To promote the development of building energy efficiency, we must set up effective incentive policies for both sides of the market transaction, improve the supervisory system, promote the technological progress, build the information sharing platform, so as to achieve the purpose of cultivating and improving the building energy efficiency market system, regulating the behavior of supply and demand subject, building the mutually beneficial and cooperative partnership, and realizing the balance of interests.

Operation optimization strategy of existing residential building energy-saving renovation market:From the perspective of subject behavior

The energy-saving renovation of existing residential buildings is a crucial measure to achieve the strategic goal of energy conservation and emission reduction in China and build ecologically livable cities.This article focuses on the perspective of subject behavior,starting from analyzing the current situation and difficulties of the operation of the energy-saving renovation market for existing residential buildings in China,drawing on the practical experience of the operation of the existing residential building energy-saving renovation market abroad.Based on principles such as systematicity,humanization,feasibility,and sustainability,the article constructs an operation optimization system of the existing residential building energy-saving renovation market from the perspective of subject behavior.In order to provide a reference for the healthy and orderly operation of the existing residential building energy-saving renovation market,this paper proposes implementation strategies for optimizing the operation of the existing residential building energy-saving renovation market.Suggestions are proposed from four aspects:optimizing the market environment,innovating the financing model,building the information sharing platform,and utilizing the synergies of the main subjects.

Construction of building energy conservation incentive policies under government regulation: Based on the subjects' behavior analysis

Building energy efficiency is a long-term strategy to achieve sustainable development, but the inconsistencies of main interests during the implementation lead to the need for government regulation in building energy conservation. Implementation of building energy efficiency of government regulation covers three aspects of construction and involves relevant participators, so the paper analyzes interests and roles of the related subjects in building energy saving, explore the motivations and its conversion mechanism of each player, and dissect the game relationship of associated earnings of developers' and consumers' behaviors selection under government control. Finally, the paper proposes basic requirements of building incentive policies for related subjects under government control to regulate the main behaviors of subjects in building energy efficient buildings and achieve energy efficiency goals and balance of all parties' benefits.

Editorial: Special subject on the mechanical behavior of thermal protection materials and structures

The thermal protection materials and structures are widely used in hypersonic vehicles for the purpose of thermal insulation, and their mechanical behavior is one of the key issues in design and manufacture of hypersonic vehicles. It is our great pleasure to present the seven papers in this special subject of Theoretical ＆ Applied Mechanics Letters （TAML） and introduce the recent progresses on the mechanical behavior of thermal protection materials and structures by the authors.

With the frequent occurrence of agricultural product safety incidents in recent years, the agricultural products' quality safety has become more and more concerned by the people. The relevant subjects are the direct relationship with the quality safety of agricultural products, and play a key role in ensuring the quality safety of agricultural products. 基于微信平台的健康信息行为研究:基本特征、主题范畴与展望

目的/意义梳理基于微信平台的健康信息行为研究现状,把握研究动态、拓宽媒介视角。方法/过程系统搜集国内外文献,运用内容分析法统计其发文趋势、研究方法和研究对象,归纳分析主题范畴并展望未来发展方向。结果/结论问卷调查法和访谈法广泛应用于微信平台健康信息行为研究中;老年微信用户和公众号功能成为热点研究对象;主要研究主题可归纳为健康信息使用行为、健康信息采纳行为、健康信息传播行为和持续使用行为4个范畴。未来应进一步丰富研究方法、细分研究对象、厘清主题内涵及外延。

角色认同、内部动机、主观锻炼体验与青少年锻炼行为的关系研究

目的:运用交叉滞后研究设计,探讨青少年角色认同、内部动机、主观锻炼体验与锻炼行为的因果关系。方法:采用《锻炼认同量表》中的角色认同分量表,《因果控制点知觉量表》的内部动机分量表,《主观锻炼体验量表》的积极幸福感和心理困扰分量表,以及《体育活动等级量表》等,对1091名青少年(45.28%男生)进行为期12周、两阶段的纵向问卷调查。结果:对于青少年,角色认同、内部动机、主观锻炼体验和锻炼行为的性别、学段差异显著(各指标男性皆高于女性,初中生皆高于高中生);角色认同、内部动机、主观锻炼体验与锻炼行为皆具有跨时间的稳定正相关;交叉滞后分析显示,角色认同与内部动机、角色认同与锻炼行为分别存在互为因果的关系,且内部动机能够单向预测12周后的锻炼行为和主观锻炼体验,锻炼行为能够单向预测12周后的主观锻炼体验,主观锻炼体验能够单向预测12周后的角色认同。结论:在青少年体育锻炼情境中,角色认同、内部动机、主观锻炼体验和锻炼行为具有性别、学段的非一致性特征;角色认同与内部动机、角色认同与锻炼行为分别存在互促、互抑关系,且内部动机是锻炼行为、主观锻炼体验的原因变量,锻炼行为是主观锻炼体验的原因变量,主观锻炼体验是角色认同的原因变量。

道阻且长,“行”者将“治”:公共事务的行为治理之道

行为治理是将行为科学洞见应用于公共治理场域而发展出的治理新模式。行为治理关注政府、组织和公民三类核心治理主体在互动过程中的心理、认知及行为规律,并分析治理主体互动关系的元素特征如何影响主体行为,同时更全面地考虑环境因素对微观行为的影响,以及个体行为汇聚为集体行动并产生更广泛治理结果的机制。行为治理呼吁治理工具的组合运用,强调“助推”和“助力”两大行为工具的内部融通,重视行为工具与传统工具的外部联动。行为治理脱胎于行为公共管理和行为公共政策,更强调各主体间的互动性,更重视环境的复杂性,更主张治理工具在内外部及各层次上的融会贯通。行为治理紧扣治理主体的行为要素,自下而上、从微观到宏观,丰富国家治理现代化的思想库和工具箱。

基于主体遗忘行为的产学研协同创新最优网络结构

探究产学研协同创新中的知识扩散最优网络结构对提升创新效率具有重要意义。现有关知识扩散过程中的遗忘机制大多被视为指数衰减,且主要关注企业之间的知识扩散,鲜有学者将主体知识遗忘行为纳入产学研协同创新最优网络结构的研究中。本文在现有知识交互模型上加入了遗忘系数,基于仿真方法,探究了主体遗忘行为对产学研协同创新绩效的影响及不同条件下产学研协同创新绩效提升的最优网络结构。结果表明:主体遗忘行为降低了整体绩效,弱化了个体之间的知识差异;在不同的主体知识遗忘率下,最优知识网络结构是不同的。据此,从平均路径长和集聚度视角提出了优化网络结构提升协同创新绩效的建议。

删繁就简:自愿简约及其前因、后果和理论解释

自愿简约是指个人因放弃有形的物质资源的拥有和满足,在简化外部生活过程中获得内心的丰富与充盈的生活方式。个体选择自愿简约既受到个人价值观、物质主义和宗教信仰等内部因素的驱使,也受到外部因素的影响。自愿简约对个体主观幸福感和客观环境可持续性具有积极作用。当前研究主要从需要理论、自我决定理论和计划行为理论来解释自愿简约的心理机制。未来研究需要多角度拓展自愿简约的形成机制、进一步挖掘自愿简约与幸福感的关系以及深入探索其产生的多重影响。

数字化转型下AI课堂观察系统使用对师生课堂行为的影响——基于W中学412节课例的循证研究

当前,课堂教学的数字化转型实践和应用正如火如荼,但师生可能因习惯于传统教学环境而对新技术的引入产生抵触情绪,从而影响数字化转型的成效。对此,文章以武汉市W中学七年级四个班的412节课例为研究样本,通过前后测实验设计,对比了AI课堂观察系统投入使用前后师生的课堂行为变化情况、不同特征(包括科目、职称、性别)教师的课堂行为差异,结果发现:AI课堂观察系统对师生课堂行为有一定的影响,且这种影响会随着时间的推移而减弱;AI课堂观察系统对不同特征教师产生了不同程度的影响。文章的研究揭示了课堂教学数字化转型面临的实践挑战,可为课堂教学创新的科学管理提供理论支撑和实践参考。

环保公益广告诉求对不同社会经济地位受众亲环境行为意向的影响

为探讨广告受众与不同诉求类型的公益广告之间能否形成有效匹配,通过情景启动法操纵180名被试的主观社会经济地位,采用3(广告诉求:理性、感性、无)×2(主观社会经济地位:高、低)被试间实验设计,探究环保公益广告诉求和社会经济地位对亲环境行为意向的影响。结果发现:低社会经济地位的个体观看理性和感性环保公益广告均能显著提升其亲环境行为意向,而高社会经济地位者仅在公域亲环境行为意向这一维度上发现了感性环保公益广告的显著提升效果。研究结果从公益广告诉求类型出发,引入大众传媒的作用,为促进人们的亲环境行为提供了新的应用路径。

“北冰南展”背景下南方高校学生参与校园冰雪运动行为意向研究——基于TPB拓展模型

以计划行为理论为理论框架,引入新奇追求和校园冰雪文化变量,构建了南方地区高校学生参与校园冰雪运动行为意向结构方程模型,并以湖南科技大学为例进行实证检验。研究发现,态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制、新奇追求和校园冰雪文化均会对参与校园冰雪运动行为意向产生正向影响,新奇追求与校园冰雪文化通过态度间接影响行为意向。因此,建议拓展宣传方式,营造校园冰雪文化氛围;利用社群影响,提高学生参与程度;完善“软硬”设施,提高学生知觉控制能力;把握学生新奇追求心理,促进学生持续参与行为。

主观社会地位对青少年亲社会冒险行为的影响:有调节的链式中介模型

为探讨主观社会地位对青少年亲社会冒险行为的影响,采用青少年主观社会地位量表、亲社会冒险行为量表、公正世界信念量表以及自尊量表,对1106名高中生进行调查。结果发现:(1)主观社会地位可以显著正向预测青少年亲社会冒险行为;(2)公正世界信念和自尊不仅在主观社会地位和亲社会冒险行为之间分别起部分中介作用,而且在两者间发挥着链式中介作用;(3)上述链式中介模型存在显著的性别差异,性别调节了模型中“主观社会地位—亲社会冒险行为”这一路径。研究为青少年亲社会冒险行为的引导和干预提供了理论指导和实证依据。

突发事件网络舆情多元主体决策行为的博弈演化研究

网络社交媒体平台中,政府和网络媒体在内的多个利益相关主体在舆情传播中的交叉影响,决定了突发事件舆情的演化方向,准确掌握舆情多元主体决策行为的博弈演化过程可以提升突发事件舆情治理效力,高效应对突发事件带来的舆情挑战,维护社会稳定与秩序。文章构建突发事件舆情多元主体行为博弈模型,分析各主体在不同情境下的最优决策,使用Python工具模拟仿真不同策略演化路径,验证各主体在不同情境下的决策行为和博弈结果。研究发现,演化博弈理论能够有效解析突发事件网络舆情多元主体决策行为的互作用机理,揭示舆情多元主体行为策略的演变、稳定性及其对舆情发展的影响。

“在场”与“虚置”:智能时代传播主体的内涵嬗变

智能技术的快速发展使传播内容从单一的信息转变为多元化的媒介产品,传播对象由大众传播时代的受众主体转变为智媒场域中集生产者、传播者和接收者于一身的用户主体。传播主体的行为转向和身份转向不仅导致主导权迁移,智能传播的虚拟性和具身性更是将传播主体从主动的“在场”转向“虚置”。面对人机共存所带来的主体地位的挑战,传播主体既要了解智能机器的算法思维和认知方式,充分发挥自身的创造性和集体智慧,还要平衡人与机器的关系,发展人的主体性需求。

基于三方演化博弈的科学数据开放共享主体行为策略分析

科学数据的开放共享既是开放科学的本质特征,也是中国大数据战略实施的重要环节。构建由科学数据的需求者、开放共享平台和提供者三方参与的博弈模型,系统探究了各主体间的合作竞争关系,并通过MATLAB软件仿真了系统策略的演化过程。重点分析了科学数据开放共享直接收益、科学数据寻求时间成本和科学数据开放共享平台收益3个关键变量的作用效果。结果表明:需求者为自身所需科学数据付费是促进科学数据开放共享的关键策略;平台监督机制以及给予提供者奖励与罚金的高低是影响科学数据提供方策略选择的重要因素。由此提出可以通过建立科学数据开放共享合理的付费机制,加强科学数据开放共享全生命周期安全监管,建立科学数据开放共享奖惩制度可以提升科学数据开放共享水平,推动中国科学数据开放共享进程。

扰乱国家机关工作秩序罪与寻衅滋事罪适用实证分析

由于立法上部分构成要件重合、相似,扰乱国家机关工作秩序罪与寻衅滋事罪的适用极易混同。通过实证分析586份裁判文书发现:首先,法院对扰乱国家机关工作秩序罪所侵害法益的定性模糊,扰乱国家机关工作秩序罪中的国家机关工作秩序和寻衅滋事罪公共场所秩序的法益区分不明显;其次,扰乱国家机关工作秩序罪与强拿硬要、起哄闹事型寻衅滋事罪行为方式、外观高度重合。因此,区分两罪也要从法益和行为方式入手,并参考寻衅滋事罪的主观违法要素进行区分。
