Tiel基因在曲张大隐静脉瓣膜的异常表达

目的观察下肢静脉曲张疾病中，Tiel基因在曲张大隐静脉第1对瓣膜中的异常表达，探讨其与下肢静脉曲张发病机制之间的关系。方法大隐静脉曲张组15例，正常对照组11例；用免疫组织化学法检测大隐静脉第一对瓣膜CD31及Tiel的表达，并用Westernblot检测瓣膜中Tiel蛋白的表达。结果正常对照组中瓣膜两侧内皮细胞表达CD31差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），在瓣膜根部近心侧内皮细胞表达Tiel强于远心侧（P〈0．05），但在瓣膜尖部差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；静脉曲张组中瓣膜除了形态发生变化外，瓣膜近心侧内皮细胞CD31的表达稍弱于远心侧（P〈0．05），而Tiel的表达显著弱于远心侧（P〈0．01）；Westernblot未能检测到瓣膜中Tiel蛋白的表达。结论静脉瓣膜近心侧内皮细胞Tiel基因的低表达可能在下肢静脉曲张发病机制中起一定作用。
