Biochemical Characteristics of Saint Mary’s Thistle Varieties (<i>Silybum marianum</i>L. <i>Gaertn.</i>) under Soil-Climate Conditions of the Khorezm Region

This article deals with the biochemical characteristics of varieties of Saint Mary’s Thistle such as Panacea, Debut and Samaryanka. Based on the studies, it was found that the highest oil content was found in the species Debut (26%). The lowest oil content was observed in the variety Samaryanka (19%). The highest protein content and the sum of total amino acids in the seeds of St. Mary’s Thistle varieties were found in the variety Debut (131.1), and the lowest indication was observed in the species Samaryanka (79.2). By the number of replaceable amino acids existing in the seeds of the species of St. Mary’s Thistle, it was found in the Varieties Debut (126.3), and the lowest indication was observed in the variety Samaryanka (112). Based on the results of studies and the noted biochemical characteristics and varietal differences of the St. Mary’s Thistle, the possibility and expediency of expanding the crops of this species in the soil and climatic conditions of the Khorezm region are suggested. St Mary’s集束化护理方案对重症颅脑损伤术后气管切开患者的应用效果

目的探讨St Mary’s集束化护理方案对重症颅脑损伤术后气管切开患者的应用效果。方法选取2015年7月至2020年7月新里程安钢总医院收治的115例重症颅脑损伤术后气管切开患者作为研究对象,根据护理方案分为常规组(57例)与观察组(58例)。常规组接受常规护理方案,观察组于常规护理方案基础上接受St Mary’s集束化护理方案。比较两组并发症发生风险、恢复效果、护理效果及护理满意度。结果观察组皮下气肿、气道黏膜溃疡、局部感染及气管脱出发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组气管套管滞留时间、ICU住院时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组吸痰次数少于常规组,堵管时间短于常规组,吸痰间隔时间长于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度[96.55%(56/58)]高于常规组[77.19%(44/57)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论St Mary’s集束化护理方案可降低重症颅脑损伤术后气管切开患者并发症发生风险,增强护理效果,促进患者康复,提升护理满意度。

气管切开术后患者应用St Mary’s集束化护理方案的价值分析

目的:探讨气管切开术后患者应用St Mary’s集束化护理方案的临床价值。方法:选取我院行气管切开术患者92例,随机数字法分为观察组(St Mary’s集束化护理,46例)和对照组(常规护理,46例)。比较两组患者的留管时间、住院时间、总住院费用、并发症发生率以及患者的满意度。结果:与对照组比较,观察组患者留管时间、住院时间及总住院费用均明显降低(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理满意度较对照组显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:St Mary’s集束化护理方法针对气管切开术后患者临床效果较好,能促进患者恢复,降低并发症的发生,提高护理满意度。
