Methods: ninty-eight gyneeco logic patients who took 0. 5 mg morphine by subarahaid space to control postoperative pain, randomly divided into group Ⅰ (n = 50) whose bilateral Neiguan were blocked by 0. 25% bupivacaine 2 ml, group Ⅱ (n= 48), who were intravenously injected ondansetron 4 mg, preoperatively and postopera tively to prevent nausea and vomiting. The numbers of the patients experienced PONV were observed for 48 hrs after operation. Result: group i had 15 patients, group Ⅱ had 14 ones, who experienced ~ (P >0. 05 ), Conclusion: Neiguan blocking can effectively prevnt PONV caused by subara choid morphine anslgesia without side effects.展开更多
