HYSY981,which China National Offshore Oil Corporation(CNOOC) possesses its intellectual property right,is brought forward by advanced research,concept design and combined basic design. The key technologies are the researches concerning global design,system integration,platform positioning,global performance analysis,structural strength and fatigue analysis,environment effect assessment of South China Sea,basin test and tunnel test,and construction technology of platform. Core technology of design and construction for the 6th deep water semi-submersible rig is held. Independent detail design and construction are also accomplished. These have improved technology of key equipment for China offshore oil exploitation.展开更多

Locust has the capacity to maintain a righting posture and glide through attitude adjustment after leaping. A prototype inspired by the dynamic mechanism of attitude adjustment of locusts was developed. The prototype ...Locust has the capacity to maintain a righting posture and glide through attitude adjustment after leaping. A prototype inspired by the dynamic mechanism of attitude adjustment of locusts was developed. The prototype consists of a pair of wings driven by a four-bar mechanism, and a 2 Degree of Freedom (DOF) tail to imitate the movement of the locust abdomen. The power source, microcontroller, wireless data transmission module, and attitude sensors are contained in the fuselage. Experiments imitating the flight of locust were conducted to determine the mechanism of locust Subsequent Attitude Adjustment (SAA). The tethered prototype was driven by the movement of the tail and the flapping of the wings. Results show that the pitch and yaw of the tail, and the asymmetric action of the flapping wings significantly influence the posture of the prototype. These findings suggest that both the wiggling abdomen and flapping wings contribute to the locust SAA in the air. This research lays the groundwork and technical support for the probable design and development of practical jumping robots with attitude adjustment function.展开更多

While the street design is seemingly a technical means for physical space, essentially it is the redistribution of urban space rights. This paper argues that street design should focus on the 'street right,' which can be divided into the right to pass and the right to stay, and it may as well be divided into permanent right and process right. Permanent right mainly includes property right and use right, and process right includes participation right and decision-making right. At present, there are many problems confronted by streets in China, such as uncoordinated division of property right between public and private parties, unfair spatial distribution neglecting the use right of slow traffic, less participation and no decision-making right for citizens during street design process, etc. Based on recent design practices in Shanghai, Xiamen, Shangyu, and several other cities, this paper explores strategies in terms of the coordination and integration of property right and space, fair distribution of street use right, and the public empowerment in street design.展开更多

This paper analyzes street spaces as public goods, or their nature as a 'public pool,' from the perspective of property rights. After conducting a picture for the use of public street spaces in two innovative districts in Beijing via big data description and field investigation, this paper analyzes the use of public spaces from the perspective of property rights, spatial supply and demand, and the distribution and management of public goods. It further proposes three strategies for street design transformation, including refined management, design integrity, and planning priority transformation.展开更多
为科学评价信号交叉口右转渠化岛设置给非机动车过街带来的交通安全风险,实地采集了南昌市5个信号交叉口的视频,并提取了各交叉口右转渠化岛区域机非冲突数据、交叉口几何设计特征、交叉口渠化方式以及交通流特性等数据;采用改进型距离...为科学评价信号交叉口右转渠化岛设置给非机动车过街带来的交通安全风险,实地采集了南昌市5个信号交叉口的视频,并提取了各交叉口右转渠化岛区域机非冲突数据、交叉口几何设计特征、交叉口渠化方式以及交通流特性等数据;采用改进型距离碰撞时间(time to collision,TTC)对交通冲突进行判定,共得到304起冲突事件;基于贝叶斯方法构建了考虑不同交叉口间异质性的随机效应冲突模型,对比了固定效应与随机效应负二项模型的拟合优度并分析了显著影响因素;基于随机效应模型,确定了期望机非冲突数计算公式,绘制了不同交通流情况下信号交叉口渠化岛设置标准曲线并提供了案例说明。研究表明:相比于固定效应模型,随机效应模型对机非冲突有更好的拟合效果;相比于无渠化岛交叉口,软渠化岛和硬渠化岛的设置会导致交通冲突分别增加38%和61.4%;右转机动车交通量、过街非机动车交通量和非机动车违法行驶数量每增加1%,将导致机非冲突分别增加0.85%、0.44%和0.18%;右转机动车平均速度每增加1%,将导致机非冲突减少2.5%。研究成果为定量化分析交通冲突影响要素提供了有效思路,可为右转渠化岛交通设计提供理论支撑。展开更多
