In this paper, a scheme is proposed for performing remote operation on quantum state among multiparty. We use three-particle GHZ state as quantum channels to prepare a state operator, which describes quantum correlation between states and operations. Based on the special characteristic of the state operator, observers can perform unitary operation on a system that is away from observers. Our studies show this process is deterministic. We further consider remote operation among N spatially distributed observers, and the results show the successful realization of remote operation needs collective participation of N parties, that is, there exists strong correlation among multiparty. In addition, we investigate the case in which observers share a three-particle W state as quantum channels to perform remote operation and studies find this process is probabilistic. 展开更多

We propose a scheme to realize a general single-mode Gauss/an operation with a two-mode entangled state by utilizing only one nondegenerate optical parametric amplifier and by adjusting four angle parameters. The fidelity of the output mode can be optimized by changing one of the angle parameters. This scheme would be utilized as a basic efficient element in the future large-scale quantum computation. 展开更多

A long-pulse plasma discharge for more than 30 min. was achieved on the Large Helical Device (LHD). A plasma of ne = 0.8 × 10^19 m^-3 and T10 = 2.0 keV was sustained with PICH = 0.52 MW, PECH = 0.1 MW and averaged PNBI = 0.067 MW. Total injected heating energy was 1.3 G J, which was a quarter of the prepared RF heating energy. One of the keys to the success of the experiment was a dispersion of the local plasma heat load to divertors, accomplished by shifting the magnetic axis inward and outward. 展开更多

A new process was proposed to separate them by extractive distillation, with the advantages of low equipment investment, energy consumption and liquid load in the columns. One principle to improve the extractive distillation process was put forward. Moreover, the analysis of operation state of the new process was done. There were eight operation states found for the whole process, but only one operation state was desirable. This work provides a way to effectively separate C4 mixtures and helps the reasonable utilization of C4 resource. 展开更多

Non-inductive plasmas were maintained for approximately 3-5 min, during which time power balance estimates could be achieved by monitoring wall and cooling-water temperatures. Approximately 70%-90% of the injected power could be accounted for by calorimetric measurements and approximately half of the injected power was found to be deposited on the vessel wall, which is slightly dependent on the magnetic configuration. The power distribution to water-cooled limiters, which are expected to be exposed to local heat loads, depends significantly on the magnetic configuration, however some of the deposited power is due to energetic electrons, which have large poloidal orbits and are likely to be deposited on the plasma facing components. 展开更多

The market power mitigation method of the supply-side has become one of the key points affecting the stability of the electricity spot market.Different mitigation mechanisms are used in the current mature electricity markets of the world.However,the same market power mitigation mechanism shows different effects in different market environments.Every market operator in the world needs the most efficient way to mitigate market power.Considering that there is no relevant literature discussing the market power effects of different mitigation methods in detail,the mitigation effects need to be discussed and further researched.So,we analyze the effects of the most utilized market power mitigation mechanisms while considering different market environments.Firstly,we establish a Nash-Stackelberg interactive game model to simulate the competitive strategies of power suppliers.Secondly,the different market power mitigation approaches are modeled.Then,a multi-agent system(MAS)genetic interior-point algorithm is proposed to solve the problem of suppliers.Finally,through the simulation analysis,the market power mitigation effects of different mechanisms while considering three operation states of the system in two market structures are all analyzed. 展开更多

This paper explores the influence of the State Capital Investing and Operating Company(SCIOC)pilot reform on SOE bailout using a staggered differencein-differences model.Based on a sample of listed SOEs during 2011-2018,we find that when the real controllers of listed SOEs enter the list of SCIOCs,soft budget constraints are alleviated and listed subsidiaries are less likely to become distressed.Mechanism tests indicate that SCIOCs help distressed firms through exiting the market,reducing bank loans,enhancing corporate governance,and improving operating efficiency.Heterogeneity tests show that the effect of SCIOC establishment is more significant in central and western regions,in public welfare and special function industries,for central SCIOCs,for state capital investing companies,when firms are organized in more layers,and for firms that engage in M&As.The empirical results show that the implementation of SCIOCs benefits both micro-enterprise development and state capital layout optimization. 展开更多

Impulse switching functions are later investigated using direct and inverse z-transformation. The results make possible to present those functions as infinite series expressed in pure numerical, exponential or trigonometric forms. The main advantage of used approach is the possibility to calculate investigated variables directly in any instant of time;dynamic state can be solved with the step of sequences (T/6, T/12) that means very fast. Theoretically derived waveforms are compared with simulation worked-out results as well as results of circuit emulator LT spice which are given in the paper. 展开更多

The variable speed and constant frequency pumped storage hydropower(PSH)unit can strongly support the complementation and joint power supply of cascaded hydropower and photovoltaic(PV)plants.Its fast response capability has provided a feasible solution for the rapid power and voltage regulation caused by real-time fluctuations of PV systems.However,currently there is a lack of research on precise evaluation on regulation capability and regulating capacity configuration for PSH to restrain the real-time fluctuations.In this paper,a cascaded hydro-PV-PSH complementary joint power system(CHPP)is studied,and a“rule-based”method for regulating capacity determination is proposed.A combined statistical technique is introduced to analyze the initial estimated regulating capacity of PSH.A continuous cyclic revision method is adopted to renew the ideal PV curve by repeatedly using the main operating constraints until an optimal regulating capacity of PSH matching the PV generation scale is achieved.The results of the case study verified the feasibility and effectiveness of PSH for restraining the fast fluctuations of PV systems in real-time,and the configuration between PV and PSH regulating capacity is obtained with real-time application requirements.Finally,analyses including weather conditions,curtailed energy and electricity shortage,the sensitivity analysis,and state transition frequency are presented to demonstrate the robustness of this study. 展开更多

Heat pipe devices, for their typical working mode, are particularly suitable for zero gravity applications, and have also been considered for applications in space satellites with nuclear generators because of the absence of active systems for the coolant circulation. The present work reports the results of experimental tests carried out on a heat pipe facility designed to investigate the thermal hydraulic performance of a water heat pipe. The device layout, configuration and geometry, simulate a heat pipe working mode utilizable in space applications under zero gravity conditions. The evaporating section, completely lined (covered) with wicks (sintered stainless steel), and nearly plane shaped, is housed in a cylindrical container. The obtained results show that the system can approach steady state conditions, at a pressure of 4 bar and with a heat flux transferred of about 150 W/cm 2, supporting an electric power step of about 1.8 kW. 展开更多

In quantum circuits, multicontrol unitary operations are important components. Here, we present an extremely efficient and direct approach to multiple multicontrol unitary operations without decomposition to CNOT and single-photon gates. With the proposed approach, the necessary twophoton operations could be reduced from O(n^3) with the traditional decomposition approach to O(n), which will greatly relax the requirements and make large-scale quantum computation feasible. Moreover, we propose the potential application to the(n-k)-uniform hypergraph state. 展开更多
