SI-Ⅲ型红外温度传感器校准方法研究

目前国内尚无红外温度传感器校准方法,为了研究和制定该类传感器的校准方法,选用SI-Ⅲ型红外温度传感器为例,分别在-15℃,-5℃,5℃,15℃,20℃,25℃,30℃,35℃,40℃,45℃共10个测试点进行温度校准实验,以研究传感器的测量性能;选取-5℃... 目前国内尚无红外温度传感器校准方法,为了研究和制定该类传感器的校准方法,选用SI-Ⅲ型红外温度传感器为例,分别在-15℃,-5℃,5℃,15℃,20℃,25℃,30℃,35℃,40℃,45℃共10个测试点进行温度校准实验,以研究传感器的测量性能;选取-5℃时设计不同的稳定时间进行实验,以获取其在低温时的稳定时间。实验结果表明,在测量零上和高温时,测量误差最小为0.06℃,准确度高;在测量低温时需稳定时间较长,至少2 h,误差稍大为1.01℃。根据实验结果,提出传感器校准步骤和校准点,以及校准过程中应该注意的相关事项,为后续的校准规范编制提供了实验依据。 展开更多

We study the effects of thermal radiation of a viscous incompressible fluid occupying a semi-infinite region of space bounded by an infinite horizontal moving hot flat plate in the presence of indirect natural convection by way of an induced pressure gradient. The fluid is a gray, absorbing emitting radiation but a non scattering medium. An exact solution is obtained by employing Laplace transform technique. Since temperature field depends on Reynold number the flow is considered to be non-isothermal case (the temperature of the plate Tw ≠ constant) and for an isothermal case (Tw = constant) the flow is determined by the Reynold number which is equal to 1. 展开更多
