Coalition Emergency Response System, City Security and City Sustainable Development

The relations among the establishment of Coalition Emergency Response System （CERS）, city security and city sustainable development are analyzed in the article. According to the relation analysis, it is concluded that cities should build up their CERS to deal with the thread of damage in China. The recommendations about the establishment of the system are also provided.

交通因素在城市发展中的作用的探讨——兼论交通时间和城市化的关系

本文在概述城市成长方式的基础上,着重分析和论述在城市发展过程中交通因素的决定作用,指出城市的发展水平不仅视其规模的大小,而主要视其城市系统的完善程度。同时分析了城市群地区城市化过程中交通时间的作用。
