Temple of the Three Sus,which was first established during the Yuan Dynasty,features a natural,unrestrained,and classically elegant garden architectural style.This paper discusses the multiple characteristics and meanings of traditional architectural decorative patterns at Temple of the Three Sus from a semiotic perspective.First,it analyzes the denotative aspects of these patterns,including their stylistic forms,structural frameworks,and craftsmanship techniques.Second,the paper classifies the traditional architectural decorative patterns of the Temple of the Three Sus based on the types of sources of these patterns and interprets the implied meanings of each.Finally,the paper explores the application of these traditional decorative patterns in modern urban design,specifically in Meishan City,discussing the inheritance and innovation of these patterns in contemporary urban design and emphasizing the importance of integrating tradition with modernity. 展开更多

Calculation of the Standard Model Parameters and Particles Based on a SU(4) Preon Model

This paper describes an extension and a new foundation of the Standard Model of particle physics based on a SU(4)-force called hyper-color, and on preon subparticles. The hyper-color force is a generalization of the SU(2)-based weak interaction and the SU(1)-based right-chiral self-interaction, in which the W-and the Z-bosons are Yukawa residual-field-carriers of the hyper-color force, in the same sense as the pions are the residual-field-carriers of the color SU(3) interaction. Using the method of numerical minimization of the SU(4)-action based on this model, the masses and the inner structure of leptons, quarks and weak bosons are calculated: the mass results are very close to the experimental values. We calculate also precisely the value of the Cabibbo angle, so the mixing matrices of the Standard model, CKM matrix for quarks and PMNS matrix for neutrinos can also be calculated. In total, we reduce the 29 parameters of the Standard Model to a total of 7 parameters. 展开更多

With the development of the rail transit industry,more attention has been paid to the passive safety of rail vehicles.Structural damage is one of the main failure behaviors in a rail vehicle collision,but it has been paid little attention to in past research.In this paper,the quasi-static fracture experiments of SUS301L-MT under different stress states were carried out.The mechanical fracture properties of this material were studied,and the corresponding finite element simulation accuracy was improved to guide the design of vehicle crashworthiness.Through the tests,the fracture behavior of materials with wide stress triaxiality was obtained,and each specimen’s fracture locations and fracture strains were determined.Parameters of a generalized incremental stress state dependent damage model(GISSMO)of the material were calibrated,and the model’s accuracy was verified with test results from a 45°shear specimen.The GISSMO failure model accurately reflected the fracture characteristics of the material.The mesh dependency of this model was modified and discussed.The results show that the simulation agrees well with experimental data for the force-displacement curve after correction,but the strain distribution needs to be further studied and improved. 展开更多

采用磁控溅射技术,在SUS321不锈钢表面制备Cr/Cr N涂层,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)及分析天平等分别表征样品高温氧化及酸性盐雾腐蚀实验后的微结构及增重。结果表明,当磁控溅射气体分压比为P_(Ar)/P_(N_(2))=3∶1的涂... 采用磁控溅射技术,在SUS321不锈钢表面制备Cr/Cr N涂层,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)及分析天平等分别表征样品高温氧化及酸性盐雾腐蚀实验后的微结构及增重。结果表明,当磁控溅射气体分压比为P_(Ar)/P_(N_(2))=3∶1的涂层样品抗氧化性能及耐腐蚀性能最佳。在此基础上通过循环沉积制备了多层Cr/CrN涂层,6周期涂层样品在600℃氧化200 h后的单位面积增重为3.599 g/m^(2),表面氧化膜致密,没有出现剥落现象;6周期的涂层样品在酸性盐雾环境中能够保持480 h表面无变化,在放置500 h后边缘部位才开始出现轻微锈迹。固定磁控溅射气体分压比为P_(Ar)/P_(N_(2))=3∶1时,制备的6周期Cr/CrN多层膜涂层具有最佳的抗氧化及耐酸性盐雾腐蚀性能。 展开更多

DSA(dynamic strain aging)phenomenon in SUS316 steel was investigated using isothermal and non-isothermal tensile tests of simulated HAZ(heat-affected zone)thermal cycles.Isothermal tensile tests were performed on SUS316 in the peak temperature range of 20-700°C,with strain rates varying from 4.2×10^(-3)to 4.2×10^(-5)s^(-1).Based on the appearance of discontinuous plastic flows,expressed as serrations,and the hardening phenomenon of the tensile samples,the conditions for the occurrence of DSA in the SUS316 steel were investigated.Furthermore,the extent of hardening due to DSA was evaluated by comparing the hardness values of the SUS316 and SUS316EHP steels after the tensile tests.To confirm the effect of DSA on hardness in the HAZ of the welded SUS316 steel,non-isothermal tensile tests of the simulated HAZ thermal cycles were performed using a Thermec Master.The relationship between the increase in Vickers hardness due to DSA and the strain in the HAZ was determined;the effect of DSA on hardness in the HAZ could be predicted.The DSA in SUS316 steel was found to be mainly attributed to the dynamic interaction of dislocations with C and N interstitial atoms during high-temperature deformation. 展开更多

AIM:To explore the effects of hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)on retinal pigment epithelium(RPE)cell behaviors.METHODS:The human adult retinal pigment epithelial cell line-19(ARPE-19)were treated by HGF or mesenchymalepithelial transition factor(MET)inhibitor SU11274 in vitro.Cell viability was detected by a Cell Counting Kit-8 assay.Cell proliferation and motility was detected by a bromodeoxyuridine incorporation assay and a wound healing assay,respectively.The expression levels of MET,phosphorylated MET,protein kinase B(AKT),and phosphorylated AKT proteins were determined by Western blot assay.The MET and phosphorylated MET proteins were also determined by immunofluorescence assay.RESULTS:HGF increased ARPE-19 cells’viability,proliferation and migration,and induced an increase of phosphorylated MET and phosphorylated AKT proteins.SU11274 significantly reduced cell viability,proliferation,and migration and decreased the expression of MET and AKT proteins.SU11274 suppressed HGF-induced increase of viability,proliferation,and migration in ARPE-19 cells.Additionally,SU11274 also blocked HGF-induced phosphorylation of MET and AKT proteins.CONCLUSION:HGF enhances cellular viability,proliferation,and migration in RPE cells through the MET/AKT signaling pathway,whereas this enhancement is suppressed by the MET inhibitor SU11274.HGF-induced MET/AKT signaling might be a vital contributor of RPE cells survival. 展开更多

Excellent weldability substantially contributes to the intrinsic quality of steels,while appropriate chemical composition plays a primary role in the essential weldability of steels.The poor weldability of ferritic stainless steels could be improved through modification with minor alloy elements while minimally increasing the cost.Therefore,studying the effect of minor alloy elements on the weldability of steels is of considerable importance.In this study,several steels of middle-chromium hyperpure ferritic stainless 00Cr21Ti with different Ni content(0.3%,0.5%,0.8%,and 1.0%)were developed,and their weldabilities of butt joint samples welded using the metal inert gas welding process,including the influence of welded joints on the microstructure,tensile performance,corrosion resistance,and fatigue property,were investigated.Results show that the steels with w(Ni)≥0.8%exhibit excellent mechanical properties compared with those with low-Ni content steels,further,their impact toughness at normal atmospheric temperature meets the industrial application standard and the fatigue property is similar to that of 304 austenitic stainless steel.Moreover,results show that the corrosion resistance of all the samples is almost at the same level.The results acquired in this study are supposed to be useful for the optimization of the chemical composition of stainless steels aiming to improve weldability. 展开更多
