医院医护人员抑郁焦虑状态调查

目的了解医院医护人员的心理健康状态。方法采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)与焦虑自评量表(SAS)对260名医护人员进行调查。调查结果按专业和职称进行分析统计。结果护士在抑郁项目上得分较医生高,且差异明显(t=9.37,P=0.002<0.01);在焦虑项目上得分也明显高于医生(t=6.62,P=0.033<0.05)。全体被调查者按职称进行比较,在SDS项目上,初级与中级职称人员相比差异明显(t=6.34,P=0.017<0.05);初级与高级职称人员相比则无显著差异(t=3.29,P=0.072>0.05);中级与高级职称人员相比具有显著差异(t=9.63,P=0.007<0.01)。在SAS项目上,初级与中级职称人员相比具有显著差异(t=7.88,P=0.025<0.05);初级与高级职称人员相比无显著差异(t=2.66,P=0.386>0.05);中级与高级职称人员相比具有显著差异(t=10.81,P=0.04<0.05)。结论护士与中级职称人员承担的工作任务多,责任大,导致他们心理问题最突出,是医院管理者需要重点解决的问题所在。

With the increasing of aging, community pension is becoming the choice of the majority of elderly people, and the quality of community care service is closely related to the professional level of nursing staff. Through the questionnaire survey, the nursing staff＇ s high age and low education, lack of related legal basis, lack of assessment standard, the public do not understand professional construction and lack of corresponding incentive mechanism is the main bottleneck of the professional development of the nursing staff.We can through some countermeasures,such as improve the mechanism of personnel protection for community nursing staff, improve management mechanism and legal mechanism, strengthen the ideological understanding understanding of the professional construction of community nursing staffand so on ,to improve the professional level of community nursing staff, in order to better improve the service quality of nurse.

高职院校师资质量诊断与改进研究——以盘锦职业技术学院医疗护理系为例

职业院校教学工作诊断与改进是建立常态化自主保证人才培养质量的有效举措,师资质量保证是人才培养质量保证的关键。在诊改工作的框架内探索高职院校师资质量保证的有效路径:分析现状及原因,给出对应措施,并根据措施打造"目标链"和"标准链",并从课程研发、实训研发、教师培训、企业调研四个维度提出可行的师资质量保证路径。
