ULTRASTRUCTURAL OBSERVATION ON MACROPHAGE-LYMPHOCYTE INTERACTIONS IN SEMEN FROM TRIPTERYGIUM WILFORDII HOOK.F. TAKERS

Sixty-nine specimens from Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook.f. (TWH) users were investigated by electron microscopy. No macrophages were demonstrated in the 21 specimens collected prior to the administration of TWH. However, it was found in 23 out of the 48 semen specimens obtained following the TWH administration. The macrophages were functionally active as shown by the presence of a large number of cytoplasmic processes and pseudopodia on the surface, and primary and secondary lysosomes in the cytoplasm. The macrophages phagocytized sperm debris and degenerated or dead spermatids with formation of specific phagosomes. Around those macrophages, lymphocytes were commonly noted. The cytoplasmic processes of the two cell types could come into contact or even fuse with each other, leading to tight junction-like structure; in some of the contacts, the plasma membranes were found dissolved so as to form direct cytoplasmic linkage.

混沌分析和最小二乘支持向量机的毕业生就业率预测模型

毕业生就业率是评价一个高校学生质量的一个重要指标,毕业生就业率建模与预测对高校就业工作具有重要的指导意义。由于毕业生就业率的影响因素多,使得毕业生就业率具有比较强的随机性和混沌变化特点,为了提高毕业生就业率预测精度,提出了混沌分析和最小二乘支持向量机的毕业生就业率预测模型。根据Takers定理,结合毕业生就业率变化特点,引入混沌分析理论对毕业生就业率历史数据进行相空间重构,然后利用相空间重构后的毕业生就业率的历史数据训练最小二乘支持向量机,根据最优参数建立毕业生就业率预测模型,最后与当前经典毕业生就业率预测模型进行了仿真对比分析,结果表明这个毕业生就业率模型预测精度平均值超过了93%,预测误差要明显少于当前经典模型,同时简化了毕业生就业率预测建模过程,减少了预测时间,获得了更优的毕业生就业率预测结果。

Redistribution of Impurity and Visible Foreign Matter in Cotton during Carding

Impurity redistribution during cotton carding was investigated. The content and size of impurity in card sliver,takerin droppings,flat strips,and cylinder screen droppings (including droppings under cylinder screen and cylinder-doffer triangle section)at four taker-in speeds were tested by using USTER AFIS. Results show that both total impurities and visible foreign matter (VFM)weights are increased. Impurities in cotton lap are carded and redistributed in card sliver, taker-in droppings, flat strips and cylinder screen droppings. Impurity percentage in taker-in droppings are the highest,followed by that in card sliver,that in flat strips and that in cylinder screen droppings. Cylinder screen has better dust-removing efficiency than flats. The average sizes of impurities in card sliver and cylinder screen droppings are decreased,whereas those of flat strips are increased and those of taker-in droppings is almost the same,in comparison with cotton lap. The impurity contents of card sliver,taker-in droppings,flat strips and cylinder screen droppings have tendencies to decrease with the increase of taker-in speed.

Change and Redistribution of Immature Fiber Number during Cotton Carding Based on Different Taker-in Speeds

The change and redistribution of immature fiber number after cotton carding were investigated under different taker-in speeds.The immature fiber contents (IFCs) of card sliver,flat strips,takerin droppings and cylinder screen droppings (including droppings under cylinder screen and cylinder-doffer triangle section) produced under different taker-in speeds were tested by using USTER advanced fiber information system (AFIS). Based on these results and relevant data,immature fiber number was calculated. Results show that the carding process makes the immature fiber number increase. After carding, immature fibers are distributed mainly in card sliver,accounting for approximately 90% in their total number. All of the cylinder screen,taker-in and flat have the functions of excluding immature fibers; furthermore,IFC in cylinder screen droppings is the highest,followed successively by those in taker-in droppings,flat strips and card sliver. The IFC of card sliver is the lowest when the taker-in speeds are 1000 and 1400 r/min.
