目的探究血清TSP-1、VEGF及TSP-1/VEGF与早发型重度子痫前期(early onset severe preeclampsia,EOSP)发病的相关性,进一步探究这些指标在妊娠中期预测EOSP的临床价值。方法选取2019年8月~2020年8月在笔者医院收治的妊娠28~33^(+6)周EOS...目的探究血清TSP-1、VEGF及TSP-1/VEGF与早发型重度子痫前期(early onset severe preeclampsia,EOSP)发病的相关性,进一步探究这些指标在妊娠中期预测EOSP的临床价值。方法选取2019年8月~2020年8月在笔者医院收治的妊娠28~33^(+6)周EOSP孕妇38例为病例组,同期门诊正常产检的妊娠28~33^(+6)周健康孕妇40例为对照组,用ELISA法检测两组血清TSP-1、VEGF水平,并进行对比分析,探究血清TSP-1、VEGF及TSP-1/VEGF与EOSP的相关性及诊断价值。回顾性选取2018年9月~2020年8月在笔者医院行中期唐氏筛查(15~20^(+6)周,一般为15~17周)并分娩的孕妇90例为验证组(其中妊娠结局为EOSP孕妇30例,为EOSP组;正常分娩孕妇60例,为非EOSP组),探究TSP-1、VEGF、TSP-1/VEGF对EOSP的预测价值。结果病例组TSP-1值、TSP-1/VEGF值高于对照组(P<0.001),VEGF值低于对照组(P<0.001)。ROC分析TSP-1、VEGF及TSP-1/VEGF的最佳诊断截断值分别为2.44ng/ml、271.21pg/ml、9.13。使用TSP-1、VEGF及TSP-1/VEGF的最佳诊断截断值预测验证组,敏感度分别为70.00%、66.67%、90.00%,特异性为41.67%、90.00%、70.00%,符合率为51.11%、82.22%、76.67%。结论使用TSP-1/VEGF诊断截断值检测EOSP比单独使用VEGF或TSP-1更具有诊断价值。妊娠中期血清TSP-1/VEGF取值9.13对预测EOSP具有一定的价值。展开更多
目的分析缺血性视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿(RVO-ME)患者基线血清己糖激酶1抗体滴度与抗血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)治疗后视力改善的相关性。方法招募2017年6月至2020年2月在首都医科大学宣武医院确诊为缺血性RVO-ME并接受初始抗VEGF治疗...目的分析缺血性视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿(RVO-ME)患者基线血清己糖激酶1抗体滴度与抗血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)治疗后视力改善的相关性。方法招募2017年6月至2020年2月在首都医科大学宣武医院确诊为缺血性RVO-ME并接受初始抗VEGF治疗的53例患者,其中缺血性视网膜中央静脉阻塞(CRVO)23例(CRVO组),缺血性视网膜分支静脉阻塞(BRVO)30例(BRVO组)。另选取该院同期30例行超声乳化的白内障患者作为对照组。研究对象行基线血清己糖激酶1抗体滴度检测、眼科常规检查和光学相干断层成像(OCT)检查。所有RVO-ME患者按照“3+按需治疗方案(pro re nata,PRN)”向玻璃体内注射抗VEGF药物治疗。随访12个月,采用多元线性回归分析缺血性RVO-ME患者抗VEGF治疗后视力改善的影响因素。结果CRVO组基线logMAR BCVA高于对照组和BRVO组,CRVO组和BRVO组基线CRT、基线血清己糖激酶1抗体滴度高于对照组,且CRVO组基线CRT、基线血清己糖激酶1抗体滴度高于BRVO组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。RVO-ME患者基线血清己糖激酶1抗体滴度与随访6个月(r=0.377,P=0.005)、9个月(r=0.362,P=0.008)和12个月(r=0.465,P<0.001)时BCVA改善呈正相关,与随访12个月时中断EZ横向长度减少值(r=0.401,P=0.001)呈正相关。多元线性回归分析结果显示,基线logMAR BCVA、基线血清己糖激酶1抗体滴度是缺血性RVO-ME患者抗VEGF治疗随访12个月时BCVA改善的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论己糖激酶1抗体作为一种新的血清生物标志物,与缺血性RVO-ME患者抗VEGF治疗后的视力改善相关。展开更多
Objective:To explore and analyze the expression and clinical significance of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),hypoxia-inducible factor 1α(HIF-1α),and metabolic indicators in esophageal squamous cell carcinom...Objective:To explore and analyze the expression and clinical significance of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),hypoxia-inducible factor 1α(HIF-1α),and metabolic indicators in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC).Methods:Sixty ESCC patients admitted to the hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the ESCC group.Sixty normal healthy patients from the same period were chosen as the control group.Their serum samples and tissue samples were collected.Metabolic indicators of all study subjects were obtained based on the basic biochemical results upon admission.RT-PCR was utilized to detect the expression of VEGF and HIF-1αin ESCC tissues.Results:The expression of VEGF and HIF-1αin the ESCC T3+T4 group was significantly higher than that of the carcinoma in situ(Tis)group,T1+T2 group,and control group.Furthermore,the expression of HIF-1αwas found to be related to the expression of VEGF,showing a significant correlation between the quantities.Significant differences in the levels of metabolic indicators were observed between the ESCC group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metabolic indicators are associated with the onset of ESCC in patients.Abnormal lipid metabolism plays a crucial role in the occurrence and development of tumors.The expression of VEGF and HIF-1αin ESCC tissues significantly correlates with the tumor stage,providing a new reference for the diagnosis and treatment of ESCC.展开更多
