Cultivate Innovative and Entrepreneurial Qualities among Medical Students through Curriculum Ideology and Politics

As the main body of promoting the development of medical science and technology, medical students play an extremely important role in promoting the construction of new medical science. New medicine is a new concept based on the development of traditional medicine, breaking the discipline barrier, aiming to cultivate composite talents, taking reality as the orientation, and combining with the Internet, big data and artificial intelligence. Cultivating medical students’ innovation and entrepreneurship literacy is not only the internal need of the construction of innovative medical talents in new medical sciences, but also the development need of promoting the optimization of medical disciplines and effectively promoting the construction of an innovative country. As the main place for training medical talents, medical colleges and universities should integrate classroom ideology and politics with the new medical background to improve medical students’ professional knowledge, professional ethics, humanistic quality and scientific and technological quality, promote the cultivation of medical students’ innovative spirit, and further innovate medical theories, technologies and concepts. It lays a solid foundation for cultivating top medical talents with both innovative thinking and cultural self-confidence and building an innovative country.

Factors Affecting the Entrepreneurial Intention of Students at Tan Trao University

Entrepreneurship is one of the popular choices for students after graduation from higher education.The study focuses on proposing a model to identify the factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of students at Tan Trao University by researching some typical models in the world.By quantitative research methods based on a survey of 391 students,the study has shown that there are 5 factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of students at Tan Trao University,including opportunity,motivation,perception of behavioral control,skills and resources for entrepreneurship.Thereby,the study proposes a number of solutions for the students,the university and other related parties to promote students’entrepreneurial intentions.

An Examination of Social Media Role in Entrepreneurial Intention among Accounting Students: A SEM Study

The purpose of this paper is to examine the current role of social media on entrepreneurial intention among theaccounting students in Penang. A survey was designed and disseminated to the accounting students where 233 validresponses were collected. Through structural equation modelling, the findings indicated that entrepreneurialintention was significantly influenced by social media. The findings of this study provided useful information forthe government to engage with other stakeholders and make use of the social media advantage to shape effectivecommunication strategies to support entrepreneurial intention for accounting students.

Entrepreneurial Mind-Set Among Female University Students： A Study of University of Jos Students, Nigeria

In today＇s world, entrepreneurship is seen as the vital source for economic growth, and education in the creation and development of entrepreneurial attitudes. It is, therefore, natural to consider female students as the primary resource of future entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurship as a career option is becoming increasingly desirable. Responding to this need, many colleges and universities around the world have significantly increased their offerings of entrepreneurship courses over the past 25 years. Entrepreneurship courses are not only offered by Business Institutes, but other faculties like Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, Engineering, and Information Technology are also offering these courses in their syllabus. The problem under focus was to examine entrepreneurial mindset among female university students, a study of University of Jos. The study also ascertained the rate at which variables like： perception of entrepreneurship, role model and university＇s role to promote entrepreneurship are translated into entrepreneurial mindset of female students of University of Jos. A sample size of about 400 was adopted from the three Faculties of Management Science, Natural Sciences, and Social Sciences which were selected at random. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed using simple percentage and presented in tables and charts, the hypothesis which states that there is no significant relationship between the teaching of entrepreneurship and university female students＇ entrepreneurial mindset which was tested using z-test analyses of population proportion earlier conducted. This implies a weak relationship between the teaching of entrepreneurship and university female students＇ entrepreneurial mindset. Based on the above inference, the research recommended that, as providers of entrepreneurship trainings, universities must create entrepreneurship supportive environment that could encourage entrepreneurial activity which would in turn help develop an enterprise culture among the female students.

Entrepreneurial Skills and Innovative Behavior as Determinants on the Entrepreneurial Performance of Business Graduate Students

This study addressed the causal association of entrepreneurial performance as predicted by entrepreneurial skills and innovative behavior.Respondents of this research comprised 205 business graduate students from colleges and universities in SOCSARGEN Region in the Philippines.In a quantitative design and through purposive sampling,survey questionnaires were adopted,validated,and utilized.The researcher used the mean and multiple regression as tools in analyzing the data.Findings revealed that business graduate students’entrepreneurial skills,innovative behavior,and entrepreneurial performance were high.This means that business graduate students possessed entrepreneurial skills,innovative behavior was evident,and a very satisfactory entrepreneurial performance.On the individual capacity,entrepreneurial skills did not significantly influence business performance while innovative behavior significantly influenced entrepreneurial performance.

Research on Ways to Improve the Innovative and Entrepreneurial Ability of Poor College Students in Northwest China

Improving the ability of innovation and Entrepreneurship of impoverished college students in local colleges and universities could alleviate employment pressure to a certain extent, solve employment difficulties and help college students realize their self-worth, which are related to social stability and economic development. By using the methods of questionnaire and individual interviews, this paper investigates some of the students who set up files for poverty alleviation in northwest local colleges and universities, and understand the current situation of innovation and Entrepreneurship of poor college students. It is hoped that the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship can be improved by enhancing the awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship, improving the education system, innovating learning mode, building a practical platform and implementing quality management.

Strategies for Cultivating College Students'Innovation and Entrepreneurial Ability

Employment is the first priority for survival today.With the increasingly severe employment situation,the employment problem of college students has become inevitable.In recent years,with the expansion of university scale,the number of university graduates is increasing rapidly,with an imbalance in the number,structure,and social demand of talents;moreover,there are significant differences between college students'employment quality and social expectations.In order to cultivate the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students,this paper provides new ideas,analyzes the factors affecting the formation and development of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability,as well as proposes several strategies to enhance its scientificity,pertinence,and effectiveness,which are conducive to further strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship education as well as cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship talents in colleges and universities,thus providing strong support for talent training and teaching reform in colleges and universities in China.It also provides a solid foundation for China's social innovation and entrepreneurship,along with innovative and entrepreneurial services to meet the needs of society,so as to improve the success rate of entrepreneurship among college students,effectively promote entrepreneurship-driven employment,and solve the employment problems of college students,which are conducive to China's rapid transformation into an innovative country and a powerful country in terms of human resources.

Using Logistic Regression to Identify the Entrepreneurial Capability of Thai Agricultural Cooperatives Members on Their Farm Management

This study elaborates three things： Firstly is the current agricultural cooperatives management and their low farm performance in eight provinces in the eastern of Thailand where are the bases of Thailand famous fruits products. Secondly is to point out the key concepts of the theory of entrepreneur and the strength of it to assist the community development, to teach young people, adults and cooperatives members to prepare them to pertain good entrepreneurship that meets cooperatives concepts and principles. Thirdly is to give an example of research study that describes how to identify entrepreneurial capability of agricultural cooperatives members in Thailand, dependent variable is qualitative or binary, we use ＂odds value＂ or probability of success over the probability of failure to identify the set of odds value, and use exponential function to transform the odds value to be the log of odds or Logit model. If probability of entrepreneur is over the cutting point of 0.8, it implied that members are pertained high entrepreneurial capability and vise versa. The first step of research is the analysis of five year panel secondary data during 2011-2015, collected from Cooperatives Auditing Department. Eight groups of 679 numbers of data from 215 cooperatives were calculated, data were divided by the number of member. These eight independent variables are Total income per member, Total equity per member, Net profit per member, Co-ops operating capital per member, Total cooperatives capital per member, Total deposit per member, Total asset per member, Number of member. Qualitative data are the four sizes of cooperatives： large, big, medium, and small. Qualitative data are the only one intervening variable in the model. Secondary data found that only four quantitative independent variables effect to entrepreneurial capability. Total asset per member, and Total income per member had negative effect, but Net profit per member, and Cooperatives capital per member had positive effect. It means that if cooperatives acquire more and more asset, cooperatives will have more burden of debt or equity and probability of entrepreneur will be decreased. If cooperatives gain more and more income to the firm, it means the complex organization or the cooperatives will success but the individual member who is individual finn will get loss. Cooperatives capital per member and Net profit per member have positive effect. Because cooperatives capital were gained from residual and after the allocation of cooperatives surplus to be patronage refund according to the volume of business which member had done with the cooperatives and dividend pay out to member according to the number of stocks they held for their saving with the cooperatives. For qualitative variable, large and medium size of cooperatives had no any effects, but small size of cooperatives had more effect than the big size. It implied that big cooperatives who had more and more number of members have more and more burden. Small size of cooperatives is similar to individual firm of each member. Thus, optimum size of cooperatives is suitable for their service and efficient management, if the size of business volume increasing continuously, the quality of service will decrease, because almost cooperatives organization is pricing at break even point. Second step is a primary survey of data from Rayong province. Seventy-five samples of cooperatives members have not recorded their business information, both revenue and cost. We cannot use logistic regression to run the second model, but only Multiple Regression Analysis （MRA）. MRA results identify that the cooperatives profit of each member depends on three variables： （1） sales, （2） member responsibility （not board member responsibility or Management responsibility）, （3） member＇s level of education. Suggestion and recommendation is that agricultural cooperatives members in Thailand still have to improve their entrepreneurial capability by recording all information related to business functions and prepare financial record to represent efficient use of resources to meet member and community＇s needs.

Fostering Creativity and Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy in Engineering Undergraduates： Curriculum Power and Context in One University of Technology

Through the Sequential Mixed Methods Approach, 24 final year power engineering students underwent 12 learnshops on creativity and entrepreneurship with an attempt to foster creativity and entrepreneurial self-efficacy among them. Pre- and post-test on creativity using Torrance＇s Test of Creativity （TTCT） and Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy questionnaires were used to determine the level of both creativity and entrepreneurial self-efficacy The findings of the study show that a significant leap in how teaching and learning takes place is necessary if we are to properly prepare students for the 21st century knowledge economy and that active participation, confidence and ideas generation taking place under teamwork and informal settings are a way forward and to harness the two constructs.

Research on the Curriculum System for the Project Management Majored Entrepreneurial Talent

In this research article, we conduct research on the curriculum system for the project management majored entrepreneurial talent. The engineering management major construction and the oriented real estate industry, especially for the large and medium-sized backbone enterprises in civil engineering construction and the real estate enterprises train innovative, applied and compound of high-level engineering technology and the management talent. Entrepreneurship education student entrepreneurial ability is to make the students have successful entrepreneurial innovation ability, the development ability, organization and the core management ability, interpersonal communication and cooperation ability, comprehensive ability. Student entrepreneurial ability of high and low depends largely on the amount of corresponding knowledge in practice. Our research provides novel paradigm for the curriculum system construction and optimization for the universities.

The development and practice of starting businesses guiding system construction of students

The impact of the financial crisis exacerbated the students＇ employment situation, and the current situation of college students＇ entrepreneurial activities is worrying, which urgently need a systematic support program to be support and guide to the main business college. Based on the analysis of current situation and problems, this paper tries to build a entrepreneurial support system of contemporary college students as core, of tripartite coordinating community, university and government as basis to promote the healthy and sustainable development of entrepreneurial activities for the ultimate purpose of the entrepreneurial support system, to promote the healthy and sustainable development of entrepreneurial activities.

用户资源创新能力、创业模式与创业绩效关系研究——基于众创空间的双重网络嵌入的调节作用

资源对用户开展创业活动至关重要,但对用户创业者资源创新能力影响创业模式选择以及关于创业绩效理论机制的探讨较少。通过构建不同资源创新能力、创业模式与创新绩效之间的匹配关系模型,对221家嵌入众创空间的用户创业企业进行实证研究。结果发现:①资源获取创新能力有助于用户创业者选择协同型创业模式并促进生存绩效提升;②资源利用创新能力有助于用户创业者选择自主型创业模式并促进成长绩效提升;③创业模式在资源创新能力对创业绩效影响中发挥部分中介作用;④众创空间双重网络嵌入对资源创新能力与创业模式关系以及创业模式与创业绩效关系发挥正向调节作用。

数字化转型、动态能力与企业绩效——来自中国制造业上市公司的经验证据

基于资源基础理论和动态能力理论,构建了数字化转型—动态能力—企业绩效模型,并把创业导向作为调节变量引入其中,以A股制造业上市公司为研究样本,通过实证分析发现:数字化转型对企业绩效有显著的积极影响;动态能力在数字化转型与企业绩效关系中起中介作用;创业导向在数字化转型与企业绩效关系中起正向调节作用;数字化转型对企业绩效的影响存在异质性和滞后效应。结论丰富和扩展了数字化转型对企业绩效影响的实证研究,并为企业数字化转型提供了可行性建议。

创业导向对企业创新能力影响机制研究:基于动态能力理论

基于武汉城市圈相关企业的问卷调查,采用动态能力理论探讨创业导向与企业创新能力的关系,验证知识动态能力和组织网络能力的中介作用。实证研究发现:创业导向和知识动态能力、组织网络能力均呈正向关系;知识动态能力和组织网络能力正向影响企业创新能力;知识动态能力和组织网络能力在创业导向和企业创新能力之间起中介作用。从企业家精神、企业战略管理角度提出建议,帮助企业识别创业过程中的资源和能力,为企业加强创业导向积极效应。

初创企业的知识搜索对创业机会识别影响机制--基于企业数字化能力的中介作用

基于知识基础观和动态能力理论,构建知识搜索、企业数字化能力与创业机会识别的理论模型,对251个初创企业创始人样本数据开展信效度检验、共同方法偏差检验、描述统计、相关分析与假设检验,结果显示,知识搜索宽度和深度均正向影响创业机会识别,企业数字化能力促进创业机会识别;数字感知能力、数字协同能力和数字运营能力分别在知识搜索和促进创业机会识别关系中起部分中介作用,其中数字协同能力的中介作用最强。因此初创企业应合理采取知识搜索策略识别创业机会,重视企业数字化能力的培育以及发挥其在知识搜索与创业机会识别间的传导作用。

应用型高校生物科学专业师范生“专创融合”培养模式的研究与实践

高校创新创业教育是推进高等教育综合改革的重要举措,是高校助推国家创新驱动发展战略的重要抓手,也是新时代教育强国战略的题中之义。文章构建了生物科学专业师范生“11533”专创融合培养模式,进行了实践,取得了一定成效,为应用型本科高校师范生的“双创能力”提升培养提供了借鉴,该人才培养模式的推广可助力教师教育高质量发展,为基础教育输送卓越师资力量。

女大学生创新创业意愿及影响因素调查分析——以 X大学为样本的调查

女性是全民创业万众创新的重要力量。女性创新创业意愿直接影响国家创新创业政策的实施效果。女大学生是女性群体中极具活力的部分。为了更好地了解女大学生创新创业意愿及影响因素,本文以X大学为调查对象展开研究。调研发现,与男大学生相比,女大学生创新意愿偏高,创业意愿偏低。研修学习、行为态度以及实践应用等因素均与女大学生创新创业意愿具有显著相关性。调查得知,女大学生创新创业意愿现状主要归因于自信心不足、信息共享渠道不畅、资金支持有限及参与实效偏低等。为此应当持续关注原动力,增强女大学生的创新创业自信心;持续畅通渠道,提升女大学生创新创业信息获取质效;持续助力清障,加大为女大学生创新创业提供资金支持力度;持续推进实效,提高女大学生创新创业行动力。

大学生社会网络关系对创业意向的影响

为厘清影响大学生创业意向的因素,该研究从社会网络关系的视角出发,挖掘其对创业意向影响的内部作用机制。该研究在社交网络、个体特征和创业意向之间建立一个理论模型,并通过问卷法对615名大学生进行实证调查。结果表明,大学生的短期创业经历对其创业意向具有明显的促进作用,而创业竞赛的参与和获奖情况对大学生的创业意向则并未产生显著影响。个体社会网络对大学生的创业意向有着显著的正向影响。具体而言,社会网络维度中的关系强度、异质性和中心性都对大学生的创业意向产生积极影响,但网络规模会对其创业意向产生消极影响。研究结果对创业意向的提升具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。

返乡农民工创业失败经历对其创业绩效的影响

探究返乡农民工以往的创业失败经历对当前创业绩效的影响,对促进农户增收,实现乡村振兴具有重要意义。返乡创业失败的农民工再次创业的表现不仅关系到其个人的切身利益,更直接影响当地的创业氛围和乡村振兴战略的顺利推进。基于田野调查获得的数据,运用二元Logistic模型和中介效应模型方法定量分析创业失败经历对西部地区脱贫县返乡农民工再创业绩效的影响,并探讨其作用机制。结果表明:有先前创业失败经历的样本对象占41.62%,创业失败经历明显负向影响其当前的创业绩效;从作用机制来看,风险应对能力在创业失败经历对再创业绩效的影响过程中发挥着中介作用,创业失败经历抑制了再次创业的返乡农民工的风险应对能力,进而引致他们的创业绩效降低。此外,创业失败经历对生存型创业以及非农创业绩效的抑制更为明显。据此,建议构建多元化的创业学习培训体系,充分发挥榜样的帮扶引领作用,为再创业者提供多元化的信息支持,以阻断先前失败创业经历对返乡农民工再创业的消极影响,增强他们的风险应对能力,促进他们再创业绩效的提高。

基于心理资本的高职学生创业能力培养路径研究

“大众创业,万众创新”是国家实现经济转型、产业升级的重要动力源泉。高职院校毕业生是推进“双创”战略实施的主力军。在竞争激烈的创业市场,高职学生要想突破学历限制取得成功,除了需要掌握专业知识、专业技能外,还要具备良好的心理资本。本研究从心理资本角度出发,通过分析高职学生心理资本特征、影响高职学生创业的因素、心理资本与高职学生创业的关系等,探索心理资本在高职学生创业中的作用和影响,以期通过培养及提升高职学生心理资本来有效提升高职学生创业能力。
