The results are obtained by transforming the governing system of boundary layer equations into a system of non-dimensional equations and by applying implicit finite difference method together with Newton's linearization approximation. Numerical results for different values of pressure stress work parameter, viscous dissipation parameter and Prandtl number have been obtained. The velocity profiles, temperature distributions, skin friction co-efficient and the rate of heat transfer have been presented graphically for the effects of the aforementioned parameters.展开更多

Knowledge workers are the main force of economic construction. They play a more important role in the development of enterprises and society, while facing greater pressure. This paper describes the status of work stress management study in China and abroad. Then analyze the source of the knowledge workers working pressure and Working pressure mechanism on job performance. Eventually, the paper proposes active management strategies of enterprise knowledge workers working stress.展开更多

The partial differential equation as a function of three invariants has then been solved by Lie group methods. With geometric meanings of deformations, the general solution boils down to a particular three-term solution. The particular solution has been applied for several isotropic hyperelastic materials. For incompressible materials, vulcanized rubber containing 8% sulfur and Entec Enflex S4035A thermoplastic elastomer, three coefficients have been determined from uniaxial tension data and applied to predict the pure shear and equibiaxial tension modes. For a slightly compressible rubber material, the coefficients have also been extracted from the confined volumetric test data.展开更多

This makes it difficult for many physicians to utilize and fully benefit from different network of social support. The subjective burden of confidentiality is reported to be associated with physician’s health and wellbeing. Aims: To gain knowledge about fac- tors in the in personal and professional sphere that can be associated with the subjective bur- den of confidentiality. Methods: Qualitative semi- structured interviews with 14 general practi- tioners and hospital physicians in Norway. Ex- amination of transcribed verbatim interviews using qualitative content analysis. Results: The subjective burden of confidentiality is likely linked with factors such as perception of pro- fessional role, social support from colleagues, partners and friends;size of patient population, organizational factors and work environment, and the overlap between personal and profess- sional relationships. Conclusions: Addressing the interaction of emotional demands and pa- tient confidentiality is important to study suc- cessful coping with distress from physician’s professional experiences.展开更多
