In this paper,practical strategies are proposed to improve the quality of teachers in higher vocational colleges.Research and analyses have shown that the key to improving the quality of teachers in higher vocational colleges lies in the improvement of professionalism,subject knowledge,and teaching ability.Thus,the following practical strategies are proposed:strengthen teachers’moral development,establish a teacher training system,focus on curriculum construction and teaching method innovation,and strengthen the teaching quality monitoring and evaluation mechanism.These measures can effectively improve the quality of teachers in higher vocational colleges and promote the development of higher vocational education.

A Preliminary Study of Vocational College Students＇ English Idioms＇ Learning Through Translation

To learn English idioms well is not easy for native speakers, let alone ESL/EFL learners, which is because the meanings of idiomatic expressions cannot be determined through an analysis of their individual word meanings. However, the frequency of figurative languages is very common in English world. So, it is necessary for us to have such knowledge of English idioms in English study. Based on literature review, few studies focused their attention on examining vocational colleges EFL problems in English idioms. Moreover, fewer studies provided quantitative data to demonstrate the problems. Understanding the original texts in one language is the key to accurate translation of another language. Translation may be a good way to examine whether students understand English idioms. Thus, the aim of the present study was to investigate vocational college students＇ understanding level of English idioms through their translation in order to find how difficult English idioms are for them. Participants were 36 sophomore students who study at Jiaxing Vocational and Technical College. Student＇s total errors of Chinese translations could be found through the coding as well as the total accurate number of Chinese translations. The findings suggest these students＇ understanding level of English idioms is not high. It is further supported by the fact that English idioms are difficult and not translated easily from one language to another language.

An Observation on Chinese Students' Problem Pronunciation in an ESL Class

Most non-native speakers do have difficulty in developing native-like oracy due to vast differences in pronunciation between L1 and L2, adult ESL learners in particular. As Peter and Susan pointed in Teaching American English Pronunciation(1992), there are specific problem syllables with different language groups. As an ESL teacher from China, I assume it necessary to find out whether these sounds really trouble Chinese students in the ESL class I observed. I am going to pick out the most frequently occurred problem sounds and take notes how the teacher deal with them in class. In this paper, based on classroom observation and interviews, I analyzed problematic English vowels and consonants from Chinese learners, and the corresponding mediations for ESL teacher.

在教育高质量发展的时代背景下,高校师生关系的研究越来越受到关注与重视。借助CiteSpace软件,以近年来CNKI数据库中发表在CSSCI和北大核心期刊上的391篇关于我国高校师生关系的学术性期刊文献为研究对象,对我国高校师生关系研究的现状、演进、前沿进行可视化分析,整体描绘了我国高校师生关系研究的现实图景。新时代针对现有研究的薄弱之处,需注意拓宽研究视角和方法,多维延伸师生关系研究范畴;厘清研究方向和内容,夯实师生关系学理研究基础。

An Interpretation of the Ideological and Political Construction of College Courses From the Perspective of Reception Aesthetics

With the continuous strengthening of ideological and political construction of college courses at present,the humanistic function of college course is gradually becoming clear.To achieve the goal of“establishing morality and cultivating talents”,how to make use of the humanistic function of college courses has become an urgent problem to be solved in the construction of college courses.Reception aesthetics takes readers as the center and focuses on the effect of works in readers’minds.From the perspective of reception aesthetics,this essay tries to interpret the ideological and political construction of a college course as a work,with teachers as authors and students as readers.Besides,taking College English Course as an example,it puts forward the basic strategy of implementing the ideological and political construction of college courses with proper teaching methods.

Teacher's in-Class Feedback Based on Individual Learner Differences in EFL Writing Classroom

Studies on feedback in second language(L2) writing have mainly focused on feedback per se, with little attention paid tothe individual learner differences. This study investigates how teacher’s in-class feedback based on individual learner differencesaffects EFL students’correction of writings and students’attitude towards teacher’s in-class feedback based on their individualdifference, as well as the factors that influence teachers’feedback among three EFL students and an in-service English teacher byemploying interviews, classroom observations. The findings indicate that students pay more attention to their errors in their writingsand students hold a positive attitude towards teacher’s in-class feedback based on their individual differences, students’aptitudeand personality mostly affect teacher’s in-class feedback.

An Analysis of Teacher Talk in an EFL Classroom

In order to promote the efficiency of teachers’teaching and students’learning,based on the naturalistic inquiry,the study mainly describes the typical features of teacher talk.High quality language input rely on the teaching materials and curricu⁃lum design,more importantly,it relies on the teacher talk to express and explain language knowledge.The teacher talk has an influ⁃ence on learners’learning attitude,classroom performance and the learning process.If used appropriately,the teacher talk can pro⁃mote the communication as well as inspire students to participate the classroom interaction.

基于iFIAS的大学英语课堂师生互动行为提升策略研究

本研究采用改进型弗兰德斯互动分析系统,以大学英语优质公开课的师生互动行为为切入点,从师生言行结构、师生互动氛围、师生问答特征、师生互动影响方式四个方面做定量研究,并结合公开课实录视频进行综合分析,提炼出大学英语课堂互动行为的特点,总结其优秀特征及不足之处,帮助教师对大学英语课堂互动行为进行反思和改进,切实提高大学英语课堂教学质量,同时为大学英语教师的课堂互动行为提供依据和建议。

面向《教师数字素养》标准的师范生数字素养框架与培养路径

《教师数字素养》行业标准的发布,为师范生数字素养的培养指明了方向。面向教师数字素养框架,开展师范生数字素养框架构建与培养路径设计,能够为推动师范生数字素养理论研究与实践创新提供支持。研究对标教师数字素养框架,参照师范生核心素养相关标准,运用内容分析和对比分析法,构建了包括5个一级维度,13个二级维度,28个三级维度的师范生数字素养框架。在框架构建的基础上,提出了师范生数字素养培养路径:推动师范教育的全面数字化转型,筑牢培养底座;构建以“第一课堂为主,第二课堂为辅”主辅并行的培养体系;组建“校内教师+校际教师”两个共同体支撑的师资队伍;建设“课程资源+实践资源”两个资源库;形成“混合必修+网络选修”两种课程模式;建立师范生数字素养智能测评系统等。

高校“非升即走”制度下教师权益保障困境及破解路径

随着“非升即走”成为我国高等学校教师聘任的主流制度,高校教师的权益保障问题在人事制度改革和相关立法中的重要性和紧迫性日益凸显。结合理论研究和司法实践来看,我国高校教师面临的权益保障困境主要表现为“学术青椒”的尴尬:在“非升即走”聘用合同签订前,高校教师的法律身份模糊;在签订合同时,高校教师的主体性尤其是平等参与权缺失;在履行合同中,高校教师权利救济渠道不畅。这些问题的主要原因在于“学术锦标赛”的异化:高校人事管理的相关法律内容模糊、高校办学自主权边界不清和“非升即走”制度的价值偏离。破解“非升即走”制度下高校教师权益保障的现实困境的关键在于学术生态的优化:国家层面应明确“非升即走”聘用合同是“具有行政要素的劳动合同”的法律属性,重构高校教师“兼具公权与私权性质的特殊劳动者”的法律身份,完善高校教师聘任的相关法律体系;高校层面应重塑“非升即走”的制度价值,充分发挥制度的激励和促进作用,完善“非升即走”制度内容及配套措施,健全教师权益保障机制。

高职生理论课程“S-O-AMAS-E”教学模式创新——农业经济学课程团队实践与探索

高职院校理论课程是提升学生职业能力、提高人才核心竞争力的有效途径。然而,由于“技能本位”职教思想的影响等原因,目前的高职院校理论课程无法充分发挥当有的作用和功能。该文介绍作者课题团队开发的高职学生理论课程“S-O-AMAS-E”教学模式的产生背景、理论构建与实践运行情况,以及成效分析,并提出关于推进该教学模式的思考。

大学生学习性投入对其就业力的影响:课程满意度的中介作用

为了探讨大学生学习性投入与其就业力水平之间的关系,分析课程满意度在其中可能发挥的中介效应,采用中国大学生学习与发展追踪研究项目调查数据开展研究。研究发现,大学生的学习性投入水平及其重要维度——学业挑战度、生师互动、校园环境支持度等一方面直接正向影响大学生就业力水平,另一方面还通过课程满意度的中介作用正向影响其就业力水平。因此,建议改善学生高阶学习行为,提升学业挑战度;建立高效师生交流互动机制,鼓励各种形式的生师互动;强化社会实践,丰富学生的学术和社会活动经验;优化大学生人际交往环境和学业支持环境,提升校园环境支持度;根据学生评教结果动态调整课程内容和教学方法,提升大学生的课程满意度,进而提升其就业力水平。
