针对传统配准算法无法适用于成像模糊、对比度低的X光医学图像的问题,本文提出一种基于轮廓点相似性测度的配准技术.首先引入分块双阈值增强策略来提取DRR图像和X光图像的边缘轮廓信息;其次,采用高斯加权欧氏距离计算图像轮廓的相似度;... 针对传统配准算法无法适用于成像模糊、对比度低的X光医学图像的问题,本文提出一种基于轮廓点相似性测度的配准技术.首先引入分块双阈值增强策略来提取DRR图像和X光图像的边缘轮廓信息;其次,采用高斯加权欧氏距离计算图像轮廓的相似度;最后通过平衡优化器算法进行迭代优化,得到最优的位姿参数.实验结果表明:本文算法能够精确提取模糊X光图像的边缘轮廓信息,而且可以准确评估其与CT数据的相似度,平均配准成功率超过94%,算法效率和鲁棒性优于传统算法,可用于医疗诊断、放射疗法、图像引导手术等医学活动. 展开更多

Effect of B_(2)O_(3) enrichment on microstructural inhomogeneity of high strength steel weldments

The present work attributes the role of boron on the high strength steel submerged arc weld using an undermatching filler wire.Mild steel filler wire was used for welding in constant machine parameters setting to evaluate the joint strength due to the enrichment of boron.To change the chemical composition of the weld metal,boron trioxide powder was blended with virgin flux in various proportions(2.5%−12.5%),which led to an increase in boron weight percentage in the range of 0−0.0065.The results show that weld metals(WM)optical micrographs depict the various types of ferrites,pearlites and secondary phases like martensite-austenite(M-A).Acicular ferrite content was influenced by the boron trioxide addition.Heat affected zone(HAZ)micrographs were not showing appreciable changes with oxide enrichment.Hardness and toughness of weld metals showed the mixed trend with B_(2)O_(3) enrichment whereas,small reduction in ultimate tensile strength(UTS)and yield strength(YS)was observed. 展开更多

目的:对比研究EOS 2D与3D测量在双下肢冠、矢状面各参数中的可靠性和稳定性。方法:搜集2019-2020年1年内于本影像中心行双下肢或全身EOS检查的50例患者,两位医师对50例患者的影像数据进行2D和3D测量,保存所得数据,生成Excel表格并进行... 目的:对比研究EOS 2D与3D测量在双下肢冠、矢状面各参数中的可靠性和稳定性。方法:搜集2019-2020年1年内于本影像中心行双下肢或全身EOS检查的50例患者,两位医师对50例患者的影像数据进行2D和3D测量,保存所得数据,生成Excel表格并进行统计学分析。采取一致性检验对各测量参数进行分析,并计算出组内相关系数和组间一致性相关系数。结果:除股骨外翻角外,EOS 2D与3D测量各组的组内相关系数与组间一致性相关系数均>0.9,表示两者一致性极佳;股骨外翻角的组内相关系数和组间一致性相关系数亦均>0.6;进一步的线性回归模型分析结果也显示各测量参数的2D与3D测量之间显著相关(皮尔森系数r>0.80);Bland-Altman图显示大于92%(4/50)的点在均值为±1.96标准差范围内,显示两种测量方式具备较好的一致性和稳定性。结论:EOS常规2D与3D两种测量方式结果无差异统计学意义,两者都具备较高的可靠性和稳定性。 展开更多

地下水开采引发的地面沉降是一种多场耦合的复杂问题,土体变形过程中渗流与应力应变相互影响。采用部分耦合原理,通过渗流和变形过程中的相关状态变量来耦合成熟的商业软件TOUGH2和FLAC^(3D)进行三维变参数的地面沉降数值模拟研究,其中T... 地下水开采引发的地面沉降是一种多场耦合的复杂问题,土体变形过程中渗流与应力应变相互影响。采用部分耦合原理,通过渗流和变形过程中的相关状态变量来耦合成熟的商业软件TOUGH2和FLAC^(3D)进行三维变参数的地面沉降数值模拟研究,其中TOUGH2模拟渗流,FLAC^(3D)模拟土体变形,并以此为工具探讨地面沉降的控制策略。基于弹性模型承压含水层抽水的理想算例进行了变参数条件下的模拟计算,发现顶底板水平变形未被约束时水平位移不可忽略,其峰值距离抽水井有一定距离,且水平位移峰值大于垂向位移峰值;此外,由于地面沉降过程中渗透系数及孔隙率减小,导致近井区域渗流量增加,变参数模型位移量大于定参数。将以上方法应用于地面沉降控制策略研究,通过控制抽水流量及抽水时间,发现限制开采速率能控制沉降量,缩短抽水时间能控制沉降范围;对比脉冲式抽水及抽水—回灌常用地面沉降控制策略,发现抽水时采取合理的回灌措施能有效控制沉降量及沉降范围,而脉冲式抽水使得近井处弹性沉降量未得到明显控制,沉降影响范围反而更大。 展开更多

以α-Al_(2)O_(3)和氧化钇稳定氧化锆粉体为原料,无压烧结制备致密Al_(2)O_(3)-ZrO_(2)复相陶瓷,在临界电场下进行热处理后,对Al_(2)O_(3)-ZrO_(2)复相陶瓷的微观结构和力学性能进行研究。结果表明:在900 V/cm的电场下,烧结致密Al_(2)O_... 以α-Al_(2)O_(3)和氧化钇稳定氧化锆粉体为原料,无压烧结制备致密Al_(2)O_(3)-ZrO_(2)复相陶瓷,在临界电场下进行热处理后,对Al_(2)O_(3)-ZrO_(2)复相陶瓷的微观结构和力学性能进行研究。结果表明:在900 V/cm的电场下,烧结致密Al_(2)O_(3)-ZrO_(2)复相陶瓷的闪烧起始炉温为308℃。在炉温为1200℃、电场为700 V/cm的条件下,闪烧致密Al_(2)O_(3)-ZrO_(2)复相陶瓷原位合成Al_(2)O_(3)-ZrO_(2)共晶结构。闪烧陶瓷主要分为复相区、过渡区和共晶区3个区域。复相区的微观结构与烧结陶瓷相似,形状不规则的Al_(2)O_(3)和ZrO_(2)相均匀分布;过渡区晶粒异常长大,粗大的Al_(2)O_(3)和ZrO_(2)相均匀分布;共晶区则呈现典型的Al_(2)O_(3)-ZrO_(2)共晶结构。共晶区的维氏硬度和韧性分别为17.94 GPa和3.51 MPa·m^(1/2),与采用定向凝固技术制备的Al_(2)O_(3)-ZrO_(2)共晶陶瓷的力学性能相当。 展开更多

稀土元素被认为是可以有效改善TiCN基金属陶瓷性能的添加剂,但其在高Mo_(2)C含量下的效果尚未得到深入研究。本研究采用真空热压烧结技术,在1500℃下制备了不同La_(2)O_(3)含量的Ti(C,N)-WC-Mo_(2)C-Cr_(3)C_(2)-Ni-Co金属陶瓷,其中Mo_(... 稀土元素被认为是可以有效改善TiCN基金属陶瓷性能的添加剂,但其在高Mo_(2)C含量下的效果尚未得到深入研究。本研究采用真空热压烧结技术,在1500℃下制备了不同La_(2)O_(3)含量的Ti(C,N)-WC-Mo_(2)C-Cr_(3)C_(2)-Ni-Co金属陶瓷,其中Mo_(2)C含量为12 wt.%。对不同La_(2)O_(3)添加量(0.5 wt.%、1.0 wt.%、1.5 wt.%和2.0 wt.%)对Ti(C,N)基陶瓷显微组织和力学性能的影响进行了参数化分析。结果表明,当La_(2)O_(3)含量增加到1.0 wt.%时,芯相的比例增加,脆壳相的比例减少;在陶瓷相晶界上形成的纳米结构,有效抑制了壳相组织的异常长大,这使得金属陶瓷的脆壳相变薄,硬质相颗粒细化,从而提高了其硬度和断裂韧性等力学性能。当La_(2)O_(3)的添加量从1.5 wt.%增加到2.0 wt.%时,La_(2)O_(3)团聚形成直径约100 nm的较大颗粒,大幅度降低了金属陶瓷的力学性能。当La_(2)O_(3)添加量为1.0 wt.%时,Ti(C,N)基陶瓷的综合力学性能最佳,其维氏硬度和断裂韧性分别为16.55 GPa和6.14 MPa·m^(1/2)。本研究有助于进一步揭示稀土氧化物对高Mo_(2)C含量Ti(C,N)基陶瓷芯壳结构和力学性能的影响。 展开更多

As one of the most important ways to reduce the greenhouse gas emission,carbon dioxide(CO2)enhanced gas recovery(CO2-EGR) is attractive since the gas recovery can be enhanced simultaneously with CO2sequestration.Based on the existing equation of state(EOS) module of TOUGH2 MP,extEOS7C is developed to calculate the phase partition of H2O-CO2-CH4-NaCl mixtures accurately with consideration of dissolved NaCI and brine properties at high pressure and temperature conditions.Verifications show that it can be applied up to the pressure of 100 MPa and temperature of 150℃.The module was implemented in the linked simulator TOUGH2MP-FLAC3 D for the coupled hydro-mechanical simulations.A simplified three-dimensional(3D)1/4 model(2.2 km×1 km×1 km) which consists of the whole reservoir,caprock and baserock was generated based on the geological conditions of a gas field in the North German Basin.The simulation results show that,under an injection rate of 200,000 t/yr and production rate of 200,000 sm3/d,CO2breakthrough occurred in the case with the initial reservoir pressure of 5 MPa but did not occur in the case of 42 MPa.Under low pressure conditions,the pressure driven horizontal transport is the dominant process;while under high pressure conditions,the density driven vertical flow is dominant.Under the considered conditions,the CO2-EGR caused only small pressure changes.The largest pore pressure increase(2 MPa) and uplift(7 mm) occurred at the caprock bottom induced by only CO2injection.The caprock had still the primary stress state and its integrity was not affected.The formation water salinity and temperature variations of ±20℃ had small influences on the CO2-EGR process.In order to slow down the breakthrough,it is suggested that CO2-EGR should be carried out before the reservoir pressure drops below the critical pressure of CO2. 展开更多

The composites were prepared by ball-milling ZrO_2(3%Y_2O_3) and γ-Al_2O_3 nanoparticles, pressing unidirectionally, cold-pressing isostatically and pressurelessly sintering in air. The phases of ZrO_2 in composites were examined by X-ray diffraction. The microstructure of Al_2O_3/3Y-TZP composites was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) respectively. The X-ray analysis reveals that ZrO_2 of both surface and fracture surface is mainly t-ZrO_2. The SEM image shows that there are some intragranular particles in large granulars. The fracture toughness K_ 1c of Al_2O_3/70%ZrO_2(3%Y_2O_3(mole fraction)) composite tested by single-edge notched bending is 13.5 MPa·m 1/2. Being toughened by the ferroelastic domain switching and the intragranular microstructure explains high toughness of the composite. 展开更多

Al_(2)O_(3)作为应用最广的陶瓷基板,优异的力学强度、韧性与导热性能是确保其安全可靠服役的前提。稀土金属氧化物(La_(2)O_(3)、Y_(2)O_(3))掺杂是提升Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷力学性能的有效方法,然而,单一掺杂的强化效果有限,因此,采用La_(2)O_(3)-Y_(2)O_(3)复掺的方法以望进一步提升Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷基板的抗弯强度与断裂韧性,并在此基础上探讨了La_(2)O_(3)-Y_(2)O_(3)复掺对Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷热导率的影响规律。采用流延工艺分别于1550℃、1600℃保温2 h制得了Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷,研究了烧结温度和La_(2)O_(3)/Y_(2)O_(3)掺量之比对Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷物相组成、显微结构、力学-热学性能的影响,研究结果表明:当烧结温度为1550℃时,随着La_(2)O_(3)/Y_(2)O_(3)掺量之比的降低,Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷的热导率逐渐增大,而其抗弯强度和断裂韧性呈先上升后下降的变化趋势,4 wt.%La_(2)O_(3)-1wt.%Y_(2)O_(3)复掺制得的Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷最高抗弯强度为(682.24±41.51)MPa、最高断裂韧性为(5.58±0.56)MPa·m^(1/2),且其热导率较5 wt.%La_(2)O_(3)单掺试样高20.3%;当烧结温度为1600℃时,随着La_(2)O_(3)/Y_(2)O_(3)掺量之比的降低,Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷的热导率逐渐增大,而其抗弯强度和断裂韧性逐渐减小,即掺加5 wt.%La_(2)O_(3)的Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷(5:0-1550℃)最高抗弯强度为(629.57±31.15)MPa、断裂韧性为(5.71±0.34)MPa·m^(1/2)。由上述两个烧结温度获得的最优强度-韧性试样的性能对比可知,La_(2)O_(3)-Y_(2)O_(3)复掺的强化效果与烧结温度密切相关,4:1-1550℃试样的热导率与弯曲强度分别较5:0-1600℃试样高5.6%、8.4%,说明La_(2)O_(3)-Y_(2)O_(3)复掺有利于低温烧结制备力学-热学综合性能优异的Al_(2)O_(3)陶瓷。 展开更多

Although rare earth zirconates(RE_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7))have garnered attention as viable candidates for thermal barrier coatings(TBCs),they suffer from low fracture toughness and accelerated calcium–magnesium–alumina–silicate(CMAS)melt corrosion at high service temperatures,which impedes their practical application.In this work,we developed a series of REAlO_(3)/RE_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)(RE=La,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,and Dy)composites with a eutectic composition that not only significantly enhanced the fracture toughness by more than 40%relative to that of RE_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)but also exhibited improved resistance to CMAS corrosion.The increase in toughness arises from multiple mechanisms,such as ferroelastic toughening,fine-grain strengthening,and residual stress toughening,all of which trigger more crack defects and energy consumption.Additionally,the CMAS penetration depth of the REAlO_(3)/RE_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)composites is approximately 36%lower than that of RE_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7).Al–O constituents in composites can capture CaO,SiO_(2),and MgO in CMAS melts and increase their viscosity,resulting in enhanced CMAS corrosion resistance.The thermophysical properties of the REAlO_(3)/RE_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)composites were also investigated,and their coefficient of thermal expansion and thermal conductivity are comparable to those of 7–8 wt%Y_(2)O_(3)partially stabilized ZrO2(YSZ),indicating their potential as TBC materials. 展开更多

Creep and stress relaxation behavior, the elastic modulus and fracture toughness of machinable Ti3SiC2 at various temperatures from 20 to 1250℃ were investigated by means of three-point bending tests. The experiments were performed respectively at: (i) fixed stress and changed temperatures, and (ii) fixed temperature and changed stresses. A creep resistance parameter that represents the probability of creep deformation in a given condition was defined as a function of both applied stress and the threshold stress, varying in a range from 0 to 1. Elastic modulus at high temperatures was measured through comparing relative slopes of loading curves in cyclic loading curve. The fracture toughness measured by SENB method showed a stable value in the range of 25-1000℃, but over 1000℃, it declined abruptly from -6.7MPa·m1/2 to -2.0MPa·m1/2 at 1200℃. 展开更多

Numerical simulation and experimental study of the Vickers indentation testing of the Al2O3 ceramic coated by diamond-like carbon(DLC) layer were conducted.The numerical analysis was implemented by a two-dimensional finite element(FE) axis symmetry model.FE analysis results gave insight into the fracture mechanism of DLC films coated on brittle ceramic(Al2O3) substrates.The maximum principal stress field was used to locate the most expected area for crack formation and propagation during the Vickers indentation testing.The results show that the median crack initiates in the interface under indenter,before ring crack occurs as the indenter presses down.Finally,the plastic deformation appears when the indenter penetrates into the substrate.The thicker DLC coating increases the Vickers hardness and fracture toughness. 展开更多

The effect of addition of metallic carbides Cr3C2 and Cr3C2 + VC on structure and mechanical properties of WC-10 wt% Co nanocomposites have been studied. After preparing and compacting of the powders under pressure of 200 MPa, the samples were sintered at temperatures of 1370°C, 1410°C and 1450°C for 1 hour. Microstructural examinations by SEM show that the average grain size obtained for Cr3C2 + VC added alloys reduced 50 percent and also grain size distribution was narrower compared to those samples without grain growth inhibitors. Furthermore, co-addition of Cr3C2 and VC rise to a higher Vickers hardness and fracture toughness of the sintered alloys at 1410°C. 展开更多
