It is pointed out that although these interpretations play an active role in enriching the theory of core competence,it still faces the problems to further deepen these interpretations:the first problem is how to give a precise definition;the second is about its extension;the third is on the logical and practical relationship between the production mechanism and its sustainable competitive advantages;the fourth is the problems in the production process and the corresponding management. Both the systematic essence and features of core competence are introduced:the first is the system self-organization process produced within the corporate;the second is the interaction between corporate system and environment;it needs a growing and evolution process. This paper briefly describes the essence of core competence of agricultural high-tech corporate,introduces its five features including systematicness,integration,non-imitation,ductility and non-equilibrium,and finally explains its component parts,mainly including corporate culture system,technological innovation system,human resource system,management capability system,corporate production and marketing system,financial capability system and adaptability system.展开更多

Within the context of the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI)and the China-Myanmar Economic Corridor(CMEC),the Dulong-Ir-rawaddy(Ayeyarwady)River,an international river among China,India and Myanmar,plays a significant role...Within the context of the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI)and the China-Myanmar Economic Corridor(CMEC),the Dulong-Ir-rawaddy(Ayeyarwady)River,an international river among China,India and Myanmar,plays a significant role as both a valuable hydro-power resource and an essential ecological passageway.However,the water resources and security exhibit a high degree of vulnerabil-ity to climate change impacts.This research evaluates climate impacts on the hydrology of the Dulong-Irrawaddy River Basin(DIRB)by using a physical-based hydrologic model.We crafted future climate scenarios using the three latest global climate models(GCMs)from Coupled Model Intercomparison Project 6(CMIP6)under two shared socioeconomic pathways(SSP2-4.5 and SSP5-8.5)for the near(2025-2049),mid(2050-2074),and far future(2075-2099).The regional model using MIKE SHE based on historical hydrologic processes was developed to further project future streamflow,demonstrating reliable performance in streamflow simulations with a val-idation Nash-Sutcliffe Efficiency(NSE)of 0.72.Results showed that climate change projections showed increases in the annual precip-itation and potential evapotranspiration(PET),with precipitation increasing by 11.3%and 26.1%,and PET increasing by 3.2%and 4.9%,respectively,by the end of the century under SSP2-4.5 and SSP5-8.5.These changes are projected to result in increased annual streamflow at all stations,notably at the basin’s outlet(Pyay station)compared to the baseline period(with an increase of 16.1%and 37.0%at the end of the 21st century under SSP2-4.5 and SSP5-8.5,respectively).Seasonal analysis for Pyay station forecasts an in-crease in dry-season streamflow by 31.3%-48.9%and 22.5%-76.3%under SSP2-4.5 and SSP5-8.5,respectively,and an increase in wet-season streamflow by 5.8%-12.6%and 2.8%-33.3%,respectively.Moreover,the magnitude and frequency of flood events are pre-dicted to escalate,potentially impacting hydropower production and food security significantly.This research outlines the hydrological response to future climate change during the 21st century and offers a scientific basis for the water resource management strategies by decision-makers.展开更多

The helper a...In the baculovirus shuttle vector(bacmid) system, a helper plasmid and a donor plasmid are employed to insert heterologous genes into a cloned baculovirus genome via Tn7 transposition in Escherichia coli. The helper and donor plasmids are usually cotransfected with constructed bacmids into insect cells, which will lead to integration of these plasmids into the viral genome,and hence to the production of defective virions. In this study, to facilitate the preparation of plasmid-free recombinant bacmids, we modified a set of helper and donor plasmids by replacing their replication origins with that of a temperature-sensitive(ts) plasmid, p SIM6. Using the resulting ts helper plasmid p MON7124 ts and the ts donor plasmid p FB1ts-PH-GFP, a recombinant bacmid,b Ac WT-PG(-), was constructed, and the transposition efficiency was found to be 33.1%. The plasmids were then removed by culturing at 37 °C. For b Ac WT-PG(-), the infectious progeny virus titer and the protein expression level under the control of the polyhedrin promoter were similar to those of a bacmid constructed with unmodified helper and donor plasmids. These ts plasmids will be useful for obtaining plasmid-free bacmids for both heterologous protein production and fundamental studies of baculovirus biology.展开更多

AIM:To access the efficacy of combination with amoxicillin and tetracycline for eradication of Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori),thus providing clinical practice guidelines.METHODS:Pub Med,EMBASE,Cochrane Central Register...AIM:To access the efficacy of combination with amoxicillin and tetracycline for eradication of Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori),thus providing clinical practice guidelines.METHODS:Pub Med,EMBASE,Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials,Science Citation Index,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang,and Chinese Biomedical Literature databases and abstract books of major European,American,and Asian gastroenterological meetings were searched.All clinical trials that examined the efficacy of H.pylori eradication therapies and included both tetracycline and amoxicillin in one study arm were selected for this systematic review and meta-analysis.Statistical analysis was performed with Comprehensive Meta-Analysis Software(Version 2).Subgroup,meta-regression,and sensitivity analyses were also carried out.RESULTS:Thirty-three studies met the inclusion criteria.The pooled odds ratio(OR)was 0.90(95%CI:0.42-1.78)for quadruple therapy with amoxicillin and tetracycline vs other quadruple regimens,and total eradication rates were 78.1%by intention-to-treat(ITT)and 84.5%by per-protocol(PP)analyses in the experimental groups.The pooled eradication rates of 14-d quadruple regimens with a combination of amoxicillin and tetracycline were 82.3%by ITT and89.0%by PP,and those of 10-d regimens were 84.6%by ITT and 93.7%by PP.The OR by ITT were 1.21(95%CI:0.64-2.28)for triple regimens with amoxicillin and tetracycline vs other regimens and 1.81(95%CI:1.37-2.41)for sequential treatment with amoxicillin and tetracycline vs other regimens,respectively.CONCLUSION:The effectiveness of regimens employing amoxicillin and tetracycline for H.pylori eradication may be not inferior to other regimens,but further study should be necessary.展开更多

I n the research field, the main question is how to find an universal kinematics m odeling method for different kinds of NC machine tools. Multi-body system theor y is always used to solve the dynamics problem of complex physical system. But t ill now, the error factors that always exist in practice system is still not con sidered. In this paper, the accuracy kinematics of MBS (multi-body system) are developed by adding the movement error items and the positioning error items for every couple of adjacent bodies. After make an analysis for different kinds of NC machine tools we can find that NC machine tools can be looked as a kind of sp ecial MBS. It’s main construction only contains two movement branch. the one is from base part to workpiece and the other is from base part to cutter. So an u niversal volumetric error modeling method and the error analysis method for NC m achine tools can be built in this paper based on MBS theory. The essential condi tion for precision machining is derived through mathematics equations and the co ncept of ICCP (inverse changed cutter path ) and ICNI (inverse changed NC instru ction ) are presented in this paper. The numerical solution methods for ICCP and ICNI are also given in this paper which can be directly used to enhance the mac hining accuracy of NC machine tools. In order to verifying the above works, the double frequency laser interface detecting instrument of RENISHAW is used to mea sure the error parameters of the MAKINO 3-axis NC machine tools and the softwar es are developed using C++ developing language to simulate the cutte r trail under different kind conditions in the computer. Latterly the standard w ork parts are selected to be machined on the MAKINO 3-axis NC machine tools bef ore and after use the above mentioned error compensation method respectively. Th e simulation and experiment results show that the volumetric error modeling meth od is effective and the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools can be improved more than 60% after using the compensation method presented in this paper.展开更多

Background:The goal of the present study was to determine whether exogenous attentional mechanisms involved in motor planning for saccades and reaches are the same for both effectors or are independent for each effect...Background:The goal of the present study was to determine whether exogenous attentional mechanisms involved in motor planning for saccades and reaches are the same for both effectors or are independent for each effector.We compared how eye and arm movement parameters,notably reaction time and amplitude,are affected by modulating exogenous attentional visual cues at different locations relative to a target.Methods:Thirteen participants(M=22.8,SD=1.5)were asked to perform a task involving exogenous attentional allocation and movement planning.The participants were asked to fixate and maintain their hand at an initial position on a screen in front of them(left or right of screen centre)and then,at the disappearance of the fixation cross,perform an eye or arm movement,or both,to a target square(mirror location of fixation cross).A distractor appeared momentarily just before the appearance of the target at one of seven equidistant locations on the horizontal meridian.Saccade reaction times(SRTs),reach reaction times(RRTs)and amplitudes were calculated.Results:Compared to the neutral condition(where no distractor was presented),distractors overall did not result in a facilitation of SRTs at any location(shorter SRTs),rather only a strong inhibition(longer SRTs)as a function of distractor target distance.In contrast,RRTs showed strong facilitation at the target location and less inhibition at further distances.However,both SRTs and RRTs followed a similar pattern in that RTs were shortest closer to the target position and were increasingly longer as a function of distractor target distance.In terms of amplitude,there was no effect of the distractor on reach endpoints,whereas,for saccades,there was an averaging effect of distractor position on saccade endpoints,but only for saccades with short SRTs.These effects were similar when either effector movement was performed alone or together.Conclusions:These findings suggest that attentional selection mechanisms have both similar and differential effects on motor planning depending on the effectors used,providing evidence for both effector independent and effector dependent attentional selection mechanisms.This study furthers understanding of the operating mechanisms of exogenous attention on eye and arm movements and the interaction between sensory and motor systems.展开更多
The last few years have been marked by the increase in power of IFRS international accounting standards.From the full or partial adoption to the gradual convergence,many countries have displayed a strong preference fo...The last few years have been marked by the increase in power of IFRS international accounting standards.From the full or partial adoption to the gradual convergence,many countries have displayed a strong preference for these standards.Meanwhile,the implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards(IFRS standard)in the context of developing countries is not trivial.We are witnessing an unprecedented clash between the authors who support the interest of these standards for developing countries,and those who conversely demonstrate that these norms are not well adapted to the context of those countries.Falling within this problematic,this thesis analyses the issues and determinants of the convergence of the Organisation pour l’Harmonisation en Afrique du Droit des Affaires(OHADA)accounting system towards IFRS international accounting standards in view of the reforms introduced by the last revision.From a sample of 10 companies,among which two local firms,two international firms,three publicly traded companies,and three not listed other companies,we show that the current convergence towards international accounting standards follows an effect of coercitive and mimetic isomorphism.In so doing,the timely implementation of these standards in the context of Cameroon is contingent with a number of structural and environmental factors that call their pertinence into question.展开更多

Th e simulation and experiment results show that the volumetric error modeling meth od is effective and the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools can be improved more than 60% after using the compensation method presented in this paper.

文摘Background:The goal of the present study was to determine whether exogenous attentional mechanisms involved in motor planning for saccades and reaches are the same for both effectors or are independent for each effector.We compared how eye and arm movement parameters,notably reaction time and amplitude,are affected by modulating exogenous attentional visual cues at different locations relative to a target.Methods:Thirteen participants(M=22.8,SD=1.5)were asked to perform a task involving exogenous attentional allocation and movement planning.The participants were asked to fixate and maintain their hand at an initial position on a screen in front of them(left or right of screen centre)and then,at the disappearance of the fixation cross,perform an eye or arm movement,or both,to a target square(mirror location of fixation cross).A distractor appeared momentarily just before the appearance of the target at one of seven equidistant locations on the horizontal meridian.Saccade reaction times(SRTs),reach reaction times(RRTs)and amplitudes were calculated.Results:Compared to the neutral condition(where no distractor was presented),distractors overall did not result in a facilitation of SRTs at any location(shorter SRTs),rather only a strong inhibition(longer SRTs)as a function of distractor target distance.In contrast,RRTs showed strong facilitation at the target location and less inhibition at further distances.However,both SRTs and RRTs followed a similar pattern in that RTs were shortest closer to the target position and were increasingly longer as a function of distractor target distance.In terms of amplitude,there was no effect of the distractor on reach endpoints,whereas,for saccades,there was an averaging effect of distractor position on saccade endpoints,but only for saccades with short SRTs.These effects were similar when either effector movement was performed alone or together.Conclusions:These findings suggest that attentional selection mechanisms have both similar and differential effects on motor planning depending on the effectors used,providing evidence for both effector independent and effector dependent attentional selection mechanisms.This study furthers understanding of the operating mechanisms of exogenous attention on eye and arm movements and the interaction between sensory and motor systems.
文摘The last few years have been marked by the increase in power of IFRS international accounting standards.From the full or partial adoption to the gradual convergence,many countries have displayed a strong preference for these standards.Meanwhile,the implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards(IFRS standard)in the context of developing countries is not trivial.We are witnessing an unprecedented clash between the authors who support the interest of these standards for developing countries,and those who conversely demonstrate that these norms are not well adapted to the context of those countries.Falling within this problematic,this thesis analyses the issues and determinants of the convergence of the Organisation pour l’Harmonisation en Afrique du Droit des Affaires(OHADA)accounting system towards IFRS international accounting standards in view of the reforms introduced by the last revision.From a sample of 10 companies,among which two local firms,two international firms,three publicly traded companies,and three not listed other companies,we show that the current convergence towards international accounting standards follows an effect of coercitive and mimetic isomorphism.In so doing,the timely implementation of these standards in the context of Cameroon is contingent with a number of structural and environmental factors that call their pertinence into question.
