Residual Capacity of Friction⁃Type High⁃Strength Bolted T⁃stub Connection with Nut Corrosion Damage

Corrosion is a primary cause of the slippage of friction⁃type high⁃strength bolted(FHSB)T⁃stub connections.This paper attempts to quantify the residual capacity of FHSB T⁃stub connections with corroded nuts.Firstly,corrosion simulation tests were conducted on 48 manually cut nuts to find out the relationship between the damage degree of nut section and the residual clamping force(RCF)of bolt.Then,static load tests were carried out on 24 FHSB T⁃stub connections with nuts of different degrees of damage to obtain the failure modes.By finite⁃element(FE)models,a comparative analysis was performed on the initial friction load(IFL)and ultimate strength(US)of each connection with corroded nuts.Finally,the parameters of 96 FE models for FHSB T⁃stub connections were analyzed and used to derive the calculation formulas for the degree of damage for each nut and the IFL and US of each connection.The results show that the RCF decay of a bolt is a quadratic function of the equivalent radius loss ratio and the shear failure after nut corrosion;the IFL of each connection had a clear linear correlation with the RCF of the corresponding bolts,and the correlation depends on the applied load and static friction on connecting plate interface induced by the clamping force;the static friction had little impact on the US of the connection;the proposed IFL and US formulas can effectively derive the residual anti⁃slip capacity of FHSB T⁃stub connections from the degree of damage of the corroded nut section.The research results provide a scientific basis for the replacement and maintenance of corroded bolts of FHSB T⁃stub connections. 展开更多

目的探究STIP1同源性和包含U-box蛋白1(STUB1)与幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染的肥胖儿童并发非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的关系。方法选择2019年2月至2020年7月就诊的387例Hp感染的肥胖儿童作为研究对象,根据是否合并NAFLD分为肥胖组(n=118)和NA... 目的探究STIP1同源性和包含U-box蛋白1(STUB1)与幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)感染的肥胖儿童并发非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的关系。方法选择2019年2月至2020年7月就诊的387例Hp感染的肥胖儿童作为研究对象,根据是否合并NAFLD分为肥胖组(n=118)和NAFLD组(n=269)。收集年龄、性别、体质指数(BMI)、糖脂代谢和肝酶指标等;用Ficoll密度梯度离心法分离出外周血中单个核细胞;用蛋白质免疫印迹法检测单个核细胞中STUB1表达水平。用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评价STUB1判断Hp感染的肥胖儿童并发NAFLD的效能;用限制性立方样条拟合Logistic回归分析STUB1与Hp感染的肥胖儿童并发NAFLD的关系;用Lasso回归分析Hp感染的肥胖儿童并发NAFLD的风险因素;构建列线图回归模型判断Hp感染的肥胖儿童是否并发NAFLD,用一致性指数(C-index)、校准曲线和决策树分析(DCA)评估模型的临床价值。结果肥胖组儿童BMI、空腹血糖(FBG)、胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)水平均低于NAFLD组(P<0.05);STUB1水平高于NAFLD组(P<0.05)。STUB1判断Hp感染的肥胖儿童并发NAFLD的受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线下面积、敏感度和特异度分别为0.813,83.64%和66.95%。STUB1与Hp感染的肥胖儿童并发NAFLD呈线性关系。FBG、TC、TG和LDL-C均是Hp感染的肥胖儿童并发NAFLD的独立危险因素,STUB1是Hp感染的肥胖儿童并发NAFLD的独立保护因素。由FBG、TC、TG、LDL-C和STUB1构建的列线图回归模型的C-index和平均绝对误差值分别为0.975和0.014,该模型判断Hp感染的肥胖儿童并发NAFLD的净收益较高。结论STUB1水平低提示Hp感染的肥胖儿童并发NAFLD的风险高。基于STUB1构建的列线图回归模型有很高的区分度、精准度及临床应用价值,可辅助判断Hp感染的肥胖儿童并发NAFLD。 展开更多

首先对两组焊接加劲T-stub节点进行了静力拉伸试验,对比分析了Q690高强钢与Q345普通钢T-stub节点的力学性能。然后采用ABAQUS程序对节点进行了有限元分析,获取了节点荷载-位移曲线、初始刚度、塑性承载力;与试验结果进行对比,验证了有... 首先对两组焊接加劲T-stub节点进行了静力拉伸试验,对比分析了Q690高强钢与Q345普通钢T-stub节点的力学性能。然后采用ABAQUS程序对节点进行了有限元分析,获取了节点荷载-位移曲线、初始刚度、塑性承载力;与试验结果进行对比,验证了有限元模型的有效性;研究了不同设置方式和长宽比的加劲肋对节点刚度、强度、变形能力的影响。研究表明,Q690高强钢T-stub节点的塑性承载力比Q345钢至少提高28%左右,而延性及变形能力较差。采用单边设置加劲肋的方式对节点承载力的影响较小;双边设置加劲肋可以显著提高节点的刚度和承载能力,分别提高1.35和1.43倍左右,但极限后承载力和刚度退化明显加快。当加劲肋长宽比en/et<1.0时,对节点的力学性能影响较大;当长宽比en/et≥1.0时,对节点力学性能的影响甚微。 展开更多

In the Ion Cyclotron Range of Frequency (ICRF) heating experiment, impedance matching is of great practical significance, because wide variations in antenna loading are observed within the discharge, in tokamaks operating in H-mode. A sudden decrease in antenna loading accompanying the L-mode to H-mode transition typically occurs on a timescale of a few milliseconds, as does the increase in loading at the H- to L-mode transition. Therefore, it is necessary to match dynamically in the transmission line between the generator output and the antenna input connections[1]. A new type of stub tuner being developed utilizes the difference in radio-frequency wavelengths between gas and liquid due to different relative dielectric constants. The impedance matching can be adjusted in realtime in an attempt to track the variations in the antenna loading. Since there are no mechanically moving parts in the short ends of stub, the change can be more convenient and safe, moreover, it can withstand higher voltage without breakdown. This system device will be applied in the HT-7 superconductor Tokamak ICRF experiment. 展开更多

This paper studies the contribution of CFRP(carbon fiber-reinforced polymer)to the mechanical behavior of high strength concrete-filled square steel tube(HCFST)under biaxial eccentric compression.The new type of composite member is composed of an inner CFRP tube and an outer steel tube with concrete filled in the two tubes.The finite element analysis was made by ABAQUS on the behavior of high strength concrete filled square steel tubular columns with inner CFRP circular tube subjected to bi-axial eccentric loading.The results obtained from the finite element analysis were verified with the experimental results.In addition,the load-deflection curves in the whole process were calculated and analyzed,which can be divided into three segments:Elastic phase,plastic phase,descending phase.Based on the load-deflection curves,the stresses analysis on the core concrete,CFRP tube and steel tube were conducted.The confinement effect of the CFRP tube improves the ductility of HCFST-CFRP stub column.CFRP ratio and eccentricity affect the ultimate bearing capacity of HCFST stub column.Finally,a calculation formula of ultimate bearing capacity was proposed in the paper. 展开更多

To realize equal power splitting at two arbitrary gigahertz-frequencies, this paper presents a new type of Wilkinson dual frequency power divider, consisting of three-section transmission lines and a series RLC(resistor, inductor and capacitor)circuit. By equating the [ABCD] matrix of the proposed circuit to that of the quarter-wave impedance transformer, coupled with even/odd mode analyses, the design equations of the proposed network are derived. For verification, two dual-frequency power dividers with dual-band operating frequencies at 0.6 GHz and 3.0 GHz, and 3.8 GHz and 10 GHz respectively are designed and simulated. Simulation results show that the dual-band ratio of the proposed power divider can be as large as 5. Comparisons of the simulation results at X-band and S-band with different power dividers indicate that the proposed dual-band power divider performs better under the scenario of the upper operating frequency extending to X-band. 展开更多

The paper studies photon-associated transmission through a quantum wire with a side-coupled stub tuner, to which an external microwave field applies, in terms of the approach developed by Cai. The inelastic scattering of an incoming electron and the photon field lead to photon-electronic transmission though quantum wire. It is found that single photon absorbing (emitting) of the incoming electron in the stub can bring about antiresonant transmission in the quantum wire. The influence of the feedback mechanism from inelastic scattering process on elastic channel transmission is also examined. Total transmission coefficient as a function of photon energy exhibits non-periodic oscillation peaks. With the increasing of photon-electron coupling constant, the amplitude of these oscillation peaks enhances. The impedance matching is crucial for continuous wave operation of ion cyclotron resonance heating(ICRH) antennae with high power injection into plasmas.A sudden increase in the reflected radio frequency power due to an impedance mismatch of the ICRH system is an issue which must be solved for present-day and future fusion reactors.This paper presents a method for theoretical analysis of ICRH system impedance matching for a triple liquid stub tuner under plasma operational conditions.The relationship of the antenna input impedance with the plasma parameters and operating frequency is first obtained using a global solution.Then,the relations of the plasma parameters and operating frequency with the matching liquid heights are indirectly obtained through numerical simulation according to transmission line theory and matching conditions.The method provides an alternative theoretical method,rather than measurements,to study triple liquid stub tuner impedance matching for ICRH,which may be beneficial for the design of ICRH systems on tokamaks. 展开更多
