion: The COVID-19 pandemic has caused increased mental health disorders among healthcare workers in Africa. Identification of factors associated with mental health problems is cardinal in developing coping mechanisms against the psychological impact of COVID-19. Therefore, there is a need for governments to develop and implement strategies for protecting the mental health of healthcare workers during crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

Study on the Psychological Mechanism and Application of Horticultural Therapy

Horticultural therapy has a long history,and its application in China has been delayed for more than 20 years than that in the United States and the United Kingdom.The psychological mechanism of horticultural therapy is mainly to improve emotional cognition and emotional state,and promote physical and mental health.Based on the character of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the modern probiotics and the environmental protection measures of sewage treatment,the research of preventing and treating insomnia and depression was carried out by using the living Chinese herbal medicine ecosystem,and good results were obtained.Based on the concepts of traditional Chinese medicine,big health and environment protection,the mechanism of horticultural therapy should be further studied.Horticultural therapy should be integrated extensively in the construction of landscaping,to construct horticultural therapy system with Chinese characteristics.

On the psychological point of view, due to the reinforcement of external stimuli, which led to strong psychological pressure, these are manifested through the behaviors of the players when they are compete with others, such as fear, excessive psychological tension, incorrect competition motivation, ambiguous purpose, lack of confidence, even there are phenomenon like isolated characteristics and irritation, etc. Thus, the regulation and control of mental activity, the overcome of the psychological barriers, and the implementation of the psychology training have become a big question which teachers and coaches must pay attention to and need to be solved.

Superficial Inquiry on the Mechanism of Psychological Health Education of College Students under the Background of Anti Epidemic

Psychological health education has been highly valued by the party and the state.During the fight against the COVID-19,colleges and universities have made a beneficial exploration in carrying out psychological health education.In older to further understand the impact of the epidemic on the psychological health of college students,a survey was carried out based on questionnaire survey,depth interview and expert consultation.The survey found that the epidemic increased the psychological pressure and posed new challenges to the psychological health education in colleges and universities.Based on the analysis of the causes from the four aspects of society,family,college and individual,this thesis put forwards some suggestions on how to effectively carry out the psychological health education of college students in the context of fighting against the epidemic.

我国民族地区幼儿园组织支持对教师工作旺盛感影响的实证研究——教师基本心理需求的中介作用

幼儿园教师工作旺盛感是幼儿园教师工作中的活力感和学习感的综合体现。本研究以宁夏回族自治区20所幼儿园的614名教师为调查对象,综合运用描述性统计、相关分析、回归分析以及结构方程模型等方法,分析幼儿园组织支持对幼儿园教师工作旺盛感的影响效应以及幼儿园教师的基本心理需求在影响效应中的中介作用。研究结果表明:幼儿园教师工作旺盛感整体较强;教师的基本心理需求能够显著预测教师的工作旺盛感,并在幼儿园组织支持对教师工作旺盛感的影响机制中产生中介效应。为了促进幼儿园教师工作旺盛感的提升,幼儿园亟须给予幼儿园教师充裕的物质保障,制定合理的幼儿园教师管理制度,营造良好的学习气氛与和谐的人际环境。
