Using multi-source data like remote sensing images,resource point coordinates,road networks and land type,a suitability assessment system for red study greenway route selection is constructed with red study resource l...Using multi-source data like remote sensing images,resource point coordinates,road networks and land type,a suitability assessment system for red study greenway route selection is constructed with red study resource layer,traffic condition layer,ecological condition layer,and service radius layer as the selection elements.Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Delphi method aree used to determine the selection factors and weight allocation of each element,and the single factor evaluation and multi factor overlaying analysis are used to accurately identify suitable selection corridors.The potential position is determined based on the lowest cost path.Finally,the final red study greenway is obtained through manual optimization based on the current situation of the road network.The analysis results show that the areas with the highest suitability were those with the richest distribution of first,second,and third level red study resources.An effective connection of red resource points and various elements helps to enhance the competitiveness of red study tours in Ji’an County,providing a realistic path for selecting study greenways for cities rich in red resources.展开更多

Based on previous studies, this paper summarizes the distribution and forms, sedi- mentary characteristics, formation mechanism, developing age, reddening process and the paleo-environment, suggesting that the Old Red Sand is mainly aeolian sediment of Late Pleistocene Age. The reddening process is mainly the result of decomposition and oxidation of iron-containing minerals caused by hot and humid tropical and sub-tropical climate. In this study, existing prob- lems are discussed and the prospect of further research is presented as well.展开更多

AIM:To evaluate whether red meat intake is related to the risk of endometrial cancer(EC) using meta-analysis.METHODS:We searched Pub Med,EMBASE,and the Cochrane Library up to June 2013,using common keywords related to...AIM:To evaluate whether red meat intake is related to the risk of endometrial cancer(EC) using meta-analysis.METHODS:We searched Pub Med,EMBASE,and the Cochrane Library up to June 2013,using common keywords related to red meat and EC.Case-control studies and cohort studies comparing the risk of endometrial cancer among categories by the amount of intake were included.Eleven case-control studies and five cohort studies met our criteria.We performed a conventional and a dose-response meta-analysis of case-control studies using the Der Simonian-Laird method for random-effects.For cohort studies we performed a conventional meta-analysis.Publication bias was evaluated using Egger's test.RESULTS:In the meta-analysis of 11 case-control studies including 5419 cases and 12654 controls,higher red meat consumption was associated with an increased risk of EC [summary relative risk(SRR) = 1.43,95%CI:1.15-1.79;I2 = 73.3% comparing extreme intake categories).In a dose-response analysis,for red meat intake of 100 g/d,SRR was 1.84(95%CI:1.64-2.05).In contrast,in the meta-analysis of five prospective studies including a total of 2549 cases among 247746 participants,no significant association between red meat intake and EC risk(SRR = 0.97,95%CI:0.85-1.11;I2 = 4.9% comparing extreme intake categories) was observed.CONCLUSION:Our meta-analysis found a significantlinear association between red meat intake and EC risk based on case-control studies but this was not confirmed in prospective studies.展开更多

By analyzing the genomie DNA of 97 red-pericarp flee eultivars, we identified two new alleles in C139 and C323. Establishment of a creep model is an important method to analyze the relationship between soil creep deformation and time,and the element model is widely used for studying soil creep.However,the element creep model is...Establishment of a creep model is an important method to analyze the relationship between soil creep deformation and time,and the element model is widely used for studying soil creep.However,the element creep model is employed for fitting saturated soil,and the mechanical element model is generally linear,which cannot well fit the nonlinear deformation of the soil with time in practice.The creep process of the soil is not only time-dependent,but also related to the deviatoric stress level.Therefore,the fractional calculus theory and a parameter n reflecting the effect of deviatoric stress level on the creep properties of the soil were introduced into the element model,and the fractional qBurgers creep model was established by using the fractional Koeller dashpot and Caputo fractional calculus.The proposed model was used to fit the triaxial test data of reticulated red clay under different net confining pressures and matric suctions by unsaturated triaxial apparatus.The proposed model can well describe the nonlinearity of unsaturated reticulated red clay,has memory and global correlation to the creep development process of unsaturated reticulated red clay,and has clear physical meaning.The functional relationships of the model parameters with the matric suction,net confining pressure and deviatoric stress level were deduced,so that the creep curves of unsaturated reticulated red clay can be obtained for any conditions,which is of great value for the study of unsaturated soils.展开更多

To summarize the evidence about the association between red and processed meat intake and the risk of esophageal cancer,we systematically searched the PubMed and EMBASE databases up to May 2012,with a restriction to E...To summarize the evidence about the association between red and processed meat intake and the risk of esophageal cancer,we systematically searched the PubMed and EMBASE databases up to May 2012,with a restriction to English publications,and the references of the retrieved articles.We combined the studyspecific relative risks(RRs) and 95%CI,comparing the highest with the lowest categories of consumption by using a random-effects model.A total of 4 cohort studies and 23 case-control studies were included in the meta-analysis.The combined RRs(95%CI) of the cohort studies comparing the highest and lowest categories were 1.26(1.00-1.59) for red meat and 1.25(0.83-1.86) for processed meat.For the case-control studies,the combined RRs(95%CI) comparing the highest and lowest categories were 1.44(1.16-1.80)for red meat and 1.36(1.07-1.74) for processed meat.Findings from this meta-analysis suggest that a higher consumption of red meat was associated with a greater risk of esophageal cancer.展开更多

Tridacna Maxima are very important ecological species as seafood source and as a substrate for reef-associated organisms;therefore we should protect it from extinction. Recently, these species are exposed for many factors of pollution (human activities, tourism and natural resources) that affect the distribution and abundance of it. The main objective of this research is to shed some light on the origin, stratigraphic position, systematic palaeontology and geographic distribution of Tridacna Maxima. In addition to their ecologic and environmental conditions were discussed. Finally, a proposed rules for protection these species from extinction were listed. In the present work, Kiton red-620 laser dye is embedded in synthesized PMMA matrix by chemical doping process. The spectral investigations of Kiton red-620 doped PMMA matrix has been carried out using FTIR, UV-visible and photoluminescence spectrophotometers. FTIR study showed that the absorption band region 1800 - 1000 cm-1 becomes sharper with the concentration of dye in PMMA matrix. UV-visible and photoluminescence study showed that a slight shifting appears in the absorption spectra, emission spec- tra and intensity of emission peaks as concentration of dye increases in PMMA matrix.展开更多
目的探讨外周血红细胞分布宽度(red blood cell distribution width,RDW)、系统免疫炎症指数(systemic immune-inflammation index,SⅡ)与重性抑郁障碍(major depressive disorder,MDD)的相关性。方法回顾性分析2020-2022年于我院临床...目的探讨外周血红细胞分布宽度(red blood cell distribution width,RDW)、系统免疫炎症指数(systemic immune-inflammation index,SⅡ)与重性抑郁障碍(major depressive disorder,MDD)的相关性。方法回顾性分析2020-2022年于我院临床心理科住院的176例MDD患者和常规体检的209例非MDD对照者的临床资料。从血液分析结果中,得到RDW、SⅡ、红细胞分布宽度与血小板计数比值(RDW to platelet ratio,RPR)。绘制受试者操作特征(receiver operator characteristic,ROC)曲线以确定RDW区分患者与对照的最佳临界值及曲线下面积(area under the curve,AUC)。结果MDD组患者的RDW[中位数及四分位数:13.20(12.70,13.98)vs.12.80(12.40,13.35)]、SⅡ水平[中位数及四分位数:510.87(350.95,878.12)vs.405.33(313.74,539.92)]高于非MDD组对照者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组间RPR差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,调整混杂因素后,RDW与MDD呈正关联(OR=3.086,95%CI:1.926~4.944)。ROC曲线结果显示,RDW区分MDD与非MDD的最佳临界值为12.85,AUC为0.647(95%CI:0.592~0.702;P<0.001)。结论高RDW可能是MDD发生的危险因素,是对MDD诊断有价值的重要参数。展开更多
