A hybrid approach which integrates all kinds of investigation methods in real environment and virtual environment is described. The real experimental environment includes the WBV(whole body vibration) test, questionnaires for human subjective sensation and motion capture. The virtual experimental environment includes the theoretical calculation on simplified 5-DOF human body vibration model, the vibration simulation and analysis within ADAMS/VibrationTM module, and the digital human biomechanics and occupational health analysis in Jack software. While the real experimental environment provides realistic and accurate test results, it also serves as core and validation for the virtual experimental environment. The virtual experimental environment takes full advantages of current available vibration simulation and digital human modelling software, and makes it possible to evaluate the sitting posture comfort in a human-vehicle system with various human anthropometric parameters. How this digital evaluation system for car seat comfort design is fitted in the Industry 4.0 framework is also proposed.展开更多

The pioneer of many 4.0 modifications forms the basisfor the trend towards the integrated digitization of many areas of life. The field of research requires from the pilot plants to developnew pioneering fibers high flexibility of its experimental facilities to allow new insights in the laboratory and prototype facilities at areasonable cost. Added to this is the desire to closely track all process data and prepare it in a timely manner. Mobile devices nowallow the researcher to vary parameters close to the process during observation. In the following lecture the question will bediscussed which of the many definitions and varieties of "Industry 4.0" can be meaningfully transferred to the field of research. Indoing so, we are guided by the findings that have been gained with modularized spinning systems in recent years. The respectivespinning processes require different analysis focuses and different conversion options. The digital world must follow the realdemands of the analog world. In addition to the elegance functions, it must be ensured that the control functions of the process meetthe requirements of machine safety. Digitization allows intelligent analyzes to be developed independently of the various spinningprocesses and can be flexibly adapted to the respective process conditions. The variability of spin systems depends on the intelligentmodularization of individual functions and the physics that require the spinning conditions. Finally, some examples of modularprototype systems are presented, and the limits of variability are discussed.展开更多

文摘Helping China’s retail industry to "go global" and get actively involved in global value chain competition is an effective way to improve the international competitiveness of China’s retail industry and an important measure to enhance the Chinese manufacturing industry’s position in international markets. The Belt and Road Initiative is China’s national strategy providing guidance for strategic decision-making for China’s retail industry in terms of overseas target market selection, market access selection and overseas investment risk management. As such, efforts should be made to maximize the interactive development of China’s retail industry through the strategies outlined in the Belt and Road Initiative.
文摘The Ninth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Long-Term Plan for the Year 2010 adopted at the 4th Session of the Eighth National People’s Congress point out that the construction of infrastructure and basic industry will be strengthened to make them more appropriate to national economic development.
文摘At present, there are some problems in rural areas, such as the gradual decline of social trust, the dislocation of social norms and the disembeding of social network. As a result, the scale effect of characteristic agricultural industry is not obvious, the coordination of chain and network is low,and the willingness of farmers to participate is not strong. This article thinks that against the backdrop of the strategy of rural revitalization,we can explore the integration and development path of China's characteristic agricultural industry from three dimensions:social capital integration,chain-network synergy integration and brand value-driven integration. This paper analyzes how social capital is embedded in China's characteristic agricultural industry and form its own unique industrial brand,to give full play to the influence of brand value, and then drive the surrounding industries to form a highly integrated and symbiotic chain-network relationship,in order to improve the internal driving force of the characteristic agricultural industry.
文摘We associate a variety of innovations with the term "Industry 4.0". Finally, some examples of modularprototype systems are presented, and the limits of variability are discussed.

文摘Hebei province is located in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River, it is one of the birthplace of the Chinese nation. Its superior natural conditions gave birth to the rich and colorful folk culture. In the trend of rapid development of modem economy, more and more people are aware of the important position in the cultural construction and huge potential about the folk culture. But as the result of the modem cultural development faster and faster, many folk culture has been neglected, even under the modem culture.
