Gas-produced water is an accompanying wastewater in the natural gas extraction process,and it is a potential liquid lithium resource that contains a considerable amount of lithium.This study investigated the feasibili...Gas-produced water is an accompanying wastewater in the natural gas extraction process,and it is a potential liquid lithium resource that contains a considerable amount of lithium.This study investigated the feasibility of using manganese-based ion sieves to adsorb and extract lithium from gas-produced water.And we focused on the applicability of two different granulation methods,extrusion and droplet,in gas-produced water systems.Two types of H_(1.33)Mn_(1.67)O_(4) particles were prepared by the extrusion method(EHMO)and the droplet method(DHMO).The porosity of DHMO was much higher than that of EHMO,and the adsorption performance of DHMO increased with the decrease of binder concentration.DHMO prepared with a binder concentration of 0.14 g·ml^(-1)exhibited the best adsorption performance in gas-produced water,and the Li^(+)adsorption capacity could reach 25.14 mg·g^(-1).In gas-produced water,the adsorption equilibrium of DHMO only took 9 h,and the adsorption process conformed to the Langmuir model and pseudo-second-order kinetic model.The pore diffusion model(PDM)could well describe its adsorption process.Besides,DHMO showed a great selectivity to Li^(+),and the selectivity order of DHMO in gas-produced water was Li^(+)>Ba^(2+)>>Mg^(2+),Ca^(2+),Sr^(2+)>>Na^(+)>>K^(+).After 20 cycles,the Li^(+)adsorption capacity was still higher than 17.30 mg·g^(-1),and the rate of manganese dissolution was less than 1%.展开更多
BACKGROUND Sulongga-4(SL-4)is a herbal formula used in traditional Mongolian medical clinics for the treatment of peptic ulcers and gastroenteritis,even though its pharmacological mechanism has not been well character...BACKGROUND Sulongga-4(SL-4)is a herbal formula used in traditional Mongolian medical clinics for the treatment of peptic ulcers and gastroenteritis,even though its pharmacological mechanism has not been well characterized.AIM To evaluate the protective effect and identify the mechanisms of action of SL-4 on gastroduodenal ulcer induced by pyloric ligation(PL)in rats.METHODS PL was performed to induce gastric and duodenal ulcers in rats,which were then treated with oral SL-4(1.3,2.6,or 3.9 g/kg per day)for 15 d.PL-induced gastroduodenal ulceration.Therapeutic effects were characterized by pathological and histological evaluations and inflammatory indicators were analyzed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Microarray analyses were conducted to identify gene expression profiles of gastroduodenal tissue in PL rats with or without SL-4 treatment.The candidate target genes were selected and verified by quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR).RESULTS SL-4 decreased histopathological features in the PL-induced ulcerated rats.SL-4 significantly (P < 0.05) decreased expression of tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6, endotoxin, platelet-activating factor, and increasedprostaglandin E2 and epidermal growth factor in ulcer tissue. Microarray analysiswas used to identify a panel of candidate target genes for SL-4 acting on PLinducedulceration. Genes included some complement and coagulation cascadeand retinol metabolism pathways that are closely associated with inflammatoryresponses and gastric mucosal protective mechanisms. qRT-PCR showed thataltered expression of the selected genes, such as CYP2b2, UGT2b1, A2m, andMASP1 was consistent with the microarray results.CONCLUSIONSL-4 exerts protective effects against PL-induced gastroduodenal ulcers viareducing inflammatory cytokines and elevating expression of gastric acidinhibitory factors. Downregulation of CYP2b2 and UGT2b1 genes in retinolmetabolism and upregulation of A2m and MASP1 genes in the complement andcoagulation cascades pathways are possibly involved in SL-4-mediated protectionagainst gastroduodenal ulcer.展开更多
In order to reveal the intrinsic fluid-dynamic mechanisms of a pressure-swirl nozzle used for Si3N4 dry granulation,and effectively predict its external spray characteristics,the dynamics of air-atomized liquid two-p...In order to reveal the intrinsic fluid-dynamic mechanisms of a pressure-swirl nozzle used for Si3N4 dry granulation,and effectively predict its external spray characteristics,the dynamics of air-atomized liquid two-phase flow is analyzed using a VOF(Volume of Fraction)method together with the modified realizable k-εturbulence model.The influence of nozzle orifice shape on velocity distribution,pressure distribution is studied.The results show that the pressure difference in a convergent conical nozzle is the largest with a hollow air core being formed in the nozzle.The corresponding velocity of atomized liquid at nozzle orifice is the largest.Using a self-designed atomization experiment platform,the velocity and pressure of atomized liquid and the spray cone angle are measured for three nozzles with different orifice shapes.The micro-morphology of Si3N4 particles is also determined.These data confirm the correctness of numerical simulation.Considering atomization performance of the nozzle,the contraction conical nozzle is more suitable for the atomization of Si3N4 in practical production based on the dry granulation approach.展开更多

Methods: The apoptosis was examined by the flow cytometric analysis and immunofluorescence double-staining method. Results: Apoptosis of male BXSB mice speeds up. LCJG can restrain the excessive apoptosis of CD 4 +T and CD 19 +B cells in spleen. Conclusion: LCJG treated systemic lupus erythematosus by restraining the excessive apoptosis of T, B lymphocytes, probably restraining the release of excessive amount of apoptotic DNA fragments, so decreasing abnormal proliferation of B cells and the produce of autoantibodies.展开更多
Background:Now that the epidemic of new coronavirus pneumonia(corona virus disease 2019)is spreading all over the world,Jinhuaqinggan granules in the Chinese treatment plan has been proved to be an effective Chinese p...Background:Now that the epidemic of new coronavirus pneumonia(corona virus disease 2019)is spreading all over the world,Jinhuaqinggan granules in the Chinese treatment plan has been proved to be an effective Chinese patent medicine for the treatment of corona virus disease 2019.Methods:This study aims to clarify the possible therapeutic mechanism governing the efficacy of Jinhuaqinggan granules in the treatment of corona virus disease 2019,through using network pharmacology and molecular docking.During the analysis,227 active components were obtained and screened by using the ADME method.Furthermore,282 Jinhuaqinggan granule targets and 56 common targets with corona virus disease 2019 were gathered from various databases.Then the protein-protein interaction network of Jinhuaqinggan granules and corona virus disease 2019 targets were constructed and 6 core targets were selected through network topology analysis.In addition,A total of 262 biological function annotation entries(P<0.01)and 101 pathways(P<0.01)were obtained by gene ontology functional enrichment analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway analysis.Results:Molecular docking showed that quercetin,luteolin,kaempferol,wogonin and naringin had an affinity for SARS-CoV-23CL hydrolase and angiotensin-converting enzyme 2.Conclusion:corona virus disease 2019 can be prevented by the primary targets of Jinhuaqinggan granules.The most important bioactive components in Jinhuaqinggan granules-quercetin,naringenin,luteolin and wogonin-can play antiviral effect,anti-inflammatory storm,regulate immunity by regulating signal transducers and activators of transcription 1,interleukin 4,interferon-γ,heme oxygenase 1 and acting on the lipopolysaccharide response,toll-like receptor signaling pathway,mitogen-activated protein kinase signaling pathway,etc.展开更多
