Investigating the Influence of Digital Economy Growth on Industrial Structural Optimization and Upgrading

With the rapid development of the social economy,science and technology continue to upgrade and optimize,ushering in the digital era,which provides technical support for industrial innovation and development across all sectors.At this stage,vigorously developing the digital economy has gradually become the only means to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure.Therefore,local leaders and relevant departments need to enhance the importance of constructing the digital economy,enabling the local industrial structure to be optimized and upgraded under the impetus of the digital economy,ultimately promoting overall economic high-quality development.To this end,this paper,combined with existing research results,first elaborates on the positive impact of the digital economy on the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure.It then analyzes the challenges hindering the process of industrial structure optimization and upgrading and proposes practical pathways to address them,benefiting relevant stakeholders.

Impact of Digital Economy Development on Industrial Structure Upgrading-An Empirical Analysis Based on PVAR Model

Based on the panel data of 248 prefecture-level cities in China from 2011-2021,a PVAR model is constructed to empirically compare and analyze the impact of national and regional digital economy development on industrial structure upgrading.The results show that:from the national level,the development of the digital economy can significantly promote the upgrading of industrial structure,the degree of influence rises and then decreases,and lasts longer;the upgrading of industrial structure also affects the development of the digital economy,and the influence changes from negative to positive;there is a long-term,continuous,and significant dynamic effect between the digital economy and the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,and the two affect each other.From the perspective of each region,the impact of digital economy development on industrial structure upgrading is somewhat different.The industrial structure in the western region is the most sensitive to the digital economy changes,followed by the eastern region and the weakest in the central region.However,the industrial structure upgrading in all regions is significantly and positively influenced by the development of the digital economy.

Digital economy,industrial structure,and carbon emissions:An empirical study based on a provincial panel data set from China

This paper uses the mediation effect and a spatial panel model using panel data from 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2019 to study the relationship between the digital economy,industrial structure,and carbon emission.The research results show that the development of digital economy can effectively promote the reduction of carbon emissions.The development of the digital economy has a significant role in promoting the rationalization of the industrial structure.The digital economy not only directly suppresses carbon emissions,but also indirectly has a significant inhibitory effect on carbon emissions by promoting the rationalization and improvement of the industrial structure.The development of the digital economy suppresses the optimization of the industrial structure.The improvement of industrialization has hindered the industrialization process.It is necessary to strengthen research and development into digital technology and enhance the capacity of the digital economy to promote carbon emissions reduction.

Empirical analysis of Beijing forestry industrial structure and its competitiveness under the background of low carbon economy

With Shift-Share Method, the study implemented an empirical analysis of Beijing's forestry industrial structure and its regional competitiveness around China from 2002 to 2011.The results indicated that the development tendency of forestry industry structure will be gradually transferred from "primarysecondary –tertiary industry" into "tertiary-secondary-primary industry". As the study suggested that the basic position of the primary forestry industry should be strengthened and promoted, deep processing capacity and resources utilization of the secondary industry should be further developed, and the leading role of the tertiary industry should be further enhanced in accordance with the low carbon concept.

Supply-Side Structural Reform, Digital Economy and Corporate Default Risk

In recent years, a lot of corporate defaults have had an impact on the capital market. How to prevent corporate default risks has become an important topic of concern for the academic community, enterprises and the government. We took China’s A-share listed companies from 2012 to 2018 as a sample, and used the double difference method to analyze the impact of supply-side structural reforms on corporate default risks. We found that supply-side structural reforms have reduced the risk of corporate default, and the inhibitory effect has gradually increased. In the relationship between supply-side structural reforms and corporate default risks, corporate financing capabilities have played an intermediary role. Supply-side structural reforms can improve the company’s endogenous financing capabilities, thereby reducing the risk of corporate default. However, we also found that the mediating effect of a company’s exogenous financing capability is not significant. At the same time, the regression results show that the digital economy can play a regulatory role. It can not only actively regulate the relationship between supply-side structural reforms and corporate default risks, but also mediate the mediating effect of corporate endogenous financing capabilities. The results of this article provide some evidence for the synergy between supply-side structural reforms and the digital economy.

Adjustment of Land Use Structure Based on County-wide Economic Development: A Case Study of Changfeng County

On the basis of survey of current land use situation in Changfeng County,this paper analyzed land use structure,trend and environment of structural adjustment. Besides,it explored county-wide land use structure mode,namely, " division + indicator + policy". Through reasonable distribution,it is expected to build proper land use structure framework,avoid passive situation of relying on policies simply,and bring into play stability keeping function of land use structure,so as to promote county-wide economic development,and bring into play countywide lever function of rural transition areas.

Quantitative Analysis of Contribution of Industrial Structure to Economic Growth in Jiangsu Province

The industrial structure in Jiangsu Province realizes the transformation from "secondary industry-primary industry-tertiary industry" to "tertiary industry-secondary industry-primary industry". However, the effectiveness of this model of industry-dominate industrial structure and the role of industrial structure pattern in promoting regional economic growth are yet to be researched. By using shift-share analysis method, we judge the importance of factors of industrial structure in regional economic growth of Jiangsu Province, and point out that factors of industrial structure are not the dominant forces in economic growth of Jiangsu Province; among the contributions of three industries to economic growth of Jiangsu Province, the contribution of the primary industry is greatest, followed by the contribution of secondary industry and the contribution of tertiary industry successively; real estate industry makes the greatest contribution to economic growth of Jiangsu Province; financial industry and construction industry make relatively small contributions; the potential of industry needs to be further developed. In the process of economic development of Jiangsu Province, the industrial structure is yet to be further optimized so as to give play to the role of industry in promoting the development of Jiangsu Province.

Performance Evaluation of Low-Carbon and Clean Transformation of China’s Coal Economy

In China,the oversupply of coal occurred in 2009,and from that year onwards,China’s coal economy began a low-carbon and clean transformation.Evaluating transformation performance is the research goal of this paper.The data collection for this paper includes data on deep processing of Chinese coal products from 2009 to 2020,as well as data on asset structure evolution and financial performance of 34 listed companies in the Chinese coal mining.Entropy value method is used to calculate the entropy value of low-carbon transformation,and the regression analysis is used to study the performance of cleaner transformation,the conclusion is as follows:(1)From 2009 to 2020,in China’s total energy consumption,coal consumption accounted for 71.6%in 2009 and 56.8%in 2020,the goals set by the state have been achieved.(2)The national goal of reducing the proportion of coal consumption and reducing carbon emissions has forced the transformation of deep processing of coal products.The transformation of coal enterprises towards low-carbon and clean production has achieved remarkable results.(3)From 2009 to 2020,the non coal industry income of 34 listed companies in China’s coal mining industry increased by 8.21%annually.At the same time,the asset structure was adjusted,and nearly 80%of the asset structure evolution showed an orderly development trend.(4)The regression analysis results show that the entropy value of coal deep processing products and the entropy value of asset structure adjustment are significantly related to transformation performance.The paper proposes to summarize the successful experience of China’s coal energy economic transformation,lay a foundation for achieving the carbon peak and carbon neutral goals in the future,further increase the intensity of coal deep processing,increase the proportion of clean energy in total energy consumption,and strive to control asset operation towards the goal of increasing the proportion of non coal industry income.

Factor-structure of economic growth in E-commerce

In order to analyze the factors having effect on economic growth of E commerce, the economic growth process of E commerce is divided into three stages; growth stage, stabilization stage and re growth stage. These three different stages are analysed using several economic growth theories, a set of factor structure is proposed for each stage of the economic growth process of E commerce.

Different effects of economic and structural performance indexes on model construction of structural topology optimization

The objective and constraint functions related to structural optimization designs are classified into economic and performance indexes in this paper.The influences of their different roles in model construction of structural topology optimization are also discussed.Furthermore,two structural topology optimization models,optimizing a performance index under the limitation of an economic index,represented by the minimum compliance with a volume constraint（MCVC）model,and optimizing an economic index under the limitation of a performance index,represented by the minimum weight with a displacement constraint（MWDC）model,are presented.Based on a comparison of numerical example results,the conclusions can be summarized as follows：（1）under the same external loading and displacement performance conditions,the results of the MWDC model are almost equal to those of the MCVC model;（2）the MWDC model overcomes the difficulties and shortcomings of the MCVC model;this makes the MWDC model more feasible in model construction;（3）constructing a model of minimizing an economic index under the limitations of performance indexes is better at meeting the needs of practical engineering problems and completely satisfies safety and economic requirements in mechanical engineering,which have remained unchanged since the early days of mechanical engineering.

Game analysis of control right of state-owned shares under the background of the mixed ownership

Since the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the concept of the mixed ownership economy has received extensive attention from all sectors of society, which has effect on a coming new round of reformation on enterprise property. However, in order to take control of the state-owned shares in the end making the state ownership economy become the principal position and to enlarge the scale of state-owned shares, which guides the common development with the non-public sectors of the economy, how to determine the proportion of state-owned shares? Under the background of the mixed ownership reformation, the article explains the mixed ownership by explaining how to enlarge the state-owned assets controlling scale and how to improve the stateowned company 'economic effi ciency and how to protect the interests of small shareholders. The final conclusion is that the SASAC should use the thinking of relative holdings, instead of the absolute control thinking, and should make use of the games among the large shareholders and the pyramidal ownership structure to make the pattern of ownership diversify.

Economic and Financial Structural Adjustment at Village Level: A Case Study of Rural Areas in Guizhou Province

Village-level economy is not only the important foundation for promoting grass-roots agricultural and rural modernization, but also an essential guarantee for sustainable development of small scale economy of rural farmer households. Research on this field will play a significant role in rural economic development of Guizhou Province. Taking the observation data from 1999 to 2009 in 10 fixed observation villages in Guizhou Province, we carried out empirical survey and analysis on land scale and use structure, scale and composition of fixed assets for production, level and composition of operational income, and level and composition of financial revenue and expenditure at village level. Finally, we put forward conclusions and recommendations.

临空经济对区域创新的结构性影响研究

临空经济在引导区域发展模式向创新驱动型转变中发挥着重要作用,以其独特的“技术—制度—产业—空间”属性,通过技术支撑、制度安排、产业延伸、空间极核等新的范式结构,为区域创新发展提供跃升条件。发展临空经济,能提升城市通达度和交通枢纽地位,影响城市创新层级;缩小城市间知识密集型服务业的差距,使城市群向创新多中心空间结构演化;为区域创新发展提供集聚与扩散叠加动力、制度创新变迁动力、政府与市场双向互动激活动力、中心极核与外围互补引领协同动力,影响区域创新的动力结构。各级政府应高度重视临空经济区在改革创新、先行先试中的引领作用,完善现代综合交通运输体系,差异化构建跨空间创新协作网络,促进创新要素流动和知识溢出,激发临空经济在区域创新中的功能。

数字经济发展促进产业结构转型升级的实证研究

从理论上来说,数字经济发展通过影响产业间结构转变、产业内劳动生产率提升和产业资源配置效率提高等方式来促进产业结构转型升级。文章以我国247个地级及以上城市2016—2019年的数据为例,采用固定效应模型分析数字经济发展对产业结构转型升级的影响。实证结果发现:数字经济发展对第一维度、第二维度和第三维度产业结构转型升级均具有显著的促进作用,子样本数据的实证结果和采取替代变量的实证结果均支持这一研究结论;在控制内生性问题后,研究结论依然成立。进一步的机制检验发现,数字经济发展主要通过消费升级效应和技术外溢效应两种途径促进产业结构转型升级。

数字经济、农业产业结构升级对农民增收的效应

【目的】数字经济作为我国经济发展的新动能,对农民增收具有重要作用。研究两者之间的关系及其作用机制,可以丰富数字经济与农民收入的研究内容,充实经济高质量发展的经验证据,为加快数字乡村战略的实施进程提供启示。【方法】基于农业产业结构升级视角,运用2012—2021年全国31个省份的面板数据,构建数字经济评价指标体系,采用熵值法测算数字经济发展水平,借助固定效应模型和最小二乘法(OLS)探究数字经济对农民增收的影响及其作用机制,并运用面板门槛模型分析数字经济对农民增收的非线性溢出特征,最后借助分位数回归等方法分析数字经济对农民增收的异质性。【结果】(1)数字经济能够促进农民增收,经过工具变量法、改变样本容量等一系列检验后,结论依然成立。其中数字经济对农民的家庭经营性收入、工资性收入、财产性收入产生显著促进效应,对农民转移性收入的影响不显著。(2)数字经济的发展提升了农业产业结构的合理化以及高级化水平,助推农业产业结构的升级,从而促进农民收入的增长。(3)数字经济的增收效应具有非线性特征,且该效应在农业产业结构合理化的调节作用下得到进一步强化。(4)数字经济会长期带动农民收入增长;数字经济对不同收入水平农民增收的影响效应呈“倒U型”,其中中等收入阶层是数字经济发展的最大受益者;数字经济发展对中、西部农民增收的推动力明显强于东部地区。【结论】数字经济、农业产业结构升级是提高农民收入水平的关键要素,基于此,提出加强数字经济建设力度、创新数字经济和农业产业结构融合发展机制、完善数字经济发展的利益分配机制以及促进区域数字经济与农业产业结构统筹联动等对策建议。

数字乡村建设赋能农业经济韧性的影响机制及效应

数字经济为我国农业高质量发展带来新的机遇与挑战,探寻数字乡村建设对农业经济韧性的影响,可为我国推动农业农村现代化发展和建设农业强国提供理论与实证支撑。文章基于2011—2021年中国30个省份的面板数据,采用双向固定效应模型与面板门槛模型实证分析数字乡村建设对农业经济韧性的影响机制。研究发现:数字乡村建设通过促进产业结构升级显著提升了农业经济韧性;数字乡村建设赋能农业经济韧性的效果具有区域异质性,在西部地区的正向效应更显著;数字乡村建设赋能农业经济韧性的效果具有门槛效应,并且其赋能效果呈递减趋势。
