Its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and the thermal property was analyzed by TG analysis. The crystal structure belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c, with a = 14.557(16), b = 11.299(12), c = 12.163(13)A,β = 98.707(19)^o, Dc = 1.305 g/cm^3, Z = 4, γ = 0.71073A,μ(MoKa) = 0.447 mm^-1, Mr = 388.41, V = 1977(4)A3, F(000) = 824, S = 1.107, the final R = 0.0478 and wR = 0.0810 for 1738 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis reveals that the crystal structure is centrosymmetrically distributed through 1,2-ethylenediamine to join two distorted six-membered rings. The weak N-H…S interactions are observed and link the molecules into sheets. TG analysis shows that the title compound has good thermal stability and char-forming capability, which are required for an excellent intumescent fire retardant.展开更多

Eight rare earth metal ( Ⅲ ) complexes with 2- ( ((4,6-dimethyl)-2-pyrimidinyl) thio)-acetic acid, LnL3· n H2O [HL = 2-(((4,6-dimethyl)-2-pyrimidinyl)thio)-acetic acid; Ln = La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm Eu, ...Eight rare earth metal ( Ⅲ ) complexes with 2- ( ((4,6-dimethyl)-2-pyrimidinyl) thio)-acetic acid, LnL3· n H2O [HL = 2-(((4,6-dimethyl)-2-pyrimidinyl)thio)-acetic acid; Ln = La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm Eu, Gd, Tb; n = 4 or 5], were prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, complexometric titration, thermal analysis, conductivity, IR and ^1H- NMR. The results reveal that carboxyl group of the hgand coordinates with rare earth ions in bidentate mode after deprotonated. The water molecules exist as crystal water in the complexes. The anti-tumour activities of HL and some complexes were tested by both the MTT and SRB methods. The results show that the suppression ratios of some complexes against the tested tumour cells (HL-60 human leukemia cell lines, BGC-823 human gastric carcinoma cell lines, hela human cervix adenocarcinoma cell lines and Bel-7402 human hepatic carcinoma cell lines) are superior to HL.展开更多

The calculated results show that the fragments 2-SC4H3CH=CHC6H4-R in these organometallic chromophores are not planar with dihedral angles of 42.2~59.8 between two aromatic rings, which are different from those of uncoordinated counterparts. Based on the DFT geometry opti-mization, the second-order nonlinear optical polarizabilities were calculated by using RPA method. The calculated results indicate that incorporation of +3Mn(CO) unit with thiophene leads to a sub-stantial increase in the second-order polarizability (b).展开更多

This experiment aimed to study the effects of supplemental methionine sources,2-hydroxy-4 methyl(thio)butanoic acid(HMTBa)and DL-Methionine(DL-Met),on productive performance,egg quality,and redox status of laying duck...This experiment aimed to study the effects of supplemental methionine sources,2-hydroxy-4 methyl(thio)butanoic acid(HMTBa)and DL-Methionine(DL-Met),on productive performance,egg quality,and redox status of laying ducks.A total of 792 healthy 25-wk-old Longyan laying ducks with similar body weights were randomly allotted to 11 treatment groups.Each treatment group had 6 replicates of 12 ducks.The trial lasted for 16 wk.Ducks were fed a basal deficient diet(Met:0.24%;Met+Cys:0.51%)or supplemented with DL-Met or HMTBa at 0.05%,0.12%,0.19%,0.26%,and 0.33%of diet,respectively.Compared with the basal diet,supplementation with either DL-Met or HMTBa increased the average egg weight,egg mass,and decreased feed to egg ratio during the whole trial period(P<0.05).Albumen weight and its ratio to total egg weight were increased,but yolk and shell ratio,albumen height,Haugh unit and shell breaking strength were decreased(P<0.05).Dietary DL-Met or HMTBa supplementation increased taurine,methionine,leucine,tryptophan and arginine content,and decreased serine and lysine content in plasma(P<0.05).The redox status of laying ducks was improved by enhancing the glutathione peroxidase and catalase activities,glutathione content and its ratio relative to glutathione(oxidized)content and decreasing malondialdehyde content and increasing mRNA expression of superoxide dismutase-1,glutathione peroxidase-1,hemeoxygenase-1 and nuclear factor-like 2 in liver and ileum with the supplementation of DL-Met or HMTBa(P<0.05).Liver health status measured by average area proportion lipid droplet was improved with supplementation of DL-Met or HMTBa(P<0.05).Villus height and villus height to crypt depth ratio in the ileum and the ileal gene expression of tight junction protein and occludin were increased with DL-Met or HMTBa supplementation(P<0.05).Taken together,these results suggested that the efficacy of dietary supplementation of HMTBa was similar to DL-Met,and it ranged from 98%to 100%for productive performance and egg albumen ratio in laying ducks(25 to 41 wk).展开更多

As well, arsenic species profiles wer...Arsenobetaine(AB) and thio-arsenoribosides were measured in common macroalgae species(8 phaeophyta, 4 rhodophyta and 2 chlorphyta), along the Australian south east coast line. As well, arsenic species profiles were measured for two common marine herbivores, the sea urchin Centrostephanus rodgersii and the fish Odax cyanomelas that graze on these macroalgae to understand if trophic transfer of these species would account for their presence in marine herbivores. AB was found in seven of the fourteen macroalgae species investigated but does not contributed significantly to any of the macroalgae arsenic content(0.01-1.2 μg/g). AB was found in only two of the brown macroalgae and all the red and green macroalgae(with the exception of Corallina officinalis). Thio-arsenic species were found sporadically, but not in high concentrations in any of the macroalgae investigated.AB present in macroalgae is likely to be associated with epiphytic organisms while thio-arsenoribosides are likely to be produced by decaying parts of damaged macroalgae.A laboratory feeding experiment in which the herbivorous gastropod, Austrocochlea constricta, was fed macroalgae containing thio-arsenoribosides for a 24 hr period every three days showed that these are readily accumulated over a short period. Thio-arsenoribosides in herbivores are therefore probably obtained through trophic transfer. Some AB is also obtained through trophic transfer; however, the presence of trimethylated arsonioribosides,a hypothesized precursor of AB formation in herbivores, suggests that some AB is produced within herbivores from the transformation of arsenoribosides accumulated from their diet.展开更多

Separation of palladium(Pd)and platinum(Pt)by solvent extraction is difficult because of their extremely similar physicochemical properties.Development of new extractants with a high extraction efficiency and excellen...Separation of palladium(Pd)and platinum(Pt)by solvent extraction is difficult because of their extremely similar physicochemical properties.Development of new extractants with a high extraction efficiency and excellent separation selectivity is the primary focus for enhancing the separation of Pd and Pt by solvent extraction.In this study,a new extractant,2-((2-methoxyethyl)thio)-1 H-benzimidazole(MOBI),which contains N,S,and O atoms,was synthesized and used to separate Pd(Ⅱ)and Pt(Ⅳ)from a hydrochloric acid aqueous solution.The experimental results revealed that Pd(Ⅱ)and Pt(Ⅳ)were effectively separated under the optimal conditions:MOB I concentration of 0.005 mol·L^(-1),HCl concentration of0.2 mol·L^(-1),organic/aqueous(O/A)phase ratio of 1.0,and contact time of 15 min.The separation coefficient between Pd(Ⅱ)and Pt(Ⅳ)was 1246.40,which indicates that MOBI has a higher selectivity for Pd(Ⅱ)than Pt(Ⅳ).In addition,the mechanism of coordination between Pd(Ⅱ)and MOBI was demonstrated through the slope method,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),hydrogen-1 nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(^(1)H NMR),and carbon-13 nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(^(13)C NMR).The results revealed that MOBI could coordinate with Pd(Ⅱ)via the N atom in the benzimidazole ring of MOBI molecules to form[Pd(MOBI)_(2)Cl_(2)](O).展开更多

Thio-arsenic species were found sporadically, but not in high concentrations in any of the macroalgae investigated.AB present in macroalgae is likely to be associated with epiphytic organisms while thio-arsenoribosides are likely to be produced by decaying parts of damaged macroalgae.A laboratory feeding experiment in which the herbivorous gastropod, Austrocochlea constricta, was fed macroalgae containing thio-arsenoribosides for a 24 hr period every three days showed that these are readily accumulated over a short period. Thio-arsenoribosides in herbivores are therefore probably obtained through trophic transfer. Some AB is also obtained through trophic transfer; however, the presence of trimethylated arsonioribosides,a hypothesized precursor of AB formation in herbivores, suggests that some AB is produced within herbivores from the transformation of arsenoribosides accumulated from their diet.

文摘Separation of palladium(Pd)and platinum(Pt)by solvent extraction is difficult because of their extremely similar physicochemical properties.Development of new extractants with a high extraction efficiency and excellent separation selectivity is the primary focus for enhancing the separation of Pd and Pt by solvent extraction.In this study,a new extractant,2-((2-methoxyethyl)thio)-1 H-benzimidazole(MOBI),which contains N,S,and O atoms,was synthesized and used to separate Pd(Ⅱ)and Pt(Ⅳ)from a hydrochloric acid aqueous solution.The experimental results revealed that Pd(Ⅱ)and Pt(Ⅳ)were effectively separated under the optimal conditions:MOB I concentration of 0.005 mol·L^(-1),HCl concentration of0.2 mol·L^(-1),organic/aqueous(O/A)phase ratio of 1.0,and contact time of 15 min.The separation coefficient between Pd(Ⅱ)and Pt(Ⅳ)was 1246.40,which indicates that MOBI has a higher selectivity for Pd(Ⅱ)than Pt(Ⅳ).In addition,the mechanism of coordination between Pd(Ⅱ)and MOBI was demonstrated through the slope method,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),hydrogen-1 nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(^(1)H NMR),and carbon-13 nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(^(13)C NMR).The results revealed that MOBI could coordinate with Pd(Ⅱ)via the N atom in the benzimidazole ring of MOBI molecules to form[Pd(MOBI)_(2)Cl_(2)](O).
