A series of TiAl+Nb alloys with various Nb contents has been employed to explore phase relationship and the evolution of microstructure.A new ordered γ derivative (γ1) has been observed in the alloy containing 20 at% Nb.The additional diffraction spots added to the diffraction pattern of L10 (TiAl) structure have been found in the alloy containing Nb up to 11 at% in terms of further ordering.The transformation from L10 (TiAl) structure to the further ordering phase,γ1,is a continuous ordering process with the substitution of Nb atoms for Ti atoms in alloys with over-stoichiometric Al content of TiAl.The possible transformtion characterzation has been discussed. 展开更多

Systemic sclerosis(SSc) is a complex, multiorgan autoimmune disease of unknown etiology. Manifestation of the disease results from an interaction of three key pathologic features including irregularities of the antigen-specific immune system and the non-specific Immune system, resulting in autoantibody production, vascular endothelial activation of small blood vessels, and tissue fibrosis as a result of fibroblast dysfunction. Given the heterogeneity of clinical presentation of the disease, a lack of universal models has impeded adequate testing of potential therapies for SSc. Regardless, recent research has elucidated the roles of various ubiquitous molecular mechanisms that contribute to the clinical manifestation of the disease. Transforming growth factor β(TGF-β) has been identified as a regulator of pathological fibrogenesis in SSc. Various processes, including cell growth, apoptosis, cell differentiation, and extracellular matrix synthesis are regulated by TGF-β,a type of cytokine secreted by macrophages and many other cell types. Understanding the essential role TGF-β pathways play in the pathology of systemic sclerosis could provide a potential outlet for treatment and a better understanding of this severe disease. 展开更多

The theory of time scales,which unifies continuous and discrete analysis,provides a powerful mathematical tool for the study of complex dynamic systems.It enables us to understand more clearly the essential problems of continuous systems and discrete systems as well as other complex systems.In this paper,the theory of generalized canonical transformation for second-order Birkhoffian systems on time scales is proposed and studied,which extends the canonical transformation theory of Hamilton canonical equations.First,the condition of generalized canonical transformation for the second-order Birkhoffian system on time scales is established.Second,based on this condition,six basic forms of generalized canonical transformation for the second-order Birkhoffian system on time scales are given.Also,the relationships between new variables and old variables for each of these cases are derived.In the end,an example is given to show the application of the results. 展开更多

针对空调系统能耗预测建模过程中的数据质量、模型输入参数筛选等问题,研究基于Transformer神经网络的空调系统能耗预测模型构建和参数优化方法,结果表明:可以通过广义极端学生化偏差方法对数据中的离群值进行检测修正,从而提升数据质量... 针对空调系统能耗预测建模过程中的数据质量、模型输入参数筛选等问题,研究基于Transformer神经网络的空调系统能耗预测模型构建和参数优化方法,结果表明:可以通过广义极端学生化偏差方法对数据中的离群值进行检测修正,从而提升数据质量;通过余弦相似度对输入参数进行两两相关性检验来消除各参数间的多重共线性,实现对输入参数的初步筛选;采用随机森林算法计算初选参数对空调能耗预测结果的影响来判断冗余参数,进而完成对输入特征参数的最终筛选;建立的空调能耗预测模型对数据测试集的预测结果均方根误差RMSE为38.831 kW,相关系数R^(2)为0.952,表现出了良好的预测性能。 展开更多

FCC/HCP martensitic transformation and shape memory effect in Co-Al binary system

It is known that pure Co undergoes martensitic transformation from γ phase (fcc) to ε phase (hcp) by the movement of a/6<112> Shockley partial dislocations at around 400 ℃, however, there have been few systematic works on the SM effect in Co and Co-based alloys. In this study, the fcc/hcp rnartensitic transformation and the SM effect were investigated in Co-A1 binary alloys(mole fraction of Al=0-16%). The γ/ε rnartensitic transformation temperatures were found from the DSC measurements to decrease with increasing Al content, while the transformation temperature hystereses were observed to increase from 60℃ at x(Al)=0 to 150℃ at x(Al) = 16%. The SM effect evaluated by a conventional bending test was enhanced by the addition of Al over 4% (mole fraction) and Co-Al alloys containing over 10%(mole fraction) exhibit a good SM effect associated with the hcpfee → reverse transformation above 200℃. The SM effect was significantly improved by precipitation of β (I32) phase and the max[real shape recovery strain of 2.2 % was obtained, which can be explained by precipitation hardening. The crystallographic orientations between the β, εand γ phases were also determined. Finally, the magnetic properties were investigated and it was found that the Curie temperature and saturation magnetization of Co-14% Al(mole fraction) are 690℃ and 120 emu/g, respectively. It is concluded that the Co-A1 alloys hold promise as new high-temperature and ferromagnetic SM alloys. 展开更多

In the proposed discrete sine transform based discrete multi-tone (DST-DMT) system, we make use of the energy compaction property of the DST to reduce the channel effects on the transmitted signals. The mathematical model of the proposed DST system is presented in the paper. Simulation experiments have been carried out to test the effect of the proposed DST-DMT system. The results of these experiments show that the performance of the DST-DMT system is better than that of the traditional FFT-DMT system. The results also show that employing the proposed TEQ in the DST-DMT system can increase the bit rate by about 2.57 Mbps. 展开更多

基于数据驱动的方法在电力系统暂态稳定评估的效率和精度提升上已经取得了一些研究成果。然而电力系统暂态过程中涉及多维度时序特征的变化,常规算法对特征的提取能力不足且缺乏可解释性,难以反映系统暂态过程中的动态行为。因此,构建... 基于数据驱动的方法在电力系统暂态稳定评估的效率和精度提升上已经取得了一些研究成果。然而电力系统暂态过程中涉及多维度时序特征的变化,常规算法对特征的提取能力不足且缺乏可解释性,难以反映系统暂态过程中的动态行为。因此,构建了一个具有双塔结构的Transformer模型,以Transformer编码器作为特征提取器,考虑同一时刻不同维度的特征以及每一维度特征在不同时间步对系统暂态稳定的影响,并将其分别作为双塔结构Transformer模型的输入,训练和学习各特征通道和时间步对系统暂态稳定性的影响。通过融合机制,建立了由系统特征到系统稳定性的端到端的映射模型,实现了暂态稳定高精度的评估,并通过注意力热图可视化解释模型的决策过程。最后,在IEEE-39节点系统验证了所提方法的有效性。 展开更多

In order to improve the transformation frequency of waxy maize, in this study, shoot tips and immature embryo-derived callus of Lainongnuo 38 were collected as receptor materials, to compare the effects of pH in suspension medium, addition modes and concentrations of acetosyringone on genetic transformation of waxy maize. Results showed that adding 2 μl of 150 μmol/L AS in the wound with suspension medimn at pH 5.2 can significantly improve the transformation frequency of shoot tips of waxy maize; in genetic transformation of maize callus, adding 5 mg/L AS in infection solution can significantly improve the percentage of resistant callus. 展开更多

A new method for the rejection of linear frequency modulation (LFM) interference in direct sequence spread spectrum (DSSS) system based on the fractional Fourier transform is proposed, and the configuration of the receiver with an interference exciser is also presented. Based on the property that the fractional Fourier transform of a signal is equivalent to rotating the signal in the time-frequency plane, the received signal is transform into a certain fractional Fourier domain, this transform will result in the least spectrum overlap between the signal and interference. Then, a narrowband filter is exploited to extract most of the interference energy. The performance analyses show that remarkable improvements in signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and bit-error-ratio (BER) are obtained. 展开更多
