目的探讨早-中期帕金森病(parkinson’s disease,PD)患者运动想象准确性及其与认知功能的关系。方法选取2020年1月至2021年2月北京老年医院收治的早-中期PD病患者32例,选择同期在医院进行体格检查的志愿者32名为对照组,完成实际的起立...目的探讨早-中期帕金森病(parkinson’s disease,PD)患者运动想象准确性及其与认知功能的关系。方法选取2020年1月至2021年2月北京老年医院收治的早-中期PD病患者32例,选择同期在医院进行体格检查的志愿者32名为对照组,完成实际的起立行走测验(performed Timed Up and Go Test,pTUG)、想象的起立行走测验(imagined Timed Up and Go Test,iTUG)及综合的神经心理评定量表,并进行分析比较。结果PD组的运动想象准确性比对照组差[pTUG:(11.42±3.52)s比(9.55±2.50)s,delta TUG:(47.31±21.67)%比(14.15±8.26)%],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PD组的总体认知功能、执行能力及视空间能力均明显差于正常组[(24.17±4.90)分比(28.01±3.68)分,(84.91±21.75)分比(76.62±24.34)分,(7.20±1.64)分比(9.50±2.03)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。进一步的相关分析显示,运动想象时间变化量与立方体分析呈轻度负相关(r=-0.390,P<0.05),而与其他认知域无关(P>0.05)。结论早-中期PD患者运动想象准确性存在一定程度的下降,可能与视空间能力损伤有关。展开更多

Main parameters, like the amount of tug boats, hydro-accelerators and the structure of feeding rolls, were determined.
