Based on a correlative algorithm of computing the minimum distance of two surfaces, the intersections of every patch with another surface are detected, and starting points are calculated by dichotomy. This algorithm shows superior efficiency in the computational complexity and number of iterations needed. [Objective] The reason for the unsuccessful forecast of a heavy rainfall event in Yingkou was analyzed. [Method] Based on the precipitation data observed by automatic weather stations and MICAPS data, a heavy rainfall...[Objective] The reason for the unsuccessful forecast of a heavy rainfall event in Yingkou was analyzed. [Method] Based on the precipitation data observed by automatic weather stations and MICAPS data, a heavy rainfall Event was studied in Yingkou from 19 July to 21 July in 2010. Then the analysis of an unsuccessful forecasting for the heavy rainfall on 21 July was illustrated by CINRAD-SA data, satellite data and numerical forecast products. [Result] The main reason for the unsuccessful forecast was that the duration of the rainfall was long and inconsecutive. The distribution was uneven. Strong precipitation on 21st was different from the one in previous two durations. It was regional short term strong precipitation. And the forecast difficulty was large; the numerical forecast was unstable and erroneous;strong precipitation occurred in the night on 20th, which was shortly before the strong precipitation in the evening of 21st. This would easily confuse the reporter. Besides, the short term stillness of radar and cloud during this time would form certain disturbance. The focus of rainstorm forecast should based on the numerical forecast instead of element forecast;insisting on situation analysis and taking element judgment as auxiliary;as for strong precipitation forecast, there was large error in numerical forecast and can not be relied. Reporter should report the correct one based on experience. [Conclusion] The study provided reference for the forecast of rainstorm.展开更多
Aiming at the difficulty of mining fault prognosis starting points and constructing prognostic models for remaining useful life(RUL)prediction of rolling bearings,a RUL prediction method is proposed based on health in...Aiming at the difficulty of mining fault prognosis starting points and constructing prognostic models for remaining useful life(RUL)prediction of rolling bearings,a RUL prediction method is proposed based on health indicator(HI)extraction and trajectory-enhanced particle filter(TE-PF).By extracting a HI that can accurately track the trending of bearing degradation and combining it with the early fault enhancement technology,early abnormal sample nodes can be mined to provide more samples with fault information for the construction and training of subsequent prediction models.Aiming at the problem that traditional degradation rate models based on PF are vulnerable to HI mutations,a TE-PF prediction method is proposed based on comprehensive utilization of historical degradation information to timely modify prediction model parameters.Results from a rolling bearing prognostic study show that prediction starting points can be accurately detected and a reasonable prediction model can be conveniently constructed by the RUL prediction method based on HI amplitude abnormal detection and TE-PF.Furthermore,aiming at the RUL prediction problem under the condition of HI mutation,RUL prediction with probability and statistics characteristics under a confidence interval can be obtained based on the method proposed.展开更多
With the rapid development of communication and computer,the individual identification technology of communication equipment has been brought to many application scenarios.The identification of the same type of electr...With the rapid development of communication and computer,the individual identification technology of communication equipment has been brought to many application scenarios.The identification of the same type of electronic equipment is of considerable significance,whether it is the identification of friend or foe in military applications,identity determination,radio spectrum management in civil applications,equipment fault diagnosis,and so on.Because of the limited-expression ability of the traditional electromagnetic signal representation methods in the face of complex signals,a new method of individual identification of the same equipment of communication equipment based on deep learning is proposed.The contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1)Considering the shortcomings of deep learning in processing small sample data,this paper provides a universal and robust feature template for signal data.This paper constructs a relatively complete signal template library from multiple perspectives,such as time domain and transform domain features,combined with high-order statistical analysis.Based on the inspiration of the image texture feature,characteristics of amplitude histogram of signal and the signal amplitude co-occurrence matrix(SACM)are proposed in this paper.These signal features can be used as a signal fingerprint template for individual identification.(2)Considering the limitation of the recognition rate of a single classifier,using the integrated classifier has achieved better generalization ability.The final average accuracy of 5 NRF24LE1 modules is up to 98%and solved the problem of individual identification of the same equipment of communication equipment under the condition of the small sample,low signal-to-noise ratio.展开更多

But turning to small batch production particularly of parts with high tolerances, engineering and construction of automated solutions is just at the beginning of providing economic efficiency. While weld seam tracking is well established for the described problem, geometric recognition of weldments is not yet solved satisfactorily. This paper will present an optimisation approach of a laser sensor guided and programmed robot welding system which was developed within the project ROPROF at the TU Dortmund. With this development, a working prototype of a robot weld system was built by a steel construction company as well as additional demonstration software showing the potential and transferability of adjusted geometric location of weldments for industrial applications.展开更多

The other advantage is that it may not only choose any point in En as a starting point, but also escape from the complex penalty function and diameter. moreover the iteration point will be a feasible descent sequence whenever some iteration point gets into the feasible region. So we call it subfeasible method.Under mild assumptions,the new algorithm is shown to possess global and two step superlinear convergence.展开更多
