Study on the Cutting Rooting of Syriga Microphylla with Tender Branches

[Objective] The study was carried out in order to find out the best method of rapid cutting rooting of Syriga microphylla with tender branches.[Method] Effect of rooting reagent with different concentrations on the rapid cutting rooting of Syriga microphylla with tender branches was studied in our paper.[Result] There was great difference between cuttings with auxin and without auxin.[Conclusion] Tender branches treated by 90 mg/L indole butyric acid（IBA）had the best cutting rooting.

小叶丁香硬枝扦插生根的研究

[目的]找出小叶丁香硬枝扦插快速生根的最佳方案。[方法]研究不同基质配比及生根剂浓度对小叶丁香硬枝扦插快速生根的影响。[结果]未经生长素处理的插穗以不同方式扦插在不同基质上生根情况差别不明显,经过生长素处理的插穗以不同方式扦插不同扦插基质上生根情况有很大差别。[结论]进行全插的插穗以120 mg/LNAA溶液处理过并扦插在纯河沙中的生根情况最好;进行半插的插穗以110 mg/LIBA溶液处理过并扦插在土+河沙+蛭石中的生根情况最好。

小叶丁香嫩枝扦插生根研究

[目的]找出小叶丁香嫩枝扦插快速生根的最佳方法。[方法]研究不同浓度生根剂对小叶丁香嫩枝扦插快速生根的影响。[结果]经生长素处理的插穗其生根情况较未经过生长素处理的插穗有很大差别。[结论]经90 mg/L吲哚丁酸(IBA)溶液处理过的顶部嫩枝插穗的扦插生根情况最好。
