Under the same basic treatment in both groups, the treatment group (21 cases) was treated with TCM drugs according to its stages and compared with the control group (18 cases, treated with 654-2). The results showed that the microcirculatory cumulative scores were significantly decreased in both groups (P<0.05), but the decrease in the treatment group was more marked (P<0.05). In the treatment group, 15 cases were cured, 3 markedly effective, 2 effective and 1 ineffective; while in the control group, 13 cases were cured, 1 markedly effective and 4 ineffective. Statistically, there is no significant difference between the 2 groups (P>0.05) in therapeutic effects.展开更多

The crystal structure and composition of the complex are determined by single crystal X-ray diffr...A new crystalline complex (C8H17NH3)2CdCI4(s) (abbreviated as CsCd(s)) is synthesized by liquid phase reaction. The crystal structure and composition of the complex are determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction, chemical analysis, and elementary analysis. It is triclinic, the space group is P-1 and Z = 2. The lattice potential energy of the title complex is calculated to be UpoT (CsCd(s))=978.83 kJ.mol^-1 from crystallographic data. Low-temperature heat capacities of the complex are measured by using a precision automatic adiabatic calorimeter over a temperature range from 78 K to 384 K. The temperature, molar enthalpy, and entropy of the phase transition for the complex are determined to be 307.3±0.15 K, 10.15±0.23 kJ.mol^-1, and 33.054-0.78 J.K^-1.mol^-1 respectively for the endothermic peak. Two polynomial equations of the heat capacities each as a function of temperature are fitted by using the leastsquare method. Smoothed heat capacity and thermodynamic functions of the complex are calculated based on the fitted polynomials.展开更多
It has been reported that a 92-year-old female had got a bruise superficial wound on her right leg one and a half years ago,developing into refractory skin ulcer due to improper management before.A prepared cream,mixe...It has been reported that a 92-year-old female had got a bruise superficial wound on her right leg one and a half years ago,developing into refractory skin ulcer due to improper management before.A prepared cream,mixed royal jelly with berberine for dressing change,was made on the scene through the crush of berberine tablets,working with fresh royal jelly.Topical dressing change with the cream was done every 3 days,and two months later,such the ulcer became clean and was covered fully with fresh granulation tissue.This kind of cream consists of the ingredients of TCM purely,free of antibiotic,and being quite effective clinically,also helpful for proper use of antibiotic.展开更多
Bi VO_(4)is a promising semiconducting photoanode for photoelectrochemical(PEC)water splitting due to its suitable bandgap.However,the dissolution of V^(5+)and sluggish reaction kinetics at the surface in the oxygen e...Bi VO_(4)is a promising semiconducting photoanode for photoelectrochemical(PEC)water splitting due to its suitable bandgap.However,the dissolution of V^(5+)and sluggish reaction kinetics at the surface in the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)limit its applications.Herein,we report a convenient strategy to change the microenvironment by adding Fe(Ⅲ)into the electrolyte.During the PEC process,Fe(Ⅲ)ions not only improve the current density,but also show excellent stability toward Bi VO_(4).Consequently,the current increases by more than 1.7 times compared to that without Fe(Ⅲ).Photoelectrochemical,morphological,and structural characterizations reveal that the FeOOH co-catalyst produced in situ on the Bi VO_(4)photoanode by cyclical formation of the intermediates at the electrode/electrolyte interface during OER accelerates the OER kinetics and prevents photo-corrosion by suppressing the dissolution of V^(5+).The results reveal a new strategy for the multifunctional modification of photoanodes for efficient solar conversion.展开更多
